Easy location, friendly staff, quiet enough.

Room was ‘well used’. Could hear the tv in the next room plain as day
Linda
Very nice
Alison
This hotel is a little dated but the facilities are excellent and the receptionists were friendly and helpful (especially Brie). We enjoyed our stay.
alejandro
Friendly staff, good breakfast and beautiful location
Sally
It was ok, nothing special but convenient
Elizabeth
The room was clean and tidy however the common areas like stairs and hallways show signs of wear and needed vacuuming. Our curtains didn't close all the way (room 222) and the breakfast was satisfactory but not stellar. Light bulbs in bathroom missing or nonfunctioning.
Adrian
The hotel needs to be upgraded. Breakfast is OK…but often need to ask for specific items to be replaced because they are out!!
Some rooms are VERY Noisy from road traffic, yet receptionist says they never get noise complaints!!

Not our best stay at a laqunita, but it wasn't absolutely horrible.
giuliana
Very clean, room was nice. Bed comfortable. Room quiet. Area was very relaxing.
Stacy
The room we stayed in needed updating. It was as clean as it could be but had stained carpets

Great job with everything
Sarah
Difficult to find as it is tucked in with another hotel. Easy access once you figure that out. Clean rooms and breakfast area. Nice to have a little snack shop. Breakfast was ok- no non milk option that I saw though. Staff very nice and helpful.
Chrissy
Bre at the front desk is awesome! I have stayed a couple of times now and she has been so helpful and makes the check in smoth and fast.
Arlene
We had a one night stay. The staff was very friendly. Beds were comfortable. We did not have breakfast as we left at 7:30 am. We would stay again.
Jack
Excellent place to stay breakfast was not really hot but was good
Desiree
Hotel was very clean and staff was wonderful. The rooms are pretty small and good luck trying to fit two people and a luggage cart in the elevator at the same time. Other than that, the price was great and the beds were comfortable!
michael
Overall the stay was good. The staff were very helpful. The only thing I had an issue with is the water pressure for the shower wasn’t great.
William
The property is very outdated and antiquated. I wouldn’t stay here again.
Bret
No notes, this was an excellent stay. The room? Clean and well maintained. The breakfast? Absolutely delightful! The hot tub was a real treat, and the \"convenience store\" area was well stocked, and the coffee! OMG the coffee!
Karen
Friendly staff and nice breakfast
Karyn
Was impressed with Brie, and also like rhe weekend staff. There was a girl with dark hair who I believe worked with Brie didn’t smile or ever acknowledge us (she even parked next to us in handicap spot never saw a placard.
We had issues all 3 night with child screaming and running up and down hall and another child was bouncing basketball on the wall all this between 9 and 10 at night. Brie was super efficient calling them immediately to deliver with the issue. Other than that the location was quiet.
Not impressed with the gal I dealt with in housekeeping I even made effort of speaking Spanish with her. We also gave her our top sheet as it had a stain and it was never got a new one.Got towels once but ended up using our own shampoo and hand soap luckily we had some as we we were only given one soap bar which we had to use at sink so none for the shower and the shampoo conditioner and lotion was only enough for one day and we were there a total of 3.This was our most expensive hotel in 3 weeks. Just think there is room for improvement.
On positive side breakfast was consistent every day with decent selection. The room was decent in size bed was comfortable with a good selection of pillows also had a decent size fridge The accessibility in the room was good so was access in shower. (Shower head was coming unglued from wall) The shower pressure was excellent.
I would return again to see how things are because of the courtesy of the front staff all but one.

Older property with nice staffs and decent breakfast. A bit noisy from traffic.
Robert
Overall very good value; great location. We were pleasantly surprised that road noise from nearby I-5 was not really an issue, even though our third-floor window looked straight out to the freeway. I would definitely stay there again. Thanks!
Spencer
Nice location tucked back away from the main road with really easy access. Lots of restaurants around. Staff was friendly and always nice. Breakfast was what was expected with multiple choices. If we are in the area again, we would come back.
Belle
The breakfast was a little too skimpy
Joseph
Place needs total updates. Ancient TV, carpet tore, dirty, shower head barely worked. Staff was great, but hotel not much better than a motel 6. Won't stay here again.
Makerita
Place was clan but breakfast was terrible.
Wallace
Excellent friendly staff!
Jake
Staff was really nice, but this hotel needs some love. Pretty run down. Most disappointing was the breakfast. Didn’t look edible and didn’t take any chances.
Stephanie
Staff was friendly and helpful, The pool was very cold, and the room was VERY echoing, so the couple of kids in there made is so loud it would have been hard to spend much time in there, we didnt go in, also there was an ant crawling across the bed, we ending up going somewhere else for the night.

