Decent room for the price, but the rooms could use some basic handyman work. Our bathroom door didn’t close without slamming it, and made a very loud noise every time we moved it. The hot water never got above lukewarm.

I do appreciate have a full size mini fridge and a microwave.

The breakfast was mediocre, and they seemed to be out of a lot of things every morning.

I met up with 2 of my daughters and their family for our 3 year old's birthday. We were staying the night so that the grandkids could swim. They have signs that no parties are allowed. We were not having a party, we were just getting together. We ate pizza in the common room and had a small cake. I totally cleaned up everything from our gathering and they charged us an extra $124 for a party. I was told we could have the pizza there, so just because we had dessert we get charged. It wasn't a birthday cake, just a cake we picked up at jewel. They have a bar but the desk person has to get your drinks and she was so worried about seeing to her boyfriend that was there, we had a hard time getting drinks. It is very short staffed and unfriendly and I will never go to that hotel again and am questioning if I will ever go to a choice hotel again.

Debroah was amazing from check-in to check-out. However, the bathroom’s shower curtain smelled like mildew. In addition, on the bathroom’s shower control knob there was mold as if this area had not been being cleaned properly. Also, when running the sink water there was a pungent odor that smelled like sewer gas. Other than the above items, the overall condition of the hotel was fairly maintained.

Handicapped rooms are at the furthest away from main lobby, pool. Plus the hangers in the room were in the bathroom.

Breakfast selection was real good. Only bad thing was both sida& water vending were out of order. And the vending machine which had chips was almost empty.

This is an average hotel. It is clearly understaffed. When I checked in, the receptionist was eating her lunch or supper, at least that is what it seemed she was doing at the desk. In our room, in the bathroom, there was a small door to access the plumbing. This door was open. I closed it but the latch was broken. We were there for 2 nights. The maid service did change the towels although we didn't need that. But the bed was not made. The breakfast was the usual pre-made fare. The sausage was tough. The hotel was clean enough and quiet.

The room itself was nice, however, there were people partying in the hotel lobby and outside in the parking lot until well after midnight, while me and my daughter were trying to sleep. The next morning, when we went out to our car, there were beer bottles everywhere. Not a good look for your hotel. We will not be staying here again.

Fresh paint (can smell it!) also smelled like weed in the hall after we signed a “no parties allowed” contract (the weed thing bothers me cause I had my kid) found what looked like a cockroach and woke up to a bed bug in the sheets. The showers water pressure sucks and the drain seems to be clogged. And for goodness sakes what’s with all the bright ass light bulbs in the room?!?! Maybe change a few to warm white so we don’t need sunglasses.

This hotel was not kept up well. Metal was rusted, walls were moldy, wood was faded, peeling and worn down. The bathroom was the tiniest thing I’ve ever seen. To get out of the tub you had to push the door out of your way and the toilet is just barely cleared to exit bathroom. We got looked into the stairwell when we let our sons take the room key. We couldn’t go back into the pool area or into the hall leading to our room. My husband had to leave the stairwell and go outside and back through main entrance soaking wet and shirtless. Glad it was winter. While I was stuck waiting there, I saw they had some opening that looked like it had an AC unit at one time but was all gross and rusted and dented. It would’ve been open to the outside except for some bent chicken wire they stuffed in there. The pool was dirty. You could see hairballs underwater on the pool floor, hair caught on things in the pool like the handrails. There didn’t seem to be any filtration. The little water filter holes in the pool walls weren’t doing anything. There was a cloudiness in the water and a film on top of the water. I was so grossed out, we didn’t even eat the free breakfast and by the second night I decided I’d rather use the bathroom at Walmart before returning to the hotel at night and at my son’s college in the morning. I just wanted to leave but forced myself to stay because I knew we wouldn’t get a refund.

Renovations are nicely done--except for painting over the lovely oak-framed lobby staircase and balcony railing! Fresh carpet throughout, and room furnishings new also.
Only complaint is the faint but very present smell of smoke in the room--didn't ask for a room change or report this: antihistamines help. Bed was comfortable. Close to Cracker Barrel and several blocks from a Denny's. Staff competent and cheerful.

