I was delighted by the kindness, friendliness, and service by Katrina and Laura. We had a few special last-minute requests and they were both very helpful and made our stay fun and easy.

Our room was comfortable, clean, and comfortable.

The meal we 3 (me and my two young adult kids) had at the hotel was absolutely terrific — my traditional roast dinner was a highlight for sure!

Thank you Katrina and Laura for making our stay a great memory, and for your kindness and accommodations.

Grubby and in need of updating

Although the bed linen, towels and room was clean the hotel is very grubby. Carpets need replacing and bath, shower and bathroom generally was in poor condition. Rust marks on hand basin. Shower was difficult to turn on because part was broken. Shower head dirty and disgusting. Staff very nice and helpful

Poor would not recommend very disappointed

Service and food in the restaurant very poor.There was tape stuck over the buttons at the lift and inside the lift were buttons were out of order but not repaired.Doors on to balcony extremely dodgy and unsafe not to mention the moss and grime on balcony leads me to think the exterior hasn't been treated in a while.Also there was damage to skirting boards in bedroom from an obvious old leak from the shower.The shower curtain did not stay positioned where it was meant to.Decor overall needs a huge upgrade inside and outside this hotel.There was a lump of broken wood dumped in the bushes in the outside seating area that was sticking out could easily harm a child if they didnt spot it.Not to mention alot of anti social behaviour setting of alarms in the hotel in the evening time.Also to mention our car was recieved a dint to the door in the carpark which i note per carefully placed signage the hotel does not take responsibility for.I fully believe this hotel was overpriced based on decor quality of services.It was not the comfortable chilled family break we intended it to be, i would not recommend a stay here. Also please note there is a halting site next to this hotel.

Needs updating

The service was good, however the hotel is in need of serious updating, and modernisation. The first night I was put in a room, where someone had smoked in the room, how housekeeping missed the stench, is beyond me. Anyway, I was moved the next day, and offered complimentary drinks, rather than a free night, which would have been more appropriate.

Rooms are clean, spacious and beds incredibly comfy. All the staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Both breakfast & dinner were delicious, though the menu did feel a little limited, especially for vegetarian options. Pool/Sauna facilities were clean & well maintained, only negative being that there seems to be no time limit in place. Groups sitting in the hot tub for over an hour meaning no one else could use it. Feel this could be managed better. Overall though a great hotel, walking distance from city centre. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Was a little concerned as we drove up. The exterior was a little sketchy, however, once we entered the hotel it was very clean and nice. The staff was top notch at every level. As an American I would have loved a/c or at least a fan.

This hotel is quite dated and not particularly close to anything nearby (you need a car or taxi to get to dining). We stayed 2 nights and the coffee/waters/tea cookies did not get refreshed. No air conditioning and it was quite warm in the room (a bit too warm for a good sleep)

Check in first, THEN you can scan your room card to access underground parking, which has convenient access to the elevator to the hotel rooms. Check-in was easy, staff was great, the room was clean, quiet, comfortable. Optional breakfast was amazing--very nice restaurant setting with so many food options. There's also a small Aldi grocery store literally around the corner. There appears to be a nice central courtyard with trees and a few tables/chairs for when it's not raining, but its convenience for cigarette smoke prevented us from using it.

Plastic sheets on the bed you just sweat! Nowhere used these anymore so uncomfortable.

Shower very low and tight space, shower curtain sticks to you and the handrail means you can’t turn around.

Modern, convenient hotel with very handy parking.

The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient and gave us some good tips on touring and restaurants. Our room was fine, clean, airy and conveniently located.
The restaurant was a bit 'wacky' in its colour scheme but the food was fine.

We arrived early 1:00 asked could we go in early or come back later the clerk said yes 20 min, so we stayed. He kept saying another 20 min till finally allowed to the room at 2:45.
We left the room they made the room up well away, got back the door was a jar. Talked to reception they said they will retrain staff and all was good I said no they basically said to bad. The internet took 3 min to down down load basic e mail could not open attachments. Internet usless

Front-of-house staff on check-in are ALWAYS so unfriendly. There is one lady in particular. Thin with black hair, she never had a name tag on but checked me in on 3 occasions, never getting a hello out of her or anything. She looks like someone has just run over her puppy all the time.

I have stayed here 4 or 5 times now and there service from her is a shocking as the last.

Normally I get food delivered to the hotel as I have tried the menu in the restaurant and want something different. Normally I let reception know I am ordering and ask if they let me know when the driver arrives so I can come down. Normally this isn't an issue, but during this weekend's visit, she told me \"It wasn't a service they offer?!\" a courtesy call isn't a service?!
150 euro a night, I think this isn't a big ask!

5 nights I have stayed here and the service hasn't improved. I won't be back.

The hotel itself is fine. The lobby, halls and our room were all well kept and our room was spacious and very clean. However the same cannot be said for outside and around the hotel. There was broken glass, cigarettes and rubbish all around the car spaces immediately outside the hotel doors. We also experienced fire alarms going off at 4.30am until 4.45, all 4 of which were cancelled with 10-15 seconds, but not a single explanation or apology was given at the time nor the following morning.
It is in a good location for travelling into the city, and thankfully had underground secure parking, as outside the hotel feels quite unsafe.

Very much a standard corporate type of hotel with nothing that really stands out as far as rooms go. However, the staff are excellent and a great credit to the hotel, keeping it very clean and super friendly. We are back in Limerick shortly and will certainly stay here again.

Not worth the price due to location

Stay was fine, although on entering the lobby there was a very strong smell of stale cigarette smoke. The person on reception was fine but lacked a friendly attitude. The food was excellent and the service in the bar was very good.
The checkout was not very friendly, no hello, no thank you, no good bye.
The location itself is unfortunate being opposite a halting site, and there was evidence of this on the road outside the hotel. A young male in a motor bike doing wheelies up and down the footpath with no regard for pedestrians. The guards were there but they could not catch him.
All in all not really good value for money in my opinion. A place like this needs to be offering bnb for <€100.

Tired Hotel in need of refurbishment

I found the staff friendly and the rooms were clean but due to the age of the Hotel did not look it. But the Bathrooms are in desperate need of refurbishment. The bath would not drain and all the fixtures need an upgrade. From the Shower head, curtain and the taps. All very tired. The bed was not very comfortable. For the €258.50 I paid per night I would think I well overpaid. Overall a poor hotel and I would go as far to sat one of the worst I have stayed in on my business travels.

It was a rush booking and there was no issues in getting a room, which was clean and comfortable, tv remote was not working and power of flow from shower head was poor. Food in restaurant was tasty but the same menu every day, portion size were average, security placed in foyer each night to prevent access by undesirable element from locality was prudent but slightly alarming. Barriers to u ground car park were constantly raised, unsure if main gate to u/ground car park was locked at night, seems to be some sort of local medical centre set up on 3rd floor (I was staying on the 3rd floor) Call push button for elevator was pushed in to its recess and not working, Local Area seems to be rough enough (Society, not the Hotels Fault) Local tesco and aldi are 6 min walk from hotel. Overall I've stayed in similar hotels for around for a slightly cheaper price but as I was only there for 2 nights it was adequate and functional.

Big room and plenty of space

Really nice big room and plenty of space around the reception area. The breakfast was good. The hotel was on the southern ring road which suited me. The only problem i had was with what appeared to be a corporate get together on the Saturday night which was noisy until well into the early hours.
