We were only in this nh for a night and this was our third or fourth nh hotel ( after nh Toulouse airport, nh Bilbao and nh cuidad Santander ( we eventually finished our road trip in nh collection Zaragoza )) . The room was clean and the staff were accommodating. There is a nearby “Mercado” supermarket just beside the hotel . The parking was convenient. The best thing about this hotel was the cute lobby with its collection of books ( in English ) . The breakfast buffet was your typical nh buffet which is not bad . This nh hotel is also near “Calle Laurel”’where all the tapas bars of Longroño are located.

Location: Just on the edge of old town makes this a convenient location. Close to the night life scene but far enough to avoid any noise. Hotel: Good condition with a small lobby and lounge area. Clean. Room: Decent size for a short stay. We stayed 2 nights. Room was comfortable but on the small size. Staff: Very nice. Only negative is parking. We had a mid size SUV and apparently it cant fit in their parking so we had to parking public garage.

We had an excellent family stay at the NH Hotel in Logroño, La Rioja. The parking lot was too small for our 7-seater van. The front desk told us where we could park. The hotel staff was generally very friendly.

We have visited 21 cities in Spain and we would rate the Tapas and wine selection in the bars in the bottom 3. Sunday is definitely not the day to arrive into Logrono. The hotel was very good but skeleton staff meaning no room service or bar being open was a small issue for us. The receptionist although polite did not know the area and could not recommend a good restaurant. Logrono was very disappointing as definitely not an area of the best tapas in Spain as claimed. You will not see red wine being drunk in the bars as it is the cheapest and worst of Rioja they stock. The city lacks energy and didn’t really feel this is a place ready to accept tourists. The hotel room was fabulous- spacious and clean. Breakfast good. Parking for oversized vehicles are off site at a free car park a few minutes away. We will come back as after reading so many good things, must have missed something?? Location of hotel excellent. We have visited 21 cities in Spain and we would rate the Tapas and wine selection in the bars in the bottom 3. Not a great amabassador for the wine with poor service and no knowledge.

Excellent location in the heart of Logroño.Rooms are bigger than average. Very kindly allowed us to check in earlier than planned. Hotel bar & restaurant closed, not a problem but we were not informed of this prior to arrival. No prices in room for mini bar, 1 very small bottle le of coke was €4. Very minor point but this was double the price of any other hotels on our trip which was disappointing especially considering the bar was closed

When we arrived, we were informed that the hotel restaurant was closed for renovation. Had we known this, we would have not stayed here. Also along with our reservation made well in advance, we requested parking. Again when we arrived, were told the parking was full. Lastly, it seems that during our stay the shower was never cleaned. As there was an empty and broken shower gel dispenser in the shower that was never changed.

Two couples (one English, one Spanish) visiting La Rioja region one week-end in October...Logrono is very conveniently located and the town has a lovely old centre with lively bars and restaurants just a short walk from the hotel. Our room was very clean, with comfy beds and spacious bathroom. Efficient air conditioning and windows ensured good sleep. The breakfast was amazing - a huge selection of fruit, cereals, cured meats and cheese, pastries, different breads (with toasting machine), and cooked (we had fried eggs + bacon and poached eggs + bacon), plus a selection of different teas, juices and smoothies, and very good coffee.

Great hotel close to everything in the main sightseeing area of Logroño, including historical sites, churches, free museums and exhibitions and a large variety of pintxos bar and famous Rioja wines that provide you with a delightful gourmet experience. Although hotel offers paid parking, only two blocks away you will find a free and safe public parking lot. All the hotel staff were very attentive to our different requests. This is a great and charming hotel to stay. An extra touch, they provide some welcoming drinks at lobby.

We stayed here for a day due to a graduation. The room was fine as well as the room service. The location is not close to many restaurants and we had to end up eating a bocadillo for dinner. The hotel restaurant was closed and it was a Saturday. There is only one iron for customers to use which made things inconvenient as we had an event to attend. The lack of taxis access in the area almost caused us to miss the bus. The lady at the front desk seemed not to worry about us needing a taxi. After waiting for 20 minutes she basically told us to walk. Not a good customer service on her part.

