Room 120. After checking in Monday night, we found about an inch of water all over the bathroom floor and soaking into the carpet by the door. Sink was found to have dried rust flakes and other debris in it. My husband went to the front desk to tell them about it, but the girl at the desk (Heather) said there were no other rooms on the first floor (we have two dogs with us) and handed my husband a handful of towels to mop it up. At 0515 in the morning, I heard water dripping in the bathroom, and found the bathroom sink overflowing with water and debris. The floor had at least an inch of water on it, both rolls of toilet paper were soaked and the counter was dripping over. Took picture. Put stopper back in sink and held on until the person above us stopped running water. Went to front desk at 0700 and told them what happened. They said they could not compensate us due to reserving the room on Hotels.com. Found out at that time there were other rooms available on the first floor from the night prior, and we could have moved.

The hotel was having issues with their pool at the time and had a sign stating they were closed for repairs. Had they not checked the rooms next to the pool to see if they were having problems? They should have. Poor management. Hope they sanitize the carpet and bathroom before the next patron stays there!

NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Check in was horrible! I paid in full for my stay a month prior to my stay. The hotel wanted me to cancel with the 3rs party vendor (Hotel.com) and pay them directly because their name was changing…not my problem! After an hour we finally get a room and I believe they gave me a room that should have not been available to any guest. IT SMELLED HORRIBLE! There was stains on the top of the bedspread, questionable spots on the sofa, the tub was dirty, the door to the room did not close all the way unless you slammed it closed and the kicker…the toilet was broken…if we used the bathroom, we had to open the back of the toilet to flush it…replace the darn toilet or fix it!! 😡 Take this hotel off yall list because it’s trash!!!!!

The check in went well, Heather was super friendly. The front lobby was beautiful and well kept. But don't let that fool you!
The bed was comfortable. That's the only good thing about the room. There were several things inside the room that needs attention. The carpet was so dirty I decided to keep my shoes on until bedtime. The ceiling in the shower is cracked and crumbling and the bathroom wall had what looked like lotion, conditioner or something else? The coffee pod had a black liquid where the water goes. Which made it not useable at all.

Traveled to attend my graduation at Olivet.

Hotel was nice, good location, comfortable rooms.

However, I didnt like the fact that breakfast wasn't included, however, I knew that when I booked.

What I didnt know was the pool was down and had been down for over a year...no indication at all...which made entertaining several kids a challenge.

If you want a pool...call the hotel before booking, so no unfortunate news when you arrive

Super disappointed it wasn't disclosed in advance the indoor pool was to be closed for construction. Our children were really looking forward to it and we would have booked elsewhere had we known. When checking for bed bugs (we do this at every hotel), there was a significant amount of unexpected debris/trash between the mattress and bed board. They should be sure to clean that.

A/C didn’t work. They told me it takes awhile to get going. After the first night it never made it below 75. Moved me to another room and had the exact same problem. Another employee told me this has been an ongoing problem.

Additionally pool was closed and only one elevator worked.

Our bathtub/shower was mildew stained, the tub was disgusting and the floor was gross. We had a Junior Suite and the sofa in the sitting area was stained in several places and tattered on the edges. Hilton may have picked it up from a college dorm for re-use. We kept our window open the entire stay because of the smell when we first entered the room. Wonderful hotel for pet ownerd

Overall good..but pool is broken

The hotel was nice, clean, and located right off the highway, which helped us get to things. However, the pool has been down for a year now and there is no sign or indication of when it will be fixed.

We had no indication of the pool situation when we booked or we would have went somewhere else for the sake of our kids. Thankfully there was a nice park 10 minutes away that we found that salvaged things a bit.

We also dont like the fact that breakfast isnt included, but I was aware of that when I booked...having a Walmart and Dunkin helped with that.

Overall, the hotel was nice and staff was friendly, but if you are loo for a pool, id call before you book because they don't know when it will be fixed

The building and decor in lobby are nice. Hubby liked the breakfast. I had an allergic reaction to the scents in the lobby and in my room. As soon as you enter the front lobby, you are blasted with a scent from somewhere. And there was a strong cleaner scent in the rooms. The rooms are overall clean, but could stand vacuuming along the corners and high areas. The furniture is battered in the rooms.

Very Disappointing!!!

I was highly disappointed when we got there and found out the pool and spa was closed “until further notice!” That would have been nice to know when I booked the room. That was one of the main reasons we were staying the night! I booked one of the suites which was extremely rundown and the furniture looked like it was straight out of the 90’s. A lot of stains and worn cushions on the couch. Definitely not worth almost $200 that I paid for it. I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone!

The pool was closed and no one told us ahead of time it was not posted anywhere. Then in our room there was a chair and it had stuff all over it that was really gross. Not my favorite stay. I wouldn’t book again personally.

Very dated. Toilet overflowed 1 hour in and had to move to another room. That room the toilet handle was broken. The tub water wouldn’t drain out completely. Carpet was not vacuumed. Pool & hot tub closed since Oct but not disclosed during booking. Staff was very friendly, not their fault the hotel was so dated

The room is very nice and updated. The blankets, sheets, and towels were pure white so everything felt very clean. My only complaint is the pillows are too fluffy to where we had to sleep with 3 to have any support. Otherwise, it was great value for the price!

Overall pretty good. We had a room with the thermostat broken so we were assigned to another room. Then the other room had a toilet that didn’t flush correctly. The shower was clogged and didn’t have enough towels. That being said, the management was able to correct all of those things and were very apologetic and kind about it.

Needs cleaning and update.

This hotel is in serious need of a good update and cleaning. There were signs of white mold. one of the windows was completely white from the broken seal. The Drapes were ripped. bathroom showed wear on shower/tub and just over all made me feel like nothing was clean. Drips from who knows what, ware and tear are normal but this just felt unclean. The pool and spa were closed and while I likely would not have used them I was not aware until I saw a sign at the front desk. That should have been an email before arrival. Clearly not an issue just that day. I arrived late, the lady at the front desk did not give me our breakfast ticket, I had to ask in the morning. The lobby is nice, looks fairly updated and the people in the breakfast area are shining stars! Explained everything, made sure we got fresh food and that we had what we needed.

Room phone did not work. Hotel WiFi didn't work using instructions given with room key (a workaround was found at the front desk). Flush handle on toilet was wrong part for that toilet very wonky and came loose in the night had to lift lid to fix it myself.

Pool was broke down, has to pay for breakfast, windows to look outside were not clean, bathtub had some kind of grout on the bottom covered, probably to save someone from slipping but had to put a towel down to take a bath, room was dust in places, bed was not totally comfortable. I did feel safe, it was quiet, nice courtyard

There were stains on the bedsheets, the tub had primer on the bottom and there was consistently noisy guests that I had to keep asking the front staff to handle over and over. The room felt really dirty and old. The pool was unavailable too. Too bad because the entry way was really nice, unlike the room.

It was ok , greeting was not welcoming but after a few seconds things change pool was closed sink faucet signs of of damage toilet handle extremely loose no communication in regards to the free breakfast and we had to ask cook to supply us with batter , eggs , etc

Nice hotel but surprised by no housekeeping

As we checked in the person at the desk assured me that they were able to accomodate my request for a ground floor room. Upon going to our room, that was true, but it wasn't a handicap room as we reserved. They made the change but blamed it on hotels.com. Also we didn't find out until the next morning, housekeeping was only provided every third day, unless we requested it. There was nothing on the website to indicate this policy change and not signage telling us of the policy. The person at the desk should have let us know this policy (because I discovered from the other hotels we stayed at on this trip the policy is different for every hotel.
