Great location, 3 minutes walk from town centre but situated on a very quiet street, minutes from the seafront and pier. Plenty of on- street parking close by.

We had a very comfortable and spacious room at Holcombe House that was fitted out to a very high standard. Breakfast was excellent, and we were especially impressed by the daily, freshly prepared fruit salad. The House is a stone's throw from the sea front and the centre of Llandudno, with it's good choice of eateries, food and other shops. A top choice.

We arrived at Holcombe House approx 3pm. Parking was difficult as it’s a first come first serve basis. We parked up the road but later I finally got a car park space outside the property.Roy welcomed us in and was a quite a gentleman.we stayed on the 2nd floor in a cosy room at the top of the house. We had nice views from the window.Bathroom was nice and the bath/shower was great. Good size.Internet streamed good too.unfortunately the bed wasn’t for us as it was pretty low and hard.The breakfast made up for that tho as there was plenty of choice and the bright breakfast room was elegant and Jose who made our breakfast was a charming man who was very cheerful and easy going. The location is great also as it’s just around the corner from Victoria tram station if you wanted to goto The Great Orme. Shopping pubs restaurants pier all within walking distance. All in all we had a pleasant stay and would return again.

Beautiful area in Llandudno with main shopping very close by and the West Shore only a 5 minute drive. We enjoyed the scenery, and peaceful walks in the area. The house is well maintained with a spacious bathroom with bath shower combination. The bedroom was fairly small but comfortable for a 3 night stay. Water bottles were provided upon arrival and biscuits topped up daily which was a nice touch. A good overall stay, thank you ☺️

A Great Hotel
We had a lovely 2 night stay at this super B&B. This is a large old house with history and has been nicely made into a hotel. The location was in a quiet street not far from the pier. We was greeted by the owner who was very friendly and got checked in smoothly. Our room was on the top floor and was really nice. We had all amenities like a selection of various teas, coffee and hot chocolate. Bottled water biscuits. In the bathroom you had toiletries including toothbrushes, shaving kit and a beauty kit. The room was very quiet. I would highly recommend this hotel. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choices of cereals, yogurts, fruit, fruit juices and you had a hot menu with various different cooked eggs, smoked fish, Welsh full breakfast and plenty of fresh toast. Fresh coffee and pots of tea.

Great little B&B, Excellent scrambled eggs!
That chef sure can cook scrambled eggs on toast. Perfect stay for what I wanted. I was there golfing and they sent me off with a good brekky every morning and I could come and go as I pleased. I didn't need a car (friend staying at other hotel) so cannot comment on catr parking but it is a busy street, being 2 minutes walk from some great pubs and restaraunts.

Booked for a nice walking trip reviews were awesome hence booking, check in was nice and easy, parking was not totally clear but there was free parking but only 2 spaces.

Late Break in Llandudno
First of all, Holcombe House is in a great location taking just a few minutes to walk to the Great Orme, the town and the sea front.
Next, Roy & Jose are wonderful hosts. We've been back home for a week now and are missing Jose's fantastic breakfasts and early morning chats and not forgetting Roy's cheerful early morning chats and helpful advice if you're going out for the day.

We had a very enjoyable 5 night stay at Holcombe House. It was very clean and comfortable and situated close to the town and the seafront. The bedroom was spacious with plenty of storage and the shower room was very modern with a variety of toiletries provided. The owners, Jose and Roy, were very friendly, welcoming and helpful and the breakfast was excellent - very tasty and plentiful.

Excellent stay at the beautiful Holcombe House which is ideally situated for site seeing or just relaxing with the added benefit of Free parking!! The rooms are spacious and homely.The standard of cleanliness and attention to detail is exceptional.The owner is friendly and willing to cater to your every need. The breakfast is absolutely delicious made from the best local produce.The beds are comfortable so we enjoyed 2 great nights sleep. Be aware there are 2 floors, so if you have mobilty issues ask for the 1st floor accommodation ( no lift).
The room was on the smaller size but was lovely with room both sides of the bed & a small seating area, kingsized bed so comfortable with beautiful linen. TV adequate, good signal. Bathroom was lovely & had a luxurious feel to it , hot water instantly, shower a little noisy when running but not troublesome. Linen white & fluffy....toiletries available.
Breakfast staggered, you choose your preferred time. Service friendly but professional, fab menu, luxurious cooked welsh breakfast, plus all the choices you can imagine- from juices to cereal to organic yoghurts to fresh fruit to toast on tap!

Stayed for 3 nights in August. Great location for touring North Wales and especially Llandudno. Very clean and comfortable room. Hosts were very welcoming. Breakfasts were excellent with plenty of choice but Welsh Breakfast was hard to beat.

I loved it here. A wonderful, safe and quiet location. Walkable to all of Llandudno. The home was old, beautiful, stylish, clean and so comfortable. Very enjoyable 2 night stay. Staff really friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. Room was immaculate - Have stayed in less well equipped / less clean 4* hotel rooms (to our amazement it even included bath robes!). Stayed in 3 bed family room which contained a very comfortable double bed and a full size single bed (not bed settee). Breakfast included fresh fruit and full English - couldn’t fault. Will definitely stay there again when visiting Llandudno.

It was our 3rd stay in Holcombe House and it wont be the last for sure. The place is incredible comparing to many other hotels and B&Bs in Llandudno, very clean, quiet, great location, tasty breakfasts, even the smallest things which might be needed are here, like fruity tea, wine glasses, shampoos, lotions etc. Roy and Jose are two AMAZING people and make u feel like at home!
