No estaba limpia la habitación, estaba llena de telarañas y una de las puertas corredizas no funcionaba correctamente; supuestamente cuando hice la reservación incluía el desayuno y cuando llegamos en la mañana me dijeron que tenía que pagar el desayuno.

It was everything I needed. Clean quiet room (with birds singing in the morning). Hot water shower. Nice choice of breakfast. And close to where I had to be. Topped with kind friendly staff. Definitely a better price-value choice than the other big name hotels in that area.

When we arrived we waited a few minutes until we got to our reservation but the room was hot it took a while until the air conditioning got the room colder. Try to turn on the TV and it didn’t work. Perhaps have the rooms colder for the clients and make sure electronics do work as well.

The hotel is in a great spot, safe neighborhood and easy to get too. Edwin was very nice and helpful!
The bed was not that comfortable, too stiff.
Everything was clean, quiet spot and the garden is lovely.
If you are at the Annex Building, there is no key for the front entrance so you have to keep in contact with who is on duty and that was inconvenient.

My wife and I specifically booked the King size bed option, but when we arrived, we were given a room with two smaller beds. We explained there must be a mistake, but it appears they had double booked and someone was already sleeping in the room we had chosen. We had no choice but to sleep in the wrong room until they could give us the right one the next day. They offered no compensation for our troubles even when pressed.

With that said, once we had the correct room, it was a clean and convenient place to go to the shopping areas of the city. They have some nice options in their cafe and kind service. Please call ahead of time to confirm that you can go to the room you booked and so on for peace of mind.

We have a bad experience that photos that they show online. Not real. When you get to. The hotel is different things. The bed has a hole on it. The shower doesn’t work. The light are bad, very dirty, the place and so disappointed. I do not recommend anybody to stay at this hotel.

I didn’t like the breakfast, it was cold the coffee was cold as well. My husband had to get up to serve him self coffee the employee just looked at him and after my husband asked him if he could use the microwave to eat up the coffee he just said sure! Didn’t offer any help, he was just on his cell phone. Terrible!!!’ We’ll never go back there again

The staff at this hotel are the absolutely sweetest and helpful. Whenever we had any questions, they were quick to provide us with the information we needed. There is no parking lot; only street parking but the area is safe and they will tell you where to park. We stayed in room #1 and it was clean, and while we did hear the laughs from the front of the hotel, it was not loud enough for us to complain or care much for it. My kids slept well. We will definitely look to book at this location again.

and did not want to refund and they refuse to mend.

I paid $74 and did not get the service I paid for.

I had submit a complaint with you, Expedia due the hotel management decided to fumigate the premises while our stay and we were basically intoxicated. I'm still waiting for a respomd to our complaint and get a full refund because what we experienced was unacceptable.
