Our room was under maintenance when we arrived, so they put us in a different room(but we would have to change rooms the next day…which was a bit of a pain)! The staff was very accommodating even when I needed gauze, bandaids, & tape after breaking a scab open & I’m on blood thinners…so it was a bloody mess! The breakfast was really awesome! I must admit that not having sugar or creamer for the in-room coffee was a little disappointing! Plus not having shampoo in the shower dispenser was not kosher either!!
However, taking the good with the bad it was an okay stay and we’d do it again…hoping the cost to stay was the same for all of our nights, not higher on some days!

We stay every year for the KCC cash bash and this time was not enjoyable at all. No hot water so I was the only one in the family who was able to get a less than 5 minute shower. The bathroom door handle kept falling off and the smell of cigarettes and weed so bad. The elevators didn’t work either so was hard to hang out with friends and family due to having rooms across the whole hotel. I’m unsure what needs to be done but it was hard to get any sleep due to the smell. would love to stay here again but would like to have money back from this stay, it wasn’t a good experience at all and we look forward to this event each year. THIS STAY WAS THE WORST I'VE EVER HAD!!.... FIRSTLY, THE ELEVATOR WASN'T WORKING CAUSING ME AND THE GUESTS THAT ARRIVED WITH ME TO HAVE TO TAKE OUR LUGGAGE UP 3 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS. WE PRACTICALLY HAD TO BEG TO BE MOVED TO A LOWER FLOOR, Which did not happen until later the next day. OUR GROUP INCLUDED ONE RECENT ACCIDENT VICTIM, WHO IS STILL INJURED, & 3 PEOPLE WITH LEG ISSUES. After finally being moved to the 1st floor. Our toilets were continually stopping up with no maintenance on shift. So a plunger was brought to our rooms for us to solve the problem.The shower water was never hot. We found a bed bug on one of the beds, which we reported to several people, whom of which didn't seem to care. There are buckets sitting all over the hotel catching water from the leaky roof. The carpets are also wet from the leaky roof.We were continually given the runaround about who to speak to. The staff lies about how long the issues have been present. HORRIBLE STAY AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

The whole place is a little dated but certainly worth much more than I paid. My room was clean and cozy. The staff were all friendly and helpful. A big plus was the ‘to order’ breakfast that was included and I didn’t have go out in the cold & snow to have my other meals because the restaurant/bar was right off the lobby.

the place was disgustingly dirty as soon as we walked in to check in. buckets of brown water were all over the lobby, some with empty beer bottles and cigarettes floating in them and some were right outside the restaurant that's inside the hotel which is gross. we ended up leaving and still got charged for the room, will never go back there. we've got pictures/videos of it all

I'm very fond of this facility. The room we had was excellent. It was clean, well equipped, nicely set up for reading, or just hanging out, as well as being very comfortable for sleeping. Great breakfast. The dining room in the building is very good. Every time I have checked in to this facility I have been impressed by the desk person, efficient, but also with positive personality. I have probably been here at lease 6 times, and look forward to coming back.

Staff is very nice. Place is quite dated. Mid century modern would be the description. Colors, flooring, bed linens, lamps all scream “welcome back to the 1970’s”. It’s hard to find a place that doesn’t have usb charging points somewhere, so bring your chargers. Coffee in room, but no sweetener. It is very clean and inexpensive so this is a good trade off. Except for the age the place is well maintained. I’d stay here again but it’s always good to know what you’re getting into.

The carpet in the building smelled like it could use a cleaning and shampooing. Also, the pillows in the rooms were too small like couch pillows. Lastly, the mattress was a little too soft. Me and my guests back both were hurting when we woke up from the soft mattress. The best part of the stay was the restaurant Oliver’s that’s connected to the hotel. The food was AMAZING!
I would stay here again if they resolved those small issues (and get an ice machine on every floor). Not the best, but far from the worst also.

Had a great time in Bradley. The restaurant on site is amazing! Food was so good! The bed was perfect. Rooms very quite from outside noise. Breakfast was the best we ever had. Reasonably priced and very nice!

