They were very friendly and even though we didnt speak a lot of spanish they were extremely accommodating. Rooms were cleaned every day with a lot of care. Included in our stay was breakfast which was amazing every time. Highly recommend.

The hotel was great. The service and attention was wonderful. Breakfast is included (and delicious) but don't expect to get full. The bed was a bit hard but okay. There are a dozen pupusas restaurants (and even a very active park) a couple of blocks away. This is the best kept secret of this hotel.

I arrived to the property and realized that I didn't want to stay there especially the room and the noisy from the main street. I asked the manager on duty that I wanted to cancel my second night but because it was done through expedia, he wasn't able to help me and I ended up leaving anyways and paying for the room.

The Hotel was very close to my wife's family home. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Beautiful view of the The Volcano of El Salvador. The Staff were very attentive and very knowledgeable. The Food and service was excellent.

Everyone at the hotel is friend and helpful. Sadly I had to return for a funery and they were very sad for me and gave me hugs. Javier and Noé helped me arrange taxi rides when needed and helped me with my Spanish. I would definitely stay here again!!

The staff is extra-friendly and they go out of their way to help you. However the property itself has A small architectural issue: there is an excess of stairs everywhere. This is very common in buildings across the country, so I assume it was an embellishment that was popular at some point. However it is important to walk with care in some areas. Other than that, no complaints. Highly recommended.

Safe neighborhood but kinda far from the main attractions. The staff is nice and the rooms are nice enough for me, I’m not picky at all.. but I couldn’t walk on the floor without shoes without getting my feet black and dirty, which is gross. Beds were comfy enough but the pillows were terrible. Nice hot water and the breakfast was fantastic. The one thing that was a deal breaker for me was the noise. It could just be the location of my room and the fact that a festival was down the street during this time, but I found it impossible to sleep with all the noise. First it was the loud music from the downstairs restaurant, which was right below my room. Then loud fireworks all night until midnight and after that the dogs having a barking competition literally all night. It sounded like every dog in the neighborhood was in my room barking at the top of their lungs. I realize the only thing the hotel can control is their own music, but if I were to stay in that neighborhood again, I would find a hotel with soundproofing.

The room we stay in had a broken AC that leaked water all over the bed. It was repair twice but the second time it sounded like a helicopter was landing in the room We were moved to another room that had roaches, the electric outlet was broken and the sheets were not clean.

I had a weeding to assist and it was going to be in 2 days. My suit with the flight got all wrinkle so my wifes dress. I ask kindly to Javier if they could take care of it. Because of the material they couldn't do anything at the hotel. But immediately Javier mention the dry cleaners I was concerned but he called and he assured that my clothing will be ready for the day of the weeding. Thanks to Javier we looked really sharp in our weeding day. Thanks Javier. Ps: the cleaning crew it's excellent my respects.

San Salvador isn't the safest place but this hotel had me feeling very comfortable. It's in a nice suburb of San Salvador and very convenient to a couple of museums, a n artisan market, a farmer's market, and a whole bunch of pupusarias. The staff tried to speak English and we were able to understand each other with my limited Spanish. They were very helpful. And the food was very good. They serve Breakfast, lunch, and dinner so you can eat here if you don't feel comfortable walking the few blocks to the main plaza where there is a selection of places to eat.
