Hotel nice a clean. Rooms nice and spacious with nice table and closet. Beds were comfortable. The staff seemed over worked. Not able to attend to all the guests needs. Talked on the phone for about 5 minutes to his boss complaining about a customer while two guests were waiting on him. The hotel had a weird vibe to it.

Staff was terrible! don’t even know her name but was so blatantly rude and the hotel being a extended stay and i was booked for 1 night. as well as the hotel being part of a sober living partner. i showed her my booking because it said NOWHERE it was an extended stay nor a partner to sober living. Her service was beyond terrible. Maybe she was having a hard day but would never recommend this place. The door didn’t latch unless i threw my body weight into it. and the place smelled like burnt cat pee. I didn’t even stay my one night stay i went to other hotel. I didn’t even fight for my money back because I was aware i booked a nonrefundable room. But i felt physically sick within 20 minutes of being in my room and left. Would definitely not recommend to the next person based off staff interaction and quality of hotel. Also remember it’s an extended stay.

There was broken blinds, the coax cable was broken, no tv signal, dirty sink, no mattress cover. This was room 327. Front desk moved me to room 328. When I walked in room was dirty used and had not been cleaned, bed all undone and keys on counter. I had to go back to 327. Horrible experience I would like my money back.

Finding the property was VERY difficult with no appropriate signage. The room was a “suite” with a kitchen for cooking: The microwave popped, threw sparks, and stopped working on a short attempt at heating milk in a plastic container for coffee. NO cooking utensils, plates, glasses or pans. The TV never worked. Accessibility was OK, but water in the shower went everywhere.

This was an okay hotel. There were just interesting omissions. Normally when I get a suite I expect to get dishes, cutlery, etc. There were none of these things. I also usually expect a fully made bed. In this hotel, our bed had just a sheet. Everything else was fine.

The room was nice and the kitchenette and entertainment components were clean and modern.
The entrance to the driveway needs a big sign where to turn. The number for the address is there but we ounch that into maps and need the hotel name there! The driveway is really skinny between other businesses.
The staff was friendly . I had several questions and they answered them with a smile, but when I tried to use the TV in the fitness room on the first night and it didnt work and the same problem the next day in my room, neither front desk person knew what to do and instead of trying , the morning person said they’d put in a maintenance request..Of course I was checking out that day. I just felt like they didn’t bother to see if TVs were working in another room or an outage, or just me not knowing how to use the TV…

Other than the lobby, the place was really worn down. Dirty halls and floors, trash and dog poo all over the outside grounds. And there are no amenities, not even Kleenex, included in the rooms besides two plastic cups, toilet paper, and a bottle of shampoo. I understand it’s a budget extended stay hotel but it would have been nice to know ahead of time to bring at least disposable utensils/dishes and maybe a pot to boil water. The hotel was also very loud, between people walking around, moving chairs, closing doors, dogs barking, people coughing/talking, music playing, and traffic from the freeway, I couldn’t fall asleep, even with earplugs in. So I ended up packing my room at 6am and asked for the second night to be reimbursed but was told the cost of early departure is the cost of a night’s stay. I understand the website for the hotel explains how the low cost/budget scenario works, so guests are expected to bring things themselves, it just wasn’t clear on hotels.com app. The front desk check-in staff person was very kind though.

They didn't have the room that I paid for so I had to take one with one bed which was considerably less amount and I'm counting on you to give me back the difference they are complaining of you guys over booking all the time that they've had several people come in and try to get a room that they say they paid for and then rooms are not available so I just had to accept the one bed in a room at the price I paid which the room that I paid for is an $80 night room instead of what I paid the staff was great the room was clean there's nothing wrong with that it was just a hassle trying to get a room after paying for one and that one being available therefore we got to our room like at 11:00 at night finally

The employee on shift when I checked in ( around if not later then 8 ‘o clock ) , I believe her name was Haley ( I’m not sure of her preferred spelling ) she was personable and friendly . The young lady whom took over the “ night shift “ on the other hand .. she said her name was
“ Brittany “but I latter learned it’s Angelica . She had major unnecessary attitude and had a minor child at work with her 🤔 idk she just made the whole vibe feel ghetto . Definitely wasn’t good energy .

The staff was friendly.The place was clean enough. There was a lot of noise around this motel and inside, like not very well insulated. It was hard to find, even with GPS. Especially in the dark and in the rain. There was no sign pointing to the hotel that was down an alley.The kitchen was completely empty. No coffee pot, no pots and pans, no towels, wash rags or soap, no plates or silverware. If you want any of those things you have to purchase them.There is a sign in the hotel room stating this. Don't know why they bother putting in a kitchen when you have to pay extra to use it. Only one bar of soap for 2 sinks and a bathtub. One bottle of shampoo no conditioner. If you want coffee in the lobby, you have to purchase it. The place smelled like really cheap cleaner in the rooms, hallways and lobby. Next time I will spend extra cash and get a nicer motel!!

The room was clean and accessible. The bed was a bit squeaky, and there was a droning noise outside the window all night long (not sure of the source). The staff was cordial and clear on the hotel rules. We were surprised by a non-refundable $50 pet cleaning fee on top of the individual pet charge. Not sure if we missed something somewhere, but it felt kind of sudden and wish we had known prior. The hotel entrance was kind of difficult to find as well, with it being tucked back from the road and with minimal signage. Also, the TV was fairly limited in terms of which channels worked, if that's your thing.