NOT one of the hidden gems. Clearly a struggling property, that is under-maintained. To be fair, I’ll start with the good stuff: it had a room big enough for our family of six, with a working fridge and microwave. The made-to-order breakfast is an attempt to make up for some of the other shortcomings. The front desk tried to help with the towels, but it seems housekeeping is letting them down.
The bad:
- the room’s floors made your feet black,
- the shower head had to be positioned just right to not fall down/off the sliding mount,
- the bathroom door handle fell off (because the door gets stuck),
- they didn’t exchange towels on the second day and didn’t have enough replacement washcloths at the front desk when we asked for them.
- The plastic shower floor was cracked and pops up
- the water pressure was too high in the shower (incredible as that might seem)
- breakfast choices are slim, though again you do get scrambled eggs/omelet, but tends to be overcooked and not really as nice as what you were imagining.

Our first night was imperfect as the mattress had low spots including one severely low point on my wife's side. The hotel was totally full so moving wasn't an option. When we inquired about it the next day - they said they would find another room even though it was likely they would be full again. The new room's mattress was perfect and again the room was clean and orderly. Kudos to the staff for \"making it right\" despite the obstacles.

The main issue was the cleanliness of the shower/tub. There was a bunch of dirt and hair in it when I arrived. There were a couple of strands on the shower wall as well. I tried to rinse it down and take my shower anyway. When I ran the shower, the tub filled up and I realized the drain must be clogged which made everything back up into the tub. So I was standing in other people’s ick. I got out and washed my feet under the running water. I didn’t use it the rest of the time. I mentioned it to the desk gal during check out. She seemed surprised and said they have the highest cleanliness rating in the state. I also saw some crunched up M&Ms and a fruit snack on the floor of the room. In the main hall where the elevator was there was a lot of water damage in the ceiling and there was water dripping from the ceiling as I walked out. The beds were very soft and clean. The staff was friendly enough. Breakfast was made to order yet my sausage and potatoes were cold. The waffle was delicious! Parking lot was overcrowded due to the restaurant and bar attached to the hotel. I found a spot close the first night. The second night (Friday) it was more difficult to find a place to park.

My family and I had a weekend stay at Quality Inn in Nov 2024. I saw the hotel rated as 2 star on some of the platforms but I believe it should be at least a 3-star now that I have stayed. For the price paid, I got more than I expected.

My room was actually like a suite. Good for reading in a comfortable chair, paper work at a desk, and a well designed bathroom with a shower that was easy to use. The breakfast service is outstanding. The drain in the sink closed well (most motel sink drains don't.) This is at least my third time at this location. I am very fond of it. Parking is a bit of a problem in the evening, when there is an event in the facility.

Nice place. I can see that is was a very nice place about 20 years ago. Now it is a functional hotel with conference rooms and large event hosting. I understand that it wouldbtake a very large amount of money to bring it back to its \"Showtime\" level, so im not complaining.

Stayed at the not so Quality Inn. Had multiple issues and the maintenance necer came, they had no water and the bathrooms are awful. I never gove poor reviews but from the front desk all the way through it was a bad experience. The first desk people were nice, but today was poor. Mold in bsthroom and vents were gross....

The inside is clean, although reeks of cigarette smoke, and got noisy late night from drunk guests coming back. The staff was very nice. The outside is rundown and felt unsafe. The entrance to hotel was blocked by a group of guys smoking and swearing. The clerk did ask them to move when I pointed this out. But since the hallways reeked of smoke, it may be the norm.

This property had nice employees, but the area was a little old and appeared dirty. The A/C stopped in the middle of the night and I had to change rooms. So much for a good night of rest. They couldn't financially compensate me because I used Expedia to reserve the room. I might think twice next time about going through a third party to book a room.

Unfortunately I did not stay on Tuesday night the hotel had canceled my reservation for that night and told me that Expedia should not charge me because they canceled it and I still got charged anyway I’m still trying to get back my deposit from Expedia as well as the hundred dollar deposit the hotelPut on hold on my debit card for the nights I stayed on Sunday and Monday and I still have not gotten that back and it is now Thursday.

They need to do a massive update to this very outdated and dirty hotel. Our carpet was disgusting. There was hair in the shower! Illinois has a mask mandate but no one wore masks. The free breakfast was a nasty joke. It was awful and the guy who made it didn’t wear a mask. While out shopping around town we asked a police officer we saw where to eat. He told us there is a sh&$ty hotel down the street but they had a good restaurant. We told him that was the hotel we were staying at and he wishes us luck and told us everyone in town says it’s so outdated and gross. If we could have gotten out of our reservation we would have.

The free breakfast was very nice. If you tipped the short order cook before he cooked it, you got a lot more. Lol. 6 different selections including omelets, waffles, biscuits and gravy, etc. The bed could have used a better mattress. TV channels were air. No cable.
