Comfortable beds, clean rooms and great shower! No one was available at check in when we arrived. Just a sign asking for guests to have a seat and wait. Seemed weird and even though a phone number was given it was only to be used for \"immediate\" service. We waited for a while and after another family arrived we were going to call before someone came to the desk.

Looks can be very deceiving.

The original room that I booked when I enter into the room. It had a horrible smell is smell like a pet. Was another room? The bed was so uncomfortable.
To the point of my head am, my entire body is aching. Yes, services didn't offer to give me another room for the inconvenience. I had to endure the situation.

I do not like the fact the rooms are only cleaned every 3 days. I was also unhappy because the day the only thing done on the day the room was to be cleaned was putting in clean towels and removing the dirty ones. Garbage was not emptied, and the bed was not made. The stopper for the bathtub was broken and laying to the side of the drain. A person could not have taken a tub bath if they wanted too. Very disappointed and will not return.

Got to the hotel and the room had small red ants all over. We killed so many and finally called the front desk asking for a different room. About 15 minutes later the front desk clerk brought us raid and a cloth to spray and clean our room. Woke up the jext morning with ants IN OUR BED and have hites all over us!

The property needs a major update. Carpeting and furniture are worn. The chair at my desk in the room looked like a dog had scratched it repeatedly. The elevator is small and slow.

But it isn't a bad option for one or two nights. The area has a lot of restaurants/shopping, and the location is convenient to I-57. Staff is accommodating, although the front desk wasn't staffed most of the time I visited. It usually involved waiting or calling out for help, but the help always came with a friendly attitude.

Overall a good stay. Staff was friendly. Check in was a breeze. Room was clean. Bed was comfy. Drapes were sufficient to keep the room nice and dark at night. Air conditioner blew cold. Fan helped drown out any noise, even with being right next to the elevator. Only real complaint, if you could even call it that, is the bathroom was on the smaller side. Thank you for making me comfortable while away from home. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was really noisy... the icemaker was on the other side of the wall, and the people upstairs were terrible heal walkers... UGH (not the hotels fault), but the floors and walls seem really thin! Breakfast was throw a piece of fruit in a paper bag thanks to Covid... but... we were at a competing hotel 2 weeks prior that had full continental breakfast served by a very friendly kitchen attendent behind plexiglas. The beds were comfortable, and the TV was \"smart\" so we could watch our own Netflix programming. Not a bad stay, just not very restful and not up to the standards of similarly priced competition.

Liked: Easy, on site parking; Staff was friendly.
Disliked: We were placed in a room that was like a side show fun house; floor in room slanted greatly from head of bed to opposite wall (room 212); you nearly fell over trying to walk to the bathroom! Then, TV only received about a dozen channels of which six were Spanish language!!!! Since only staying overnight we didn't ask for a new room, but the construction of this room and TV service was terrible.

Over-priced hotel would not recommend.

Front desk person was rude. She also was not wearing a mask. I called and she said there were no rooms available so I tried hotels.com and was able to get a room. The common areas were filthy. No breakfast served. Over-priced for what you got.

Check-in woman was extremely nasty. So nasty for no reason that I wanted to cancel the room and go somewhere else. Hotel is just okay. Old looking, hallways smell, huge spotlight in the parking lot that blared into the room. There was only a sheet curtain so couldn’t even try to block it. Rooms were clean and smelled fine however.

We did not end up staying here. We decided to get a hotel on our 7 hour drive home so our kids could swim in the pool before the last leg of our drive, and when I checked in, I asked about breakfast, and was told that was not available, but grab and go bags were, as well as the pool and fitness center not being open.
The only reason we booked a hotel was for our kids to swim, and there was no mention of the pool being closed on the hotels.com listing for this hotel.

Upon our arrival, Ms. Wanda was very welcoming and helpful. Room setup was ok but most importantly clean. Pool was nice but would be better if water temperature was warmer. Kids enjoyed it briefly. Breakfast buffet was wonderful and lady working the area was awesome. I did not get her name.

I have stayed in a lot of Fairfield Inns--this is not my favorite by far. The personnel were nice and friendly, but the rooms looked \"tired\". The worst part for me was the TV service. limited channels and was slow to navigate --very poor-- If I was paying less than $100 for a room, it would be ok, but this was the highest rate in the area I was staying--will not stay there again as I do not feel it was a good value

This is a very nice place, and overall very clean. When I entered my room all the lights were on, the toilet seat up, the desk chair was in the corner far from desk and there was a bag of trash on the floor just inside. Looked as though the cleaning staff just didn’t completely finish room, but I was afraid that maybe it was occupied but it wasn’t. Girl at desk said, ‘sorry about that.’and put me in another room. TV didn’t work in that room so I just went back to other. Toilet seat up in both. I guess that’s how they leave them when cleaned.
