Nice friendly hotel good breakfast rooms ok but nowhere to sit. There was a table but no seating so not possible to use it as a desk or laptop table also rooms very small. Reception staff were wonderful and very helpful.

The room was clean and decent for the price. The included breakfast was good. Beware that the available parking is a three minute walk from the hotel. Parking around or in front of the hotel is very challenging. We circled for 30 minutes looking for a place to park so we could check in.

If you like a nice, clean place to stay without breaking the bank this place is for you. The staff are fantastic and always ready to help, even if their english is not great. Price includes a basic breakfast in the lounge area. Its a bit of a walk to the old town but there are lots of places to eat and amenities close by. The beautiful park next tk the hotel is a bonus.

Elegant hotel with great ameneties

The location is out of the old town but easily accessible by bus. The bus stop was 1 minute walk from the hotel and the bus to catch is #4. There are a few restaurants and bars surrounding the hotel and a supermarket about 5 minutes walk towards the city on the RHS.
This hotel is by far one of the better ones we stayed in which goes the extra mile with the coffee machine and free quality bottle water. The bed was so comfortable with lovely white clean sheets and doona with extra pillows. The bathroom had quality toiletries and fittings and large towels. There was a room safe and wardrobe space.
The staff were generally pleasant but not always at reception to welcome guests. The breakfast looked plentiful but still continental style.
The WiFi worked well but the Aircon was not very effective and the room felt warmish all the time. I did complain about this but was told that it was regulated however it was a lot cooler outside the room than inside! The TV was great with many English channels which has not been the case at any of the hotels we have stayed this far. A fridge seems to be the hardest thing to expect in a room.
There was free parking around the hotel but public and not private. Apparently there is private parking a couple of blocks up the road at a cost. We had no issues with the street parking.
Overall: I would stay here again mainly for the quick getaway to the motorway and access to the pintos calles in town.

La Rioja Wine country

We wanted to visit wine country so we needed to stay in a place with parking as we had rented a car. Perfect spot to travel to the bodegas. The furthest one was just 30 min away. Briones is a must with the Wine Museum declared by Unesco the best in the world. Also a nice walk to the center of Logroño. Calle Laurel for blocks of tapas.
It was a great place to stay.

Nice spot to explore the Rioja

The hotel is located in the outside rim of the town. Parking is plentiful and free. It is only a twenty minute walk to the city center. The hotel is comfortable and clean and the service is great.

We would stay here again The hotel was exactly as described. It was comfortable, clean and had excellent welcoming, helpful staff. Wide choice and good quality breakfast. No bar but there is one next door and lobby has 'vending ' type food and drinks. Parking free and easy in local streets. About 20 minutes walk to old centre. On the Camino De Santiago.

Frugal hotel

For a hotel that ranked in the top 5 in Logroño, was a bit disappointed in the services. Things you'd expect complimentary at other 3 star hotels (bottled water, coffee, tea) were paid items. There are minimal toiletries (just shampoo, conditioner, and soap).

Gym and pool were 3 euros at a next door location.

However, rooms were spacious, clean and bright.

Hotel was a bit difficult to find..no GPS but a reliable map. It was a bit far from centro but the bus was convenient. And to get to Laguardia was close with beautiful vineyards! The town pintxos were delicious!

Lovely hotel

The Hotel is on the edge of town, so quite a walk to the old centre. There is a vibrant cafe life along the street and it is well placed for exploring the Rioha region. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a good selection continental. I would happily stay here again.
There is a sister hotel nearer the city centre.

Close to the Camino trail

I used this hotel for a one-night stay while hiking the Camino. It is on the westerns of town and just off the Camino trail. The TI at Logrono directed me to it-- no problems getting to it on foot. The next morning, I was able to get back on the trail by using the walkways through the park-like setting to the rear of the hotel. Could not have been more convenient!
The town is lovely and wish I had spent an extra day here, which I will do if and when I return to Spain.

