We felt misled by the bed description. We went out of our way to choose king beds throughout our 17 day trip & this was the only hotel that did not have a king bed for us. They said that it was a “European king.” We did not find that at any other hotel. The bed was a queen. My husband is 6 feet 8 inches tall and has linebacker shoulders so the bed was a tight fit for us. Other than that, the hotel was nice. The rooms were large; the staff friendly and helpful & the food was delicious. They should, however, be more clear in the bed description. I would not have booked the room if it was not a king bed.

The room was so big and beautiful! I ordered room service and the food was lovely. Breakfast was very nice as well. This was my second time in this hotel and loved my rooms both times. This hotel was amazing. Our 3 person room was huge and so comfortable and clean. It exceeded our expectations.

We decided to include the breakfast which was 100% the right choice. The breakfast was delicious and so convenient, and the hostess was so lovely and sweet. All the staff here were amazing.

The hotel is also extremely walkable to the main areas of Limerick and there is a beautiful nature walk all the way to the university. Would stay here again!

I was surprised at the special dietary options at the buffet/hotel breakfast. They did a great job accommodating gluten free, vegan, vegetarian, and/or dairy-free. Our room was spacious, clean, and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. The one downside is the length of time it took to get our room down to a comfortable temperature to sleep.

Nice hotel but disappointed in the parking. I booked this hotel specifically for the availability of on site parking, but ended up having to park across the street in a garage at a cost of 20€ a night. Parking in the hotel is free, but unavailable. Very frustrating and expensive!

Also, there was no mini fridge in the room, and the bathroom has a frosted glass door, which can be off putting.

Otherwise, a nice hotel.

The hotel was clean. The staff extremely helpful. Alex at the front desk went above and beyond. The beds were very comfortable and the showers had good water pressure and water was hot. The hotel with everything great!

The hotel staff was so kind, upgraded our room. We had the corner suite overlooking the beautiful Shannon River. Two white swans live right by our room. Also, the restaurant chef cooks amazing beef short ribs. The breakfast was one of the best in Ireland

Had a great stay from start to finish. The car park was convenient and clean, and check-in was quick and easy. The staff were warm and chatty throughout. Our room was spotless with great amenities, a really comfortable bed, and a lovely view of the river.

We had a drink in the bar — the duty manager served us and was absolutely lovely, and the cocktails were really well made. Breakfast was also very good, and a special shout-out to the tall young Irish man who looked after us — he was so friendly and full of chat, he honestly made the stay!

We’d definitely recommend and would love to come back.
