Absolutely the worst place I’ve ever stayed. The room was disgusting. The sheets had holes in them and yellow stains all over them. We complained to the owner and he said it would be fixed right away, but 5 HOURS later nothing had been done. When we went back downstairs, the staff acted like they had no idea what we were talking about.

Then the breakfast situation made it even worse. Breakfast starts at 7am, but we came down at 6:40 and watched a white guest grabbing food. When we tried to grab bagels for our kids before their 7-on-7 game, the staff immediately told us no until 7am. When my mom pointed out the other guest was already getting food, the staff said “she can because she’s leaving.” We were leaving too. So apparently the rules only apply to certain people. Completely disrespectful and unprofessional. I would never stay here again

The hotel is clean and very quie and is in a great location. Its a little bit of an older property with signs of normal wear and tear but the room itself was clean.
Breakfast was fine, typical breakfast foods were offered.
Overall, it was perfect for an overnight. Great value for the price.

ADA room, smelled like someone had thrown up and did not have sufficient space for persons needing extra space to move. Bathroom door barely shut with the full force of your body, room door had to be positioned just right to lock. Breakfast was not up to any La Quinta standards where we have stayed before. Same egg (full of water), cold potatoes and sausage 3 mornings in a row. Muffin bread options were dried out. No one maintains the parking lot so you have to watch for dog poop getting in and out of your car. No soap for shower. Remote was so sticky with prior guests hair stuck to it we had to scrub it in the sink just to use it. Needed to get additional towels and front desk said we would need to find a housekeeper in the hallway to get more.

More than terrible! If you like engines LOUDLY revving every two minutes from the souped-up cars drag racing on the street outside the hotel on a Saturday night, this place is for you. When I asked the receptionist, he said he was aware of it and it was a Washington thing. It is NOT a Washington thing. The family across the hall was so loud that I could easily hear them through the door. I could hear the dog in the room next door whining through the wall. The mattress was lumpy. The carpet in the hallway looked like it hadn't been vacuumed since there were tree needles all over the place. I hod to go through 4 key cards before I got one that worked in the door lock. I checked in at 6pm and checked out at 10:30pm not even staying the night! .I booked the hotel to avoid driving home when I was tired, but I had to drive home anyway. Beware of staying at this place.

My kids got chlorine poisoning. I took them to the ER. Came back and talked to the front desk and filed a report/complaint. They promised a full refund but we have not been refunded. This all happened during Labor Day weekend. We did not stay the whole weekend… we packed up and went home. The overall experience was unsatisfactory. The hotel was filthy!

The people there were great and helpful. When we first got to our room, the toilet seat was broken, they came up and fixed it right away. The hot tub was amazing, when it worked. We had to call maintenance to get it to work again because of something wrong with the motor.