We had a really good stay here. The front desk was super friendly and the place was clean and outside was peaceful. The only issues were the toilet backflowed every time you flush and the shower filled up with water while using.
Lots of places to eat and adventure locally!

Breakfast had 3 hot items - eggs, meat and oatmeal. Didn't use the hot tub.
Kelsey
Clean room, family friendly, and came out of town just to soak in the tub. The adult hours for the spa are wonderful, and the 12 curfew is great!
Lisa
Have stayed here several times and enjoyed it every time.
Xochitl
Breakfast was legit, loved their coffee.
Paul
The room was clean, the bed comfy and the staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was standard, but plenty of room in the breakfast area.
Could stand some updating, though. The bathtub was usable, but showing noticeable wear and tear. A towel rack would be a huge improvement over than that tiny hook on the door. And when they replaced the towels, they gave us two body lotions, one conditioner and no shampoo! In all fairness, the manufacturer made the containers identical, so it's not easy to tell at first.

There were homeless people in the lobby during breakfast getting food, and several guests walking around at the dining area without shoes on during breakfast.

The beds were wonderful. I was a little disappointed in the breakfast. The picture makes it look like there are biscuits and gravy, but no luck. Otherwise, it was great.

Absolutely the worst place I’ve ever stayed. The room was disgusting. The sheets had holes in them and yellow stains all over them. We complained to the owner and he said it would be fixed right away, but 5 HOURS later nothing had been done. When we went back downstairs, the staff acted like they had no idea what we were talking about.
Then the breakfast situation made it even worse. Breakfast starts at 7am, but we came down at 6:40 and watched a white guest grabbing food. When we tried to grab bagels for our kids before their 7-on-7 game, the staff immediately told us no until 7am. When my mom pointed out the other guest was already getting food, the staff said “she can because she’s leaving.” We were leaving too. So apparently the rules only apply to certain people. Completely disrespectful and unprofessional. I would never stay here again

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. We didn’t use the hotel’s laundry facilities, so no comments on them.
We liked the view of the beautiful forest from our room’s window. We appreciated the quietness of the hotel’s location.

The staff member at check in was friendly and got us checked in quickly.
The hotel is clean and very quie and is in a great location. Its a little bit of an older property with signs of normal wear and tear but the room itself was clean.
Breakfast was fine, typical breakfast foods were offered.
Overall, it was perfect for an overnight. Great value for the price.

Safe was great. Bathroom appeared to have black mold on the ceiling.

ADA room, smelled like someone had thrown up and did not have sufficient space for persons needing extra space to move. Bathroom door barely shut with the full force of your body, room door had to be positioned just right to lock. Breakfast was not up to any La Quinta standards where we have stayed before. Same egg (full of water), cold potatoes and sausage 3 mornings in a row. Muffin bread options were dried out. No one maintains the parking lot so you have to watch for dog poop getting in and out of your car. No soap for shower. Remote was so sticky with prior guests hair stuck to it we had to scrub it in the sink just to use it. Needed to get additional towels and front desk said we would need to find a housekeeper in the hallway to get more.
foo
Room clean, bed comfortable. Hot breakfast was solid.
Brenda
Room is very dated and the hotel needs updated, the beds were very comfortable. There were a lot of guest with dogs and apparently one had an accident in the carpeted hallway and was just left there. Another dog keep barking at night time. Breakfast was ok and being able to have coffee available 24/7 was nice.
Jesse
Staff was friendly. My room smelled like someone peed in the heater.

Your night staff at the counter was super! The gal who checked us out this morning was less than attentive and informed me I was interrupting a \"work call\" when I asked for a receipt. I was concerned about receiving $100 deposit back. She never did explain thst.
Mellisa
It was very clean and all the staff were very helpful.

Staff and room were fine. No one told us they didn't take cash. I had to go over the limit on my credit card and take a credit ding and fee.

The worst experience at a hotel my entire life. I decided to cut my stay in half because one day was too much to take in this place, trash everywhere, even in the pool and hot tub area!! Trash and towels all over, people yelling add bd fighting. Never again will I stay here!
Edouard
Great service, welcoming, warm and inclusive. Great breakfast!