The location of the hotel is nice and close to the old town whixh is great because there is not a lot to do in Logrono proper. The hotel is fine, generic chain hotel. Parking is really really inconvenient and the map they give you to reach the parkade is less than stellar. Better off not having a car.

Well located, a little out of the tourist centre which makes it easy to access, and less busy, but still just 5 minutes walk to the main streets. Only small gripe is that whilst there was very little noise from the street, the soundproofing between rooms was not as expected.

Typical NH hotel with decent rooms, good restaurant on site, and horrible mattresses. If a hotel is not good for sleeping, what's the point? Also I always resent is needing to pay extra for \"faster\" wifi. Old chains cling to this idea of subscription wifi service while boutiques embrace just bundling the faster wifi in to their room price. They even limit the number of devices connected, which can be a problem for business travelers who have multiple devices they aren't using at the same time. This location is nice enough but there are a ton of hotels in the area.

Good, well located hotel
This was our second time to stay in this hotel and this visit confirmed the previous good impression. It is comfortable and well located just beside the old town with its myriad trespasses and restaurants. Logrono has an amazing 'buzz' and this hotel is a great base for visiting the town and surrounding area. The only drawback is the l as cm of parking - the hotel Carpark is tiny and usually full, so you have to park in the nearby free but busy surface carpark, or the costly but generally fairly empty underground Gran Via parking (19.40 Euro per night).

Only one night but the hotel was very clean and comfortable . The staff , super helpful and exceptionally friendly . A bonus is that it is located steps minutes from Calle Laurel and all the fabulous tapa and wine bars .

Nice spot, but too hot.
Stayed one night so we could take in Calle Laurel and some Bodega visits the next day. Great location for both, as it was walking distance to Laurel St and easy exit from the town to Haro. My biggest complaint, and really only, of the hotel was that the temperature in our room was very hot and our only solution was to open up the window, which brought in street noise. We were unable to turn down the temp in our room. It must've been 75+ in our room. Too hot.

This hotel is in a great location for the old town with many tapas bars close. It was Fiesta time and it was buzzing. Hotel staff were great as was the breakfast. Room was nice and big and quiet, not much of a view at the back of the hotel though. Only real downside is parking, be prepared to either pay the hotel 16 euros a day or find a space in a side street, I did the latter. If you're in the middle of town that's what you have to expect. I'd use this hotel again.

Solid hotel, great location
This is a great hotel to use as a base for exploring the old town and that sort of thing. The only downside I found was that I could hear noise coming from the hallways and other rooms. If not for that, I'd give full marks. All the staff I dealt with were friendly and helpful when I needed anything.

this is a great hotel for a stay in Logrono, its an easy walk to the old town which should not be missed, plenty of great restaurants and tapas bars, very authentic and very cheap, didn't think places like that existed anymore. The hotel was very comfortable and clean and staff very helpful, it also has an underground garage, there was a 17 euro charge but it was worth it,however, there was also a large public car park very close by.

Comfortable stay; the hotel was clean and staff friendly. No iron was available-this was a major let down because as travelers we all know clothing gets wrinkled. Had to have nice dinners together with wrinkled shirts and dresses. Also, three euros to wash ONE pair of socks? The cost of laundering clothing, again when you are a traveler and may need to, seems excessive and opportunistic on NH's part. We have stayed in NH Hotels in Mexico and Argentina and had a nice experience.

We stayed here in early September. It is an excellent modern hotel with very large comfortable rooms and would be hard to beat for the combination of price and value. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is great - 5 minutes walk to the old town which has a large number of restaurants and bars and even in mid-week was very lively. The only downside is that the hotel has very limited parking, so the staff advised us to park in the public cark park down the street - which had loads of spaces.

We booked a twinroom. The beds are only 70cm large. That's absolutly too small and the rooms are too expensive for that. The restaurant and breakfastroom is also too small for all the guests in the hotel. The staff is working hardly but there's always something out, because there's no space for presentation. There was no free water in our room, also it exists ( for better people?) We had to pay 4€ for a small bottle of water. Complaints were answered with shrugs. Thank you for nothing. We will not come back to this NH Hotel