The room was not super clean, even had food left in the fridge from a previous guest. Hotel in general is a little out dated and the pool is closed. Breakfast was the general cereal, bread, yogurt and a waffle maker. Nothing super exciting. The bed was pretty comfortable and the housekeeping along with the front desk staff gave excellent service

At check-in there were two ladies at the front desk, very nice and approachable with conversation. I mentioned the convenience of a pool and how my grand-girls were disappointed because the pool wasn't open in July. One of the ladies mentioned that they would cancel my reservations without an issue but I declined because we had stayed with COMFORT INN previously and enjoyed our stay.
Sunday morning we had a issue with the iron, my husband spoke with housekeeping and she replaced it immediately. The hotel was quiet inside and out.

Pool was out of service. Would be nice to have that communicated.

Also, WiFi had a signs but not a single one of our devices would connect. Front desk person also had same issue.

Asked if there was something to be done like move to a different room and they said they would check with the manager. That did not happen and asked if there's some kind of discount we could receive and they said they would check with the manager.

That also did not happen.

I paid 250.00 the floor was soaked and the room was 90 degrees and wouldn’t get cold. The staff had to bring a blanket for the floor and a fan since it was the only room left I couldn’t get another and it was too late to find another hotel. I even have pictures of how wet the floor was

Our stay was very nice. The hotel was recently remodeled so it looked updated. The beds were very comfortable. We had two rooms and the room with the King sized bed had many pillows, but they were very small. The room we had with two queen beds had regular sized pillows. The hotel is not fancy, but it had pretty much everything we needed and was close to the college campus and shopping which met our needs. The only problem we had was with the blinds. When the rooms were updated they changed the blinds to being able to be opened and closed electronically as opposed to with a pull cord. Our shade wouldn't close. Because the room was facing east (lots of sunlight very early in the morning-especially in June!) and we were on the ground level, we didn't like having the window open. We notified the front desk staff to see if they could fix it. They gave us clips to keep the curtains closed, but the curta

I did not appreciate the fact that the pool was closed for \"maintenance\". The reason I booked this hotel was for the convenience of the pool in 95 degree heat this weekend.
Our bathroom door in Room 132 did not close.
I believe that there should be some type of credit issued when the pool is not open.
Some of their exercise equipment in the fitness room was broken, another problem.
I doubt that I would stay again at this place.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I have to say this was by far the nicest Comfort Inn I’ve ever been to. Newly renovated I believe. From check in to the time we left we had zero problems. Only small complaint I would have was the breakfast wasn’t the best as far as not a lot of options, but it’s free, so it’s hard to complain about it! Would definitely recommend and be back if we are back in the area.

The lobby smelled like marijuana when we checked in, there were never towels in the pool area, our keycard had to be reactivated twice, the bottom of our fridge was full of water, the toilet in our room barely worked, and we woke up the last day to find all of our stuff covered in ants.

At first check-in our room reeked of fresh paint. The front desk person quickly and graciously assigned us a new room - so that part was nice. We were hoping to use the hot tub and were told once we were checked in that it was no longer available- even though there are many signs directing to the Spa. So that was disappointing. The place is undergoing renovations so it’s a little dirty and feels like it’s in transition. Will probably be much nicer when it’s done.

This motel should not be operating right now until all refurbishing is done. We walked into a torn up lobby flooring and very loud pounding. The floor was very dirty and dusty. The young lady at the desk had to cover her mouth and nose while checking us in. Luckily the workers left around 5:30 but were back at pounding and painting at 8:00. We had to be gone 2/3 of the day luckily so we did not have to hear the constant pounding. The rooms were very nice and had been recently refurbished. Except there were no bars in the closet to hang our clothes. We were very sorry to have chosen this place on line. We left a night early. It will be nice when done, but not now!!

When booked we had no idea it was under construction. From the second the doors opened when we arrived there was an overwhelming smell of paint. Anyone with COPD would have gone into an immediate episode. No closet, no place to hang our cloths, no dresser, we had to plug all lamps in cuz there was no light. Whoever painted the room got paint all over everything. Would not stay again.

They didn’t let us know that room service was only by request, so after a long day we came back to a dirty room and didn’t have in-room coffee for the following day. So I had to get coffee from the lobby, which was cold. The breakfast was terrible - sausage was gross and the eggs were hard. That, plus the lady who checked us in was not polite.

We won’t be staying there again.