Theres fees for emptying trash, returning towels. The lights are on a timer. There was no plunger maintenence had it and they took day off. Theres no cookware,cutlery. How is this an extended stay? Finding the place was a night mare. It was late at night very small sign couldn't find the place,had to call the hotel and have them walk me through getting there, even Google maps was taken me else where. The room was big but smelled like dogs and the floors were clean but you could tell areas were missed. Nothing In the rooms as far as hair Drier, coffee pot. The coffee vending machine in the lobby doesn't tell you or gives you access to coffee cups so if you buy coffee best make sure you have your own cup in there and ready. I lost my money while buying it cause I thought it was like other machines and the cup automatically drops down. Nope. BUT the front desk lady was amazing she stayed in the phone with me guiding me in to the place cause after 30 minutes of driving around looking for the place I was not happy... Once you found the place parking wasn't to bad at all

If you like a full of head of hair in your bed, this is the place for you! Front desk was more than willing to fix the problem by offering clean sheets for us to make the bed ourselves. Not what you think it will be

Hotels.com does not tell you that this is a hotel geared towards people to live in for an extended period of time. Due to this, you get the bare minimum. There is a kitchenette, but no dishes, pots, pans, coffee maker, silverware, dish soap etc. You can buy a coffeemaker from the front desk. You have to supply EVERYTHING. Minimum housekeeping (we stayed for 9 nights and never had housekeeping), and you can trade in your linens yourself but only a certain number of times and you make your own bed. You take your own trash out to the dumpster. There were stains/food/marks on the walls and the floors were so sticky we had to mop them ourselves twice. This is a great hotel if you're looking for somewhere to live, NOT a good choice if you're just visiting the area and need a true hotel.

Location was good, check in was easy. The bed was VERY uncomfortable though and there was no mattress cover which I thought was disgusting after learning when the sheet came up when sleeping. And we only had two top sheets to sleep with. No blanket!! The room did have good amenities like a full sized fridge and closet, microwave and stove, bathroom was a good size and not dirty, but the bed situation had my partner and I kinda grossed out and we were having trouble sleeping without a comforter or duvet. I don’t think I would stay here again.

After having trouble getting my small children to sleep due to dogs howling and barking in the hotel, at 10pm a man entered our room demanding his medication. I yelled for fim to get out and he stood outside my door still yelling. It was the most terrifying experience as a mom travelling alone with young kids. The phone in the room didn't work. I was unable to call for help. I used my cell phone to call front desk. The girl said she was trying to resolve it, be up shortly and hung up. I called 4 times no answer. The 5th time she answered and again stated she was dealing with him and be up then again just hung up.... i ended up having to go downstairs. The girl seemed overwhelmed but the lack of urgency in a terrifying situation made me want to leave on top of a dirty room and pet noise. I was offered a new key card or switch rooms but just wanted a refund and to leave. I am not sure if he was in the room before and his key card wasn't deactivated but it was completely unnacceptable. Almost 1 week later and i am still waiting for a manager to call me and a refund. I am lucky the man didn't attack us worse. Worst experience ever.

The front desk clerk was unkind and required a handicapped senior to walk completely around the building because walked through the rear door and could not reenter. Poor location, literally next to a highway, lots of homless walking the streets, the entrance is a 100ft one lane entrance that has a blind turn in. Lack of parking. So dont expect a large truck or even moving truck to get in. The facility is more like a apartment with a stove and dish washer. On top of this they charged me twice for a deposit of $100 each. Waited 20 minutes for staff to come to front desk at check in.

There’s no sign and you have to find the small alley that the hotel is down. I drove past the same alley probably 10 times.

The pullout couch/bed was covered in dirt and brown stains. Gross.

I did not even stay, it was not the hotel i thought it was. There was a derilict rv in the parking lot and people just hanging out in the parking lot. My kids needed to use the restroom as we were on a long road trip and they dont have a rest room in the lobby. Also they do not have contenental breakfast. We booked a room ad best
western liberty inn duepont and had a great time. The girl at the desk when we were atempting to check in was wonderful. However all the rest really mad us sad! I would not recomend to anyone....

This hotel was the worst experience I've ever had. The staff and hotel manager, Gabby discriminated against us, charged us bogus fees and then forced us to leave without taking our belongings. By the time we got our stuff back they had already stolen what they wanted. Gabby lied to me, lied to the police and cheated us out of our money and our belongings. She and her staff made our stay a nightmare! Do not go there!

Worst hotel in my experience

The TV did not work, the sheets were dirty, no blanket on the bed. Loud noises all night long. The bed was completely uncomfortable and barely as high as the middle of my calf. No water pressure in the shower. As far as room temperature, it boiled down to two options: freezing cold or burning up. The climate control ran costly and was really loud. It is hard to find even with GPS.

When I added another night to my stay the staff closed out the previous reservation and created a new one. When they did this my wife was removed.

At the end of the day my wife and I arrived separately and the hotel staff working would not let my wife into the room or make her a new key card stating she was not on the reservation. The staff was extremely rude to my wife and went so far to tell ask her to leave the property and if she did not they were going to call security.

I called the hotel and tried to explain the situation and the woman was then rude to me and told me I could deal with it in the morning. My wife and I were from out of town and would of had no where to go. So I left the place I was at to go back to the hotel and get my wife in the door. The woman working that night was again very rude and almost was not going to let my wife stay. She claimed my wife gave her the wrong room number.

Either way neither of us would like to stay here again.
