our original room was not very nice - hardly had a real bathroom - the shower was a closet as was the sink. we paid extra to get a different room and even this upgraded room did not have a bathtub
also my husband paid for the spa circuit and both the jucuzzi and steam shower were not hot
on the positive side - pretty views of the vineyard, and we enjoyed our dinner and breakfast. staff was very friendly

This property is run-down and not kept up. The outside has mold/mildew on the facade, the sink in our room didn’t drain well, the toilet flush button was broken, the air conditioner didn’t work, and the entire placed lacked energy and was low lit and uninviting.

We booked this property as a stopover point on our journey from the UK driving to the Algarve. Getting a good nights sleep in preparation for a second long day of driving was of the utmost importance. Unfortunately booking this property was a huge mistake. We arrived at 5pm hoping to have an early dinner and go to bed early. We were told the restaurant didn’t open until 8.30pm and room service was not available until this time also. We decided room service might be the quickest option so ordered pasta from the very limited menu. The food when it arrived was unappetising. Unfortunately we also failed to get much sleep as the rooms have no sound proofing what so ever and we could hear ever door being opened or closed and every conversation being had in the hallway. Added to this the bedding and pillows were of very poor quality. We were also told that breakfast wasn’t served until 9am which was far too late for us as we had to get on the road. We eventually gave up and left at 5am.

Hotel was part of a bodega in middle of beautiful vineyard. Rooms was excellent with floor to ceiling view (very modern loo, washbasin and shower a bit too way out for us). Staff were excellent as was dinner and breakfast. We bought some Rioja wine to take home as a price one third of UK price.

Sadly a really disappointing stay, our room (particularly the bathroom) was starting to look very tired, the WI-FI is nonexistent and we were very disappointed to learn that the spa (including use of the pool) can only be booked for 1 hour at an additional charge of €20pp - there was virtually no availability which meant we weren’t able to use any of the facilities.

But the pool area is by reservation and for 40 euros for a couple for 1 hour which was too expensive for us.

Easy to find with google maps. Easy parking outside, great welcome. Our superior room wss spacious, quirky and comfortable with amazing views. The bed linen was luxurious. Just a shame tbe fabric of the building is in need of TLC as the finishing is weathered & tired.

We will return, while driving thru Spain we found this hidden gem. The rooms each had an amazing view of the vineyard. Plus setting up the bathroom was fun like a puzzle It's a family run business, enough said! We did the wine tour and enjoyed every minute. The food was delicious, the sunsets were incredible and the wine was a10/10.

The building and surroundings are stunning and the rooms have really interesting design and incredible views but the service and amenities are pretty poor. You can’t do tastings or tours of the vineyard any day other than Saturday and we were told that there are strictly no exceptions. The whole place feels quite strict and the attitude makes you feel like a bit of a inconvenience. The spa is by reservation only and an additional €20pp to use the steam room. Also, the build it yourself shower in the bedrooms is a fun idea but doesn’t work practically.

The design hotel is located near Entrena village and local road is not very congested so very quiet place. Wine yards are lovely and giant windows in the room let you sleep under the stars. Spa is not huge but great. Few things to criticise is uncomfortable chairs in the room, a bit simple breakfast.

Highly recommended stay, we'll be back!
We loved our stay here, despite the barking dog in the room next door, after its owners left it there whilst they went out somewhere... my husband complained at reception but unfortunately there was nothing they could do about it, other than take it up with the owners on their return. Other than this, the hotel was very peaceful and we really enjoyed our two dinners at the restaurant which is of extremely good quality and great value menu with wine included. I loved the ingenuity of the room designs and all the furnishing and art in the main areas, I just couldn't stop taking pictures after pictures of everything!!
There is so much to do in the area, we unfortunately didn't have enough time to try the spa facilities but it looked very nice with a good selection of treatments. You do need a car as the location, amongst the vineyards and by a main road (a quiet one though!), does not have any public transport and the nearest town/village Entrena didn't seem easily walkable from there.

Hotel is located in the top of a hill with a magnificent view to the vineyards. Rooms are good although the space distribution is a little bit awkward. Great breakfast in a terrace where you can enjoy the nature sounds. Definitely would recommend if you want to spend some time enjoying the country side.

En revanche il manque une bonne ventilation ( hors climatisation) car la literie est touchée par la moisissure !!! ( sensation d’humidité des draps) la salle de bain n’est pas ventilée : la vapeur d’eau reste emprisonnée, il faut nécessairement ouvrir la porte de la salle de bain et du balcon !!! Hotel confortável mas não cumpre o que está publicado. Para usar a piscina tem que agendar e cobram €20,00, pois só pode ser usada se vc pagar pelo Spa. Ao que parece, a proprietária trabalha no hotel e foi muito mal educada, pois além de mim, minha mãe e esposa a cumprimentamos e fingiu não ouvir. Talvez seja melhor ficar em casa descansando para não espantar os clientes.
