Breakfast was mediocre selection. Coffee was lukewarm.
No coffee in the room at all.
Staff not at all helpful. I asked for a receipt and was given a receipt for someone entirely different. I asked again in the morning, and the girl was more concerned about description of the girl that gave me the wrong receipt, and then proceeded to tell me she was unable to provide me a receipt.
I would not stay again.

Loved the spaciousness of the room with the extra sofa and chair. Very safe part of town just off the freeway. Very quiet for being so near the freeway. I've had better breakfast selections, but overall, it was pretty good. Friendly staff, very clean. Lots of close parking in a well-lit parking lot.

I liked the friendliness of the front desk staff, particularly Franky. The only downside is that the breakfast is lacking. No hot choices. But otherwise, the pool was nice and I loved using the gym. It was easy to be there with my dogs. Lots of grassy space to walk them.

It was great, just little things. The curtain pulls were dirty. Our room wasn't ready at 3, but they kept our luggage in the office til it was. The faucet was loose in the bathroom. The TV satellite was down the first day 1/2 but we got candy and ice cream on the house. Overall a very nice stay, nice warm pool and very friendly staff.

Nice and clean and simple but pretty lobby & rooms. Great staff; Anthony is a gem! In-room microwaves would be nice but then I think it would get more expensive. They have microwaves in the lobby plus snacks & coffee & hot water & tea.

Worst hotel experience in my life. When I walked in the lobby there were two cats loudly meowing behind the counter. There were two other families in front of me waiting for their rooms. A fourth family showed up after me. The lady working there took the cats outside and never returned. The only other person working was on a phone call for over 30 minutes trying to figure out if there were any clean rooms left before he finally gave a room to the family who showed up AFTER me - the same double Queen I had paid for. He then made another call and finally told the 3 of us remaining that there were no rooms left. All of us had paid reservations. It was 11pm at this point. He offered me a single King handicapped room which we had no choice but to accept and offered no refund. He had no explanation, offered no apologies and just kept repeating 'I just work here'. The hotel was absolutely filthy - dirty towels scattered in the hallway and the laundry room that was wide open left us questioning if any of our towels or sheets were clean. NEVER AGAIN.

I have stayed previously and it was great! This time there were noisy children in the hall, someone sent them bsckvto their room. The room I had (222) had a door to an anointing room. Someone was trying to open it!! I had it fully secured but still felt uneasy. I didn't get to sleep until after midnight with traveling the next day!

When I arrived at the Hilton, they said that their boilers were being replaced and they had to send meet door to the Holiday Inn Express. At first, I was disappointed, but the Holiday in was REALLY nice. It seems very new. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room was immaculately clean.

Had made a reservation there by accident for the 14th... meant to reserve for the 7th. I stayed there on the 7th by booking directly at the front desk and asked for a refund erroneous booking on the 14th but spark would not give it to me after repeated attempts by Expedia. After being a loyal customer there I will no longer go there ever again and I will tell everyone I know to avoid it.

I think the man who helped me his name was Roland, but I’m not sure he was horrible. He put me in a room next to the laundry. The room was so stuffy. It was like it was wet in there and it was hard to breathe. I woke up and was sitting in the lobby at 3 o’clock because I could not sleep. I was coughing. I couldn’t find him anywhere. He was rude when he checked me in it was not a good experience and the hotel had plenty of rooms. Even the lady upfront knew he had been complained about this week.

VERY CHINCY!!!

The overall quality of the property was superb! The problem was that they participated in a type of BAIT AND SWITCH!! They advertise that breakfast is included in the room cost. When checking in, they tell you that the breakfast is not much, but they have a restaurant on site where you can purchase a great breakfast!! I made sure that I ate at a breakfast restaurant off site the next day!!

Also, none of the rooms have plastic or paper cups to drink from. A desk person informed me that this policy saves them thousands of dollars. This is very NONE Hiltonlike in my book!!

Beds were comfy, shower was great, shampoo made me smell nice. Close to Farelli's, Fred Meyer, that cute Royal Bean coffee shack (hi, Sally!). It was great!

Clean and quiet, and not too expensive, at least when I stayed there. If I have one complaint it’s that the only jelly they had at breakfast was grape, but hotel breakfast always sucks anyway.

Here’s what they nailed, and I don’t understand why every hotel in the world isn’t doing this yet — the TV has streaming services on it, so you can log into your own streaming accounts, watch your own stuff, and it automatically logs you off when you check out. Why on earth are there still places that don’t do this? Why am I still watching cable channels at other hotels? I cut the cord over 20 years ago, so when I stay in a hotel it’s like going back in time. But this place doesn’t do that, and I appreciate it so much, because while I usually just check in, sleep, and get back on the road, this was one of those trips where I had to sit around the room for awhile.

I’d prefer a little softer bed and a big fuzzy blanket. I like the pillows though.

Signage is a bit lacking — if you drive in on the back side of the building, which is what your GPS is probably going to have you do, you are likely not to see any signs and you’ll end up trying to check into the Holiday Inn. The guy there told me it happens a lot.

Overall, a good experience. I don’t know why I’d need to stay in Olympia again, but if I do, I’ll try to stay here.