Modern hotel close to a beautiful park

We really enjoyed our stay, the staff were very helpful and were able to assist us in English. Beds were very comfortable (the only minor complaint was that the wheels on the beds rolled very easily which made tv watching in bed less comfortable than it might have been). Rooms were extremely clean and bathroom was very spacious. We were happy to discover that we were across the street from a huge park with a pond with ducks and a pair of swans, with a great running/biking path. Breakfast initially seemed a little steep at 10 euros but there was a great selection--even a topping bar for oatmeal with coconut, goji berries and walnuts. Worth it to enjoy the variety.

Exploring Logrono

The room itself was comfortable, spacious and clean. The hotel staff were especially helpful in helping to finalize my visits to wineries and planning activities during the harvest festival.

This hotel is located about 30 minutes walking distance from the historic centre, where the tourist information office, famous tapas bars, and most monuments are located. That said, the hotel is in a charming neighbourhood with many restaurants, bakeries, and fruit vendors, and is located close to parks and bicycle paths. Guests may use nearby fitness facilities for a small fee. Also, taxis are relatively plentiful and inexpensive in Logrono.

good hotel, easy to find. Secure parking. Nice town. Wanted to visit bodegas but forward appointment necessary and we left it too
Late to book. Reception staffs,radiant but didn't offer tocontact bodegas for info. For us., which would have been very helpful. Nearby sports bar served excellent food and wine.

Nice hotel in a wonderful and fun city!

It was a one night stay so could not enjoy the hotel that much.
As any NH, the rooms and service are always good. Did not have breakfast there as there are many cheapers options close to the hotel. It is about 25 minutes walking from down town Logroño or you can take the bus across the street.
It is in a very safe neighborhood so we did not mind walking back after a wonderful night of pintxos and wine!

Front desk personnel not friendly or helpful

The lady at the front desk was not helpful at all when we checked in. In her defense she was only one working and lots of people were trying to check in and we were walking The Camino. The hotel stay was a splurge for us and we were tired and sweaty. I'm sure we were not her average customers. I went back later to borrow an adaptor for cell phone and she was most helpful. The gentleman the next morning was just plan rude to us and not the least interested In helping us. I've stayed at NH properties in Madrid before and have been more than happy. Would tell people to look for other options in this area of Logrono.

Breakfast was superb read fatal-bananas for details. Camino walkers get an easy exit from logrono as it is located at the start of the park on the way out. 15 min walk to el peso and laurel the tapas centre of logrono but the walk home loosened the legs for the morning. Great price breakfast a must

Easy to locate on main road on corner of busy roundbout.. Shame that the underground garage is around 5minutes walk from the hotel ( acceptable if fine weather and not carrying heavy cases). Quality of reception staff variable, but overall OK. Room good, as was cleanliness. Located around 15- 20 minutes walk from city centre, is sufficiently quiet but within a few minutes of local (less atmospheric) tapas bars etc. Overall, no major criticisms, a bit bland, and mostly forgettable. Average scores.

Excellent base to explore La Rioja's countryside

NH Logroño is a great place to stay for exploring La Rioja: it provides convenient access to the highways and roads that take you to the wineries and small towns in this beautiful part of Spain, and the value you get for its price is very good. It's a modern hotel with good facilities, excellent breakfast, and good parking space. That being said, it's a better option if you've got your own wheels; I don't think it's a good option for travelers using public transport, as it's a bit far away from the city center. But if you're in La Rioja, you should definitely bring a car, as the best way to explore it is by driving, as you want to visit somewhat isolated and small places without good public transport connections.

We were assigned us a third floor room with beautiful view to a park. Johana at the front desk was very helpful, told us about a wine fair to be held the same day we arrived, which bus to take to go dowtown (just 6 minutes away and for only 0.75€) and recommended an excellent paella in La Abuela Encarna restaurant at San Martin street. Buffett breakfast has good variety of fresh food, yogurt, cereal, variety of teas, bread, hams and Spanish tortilla. Internet service is free, but parking not (7€/day) and is located 2 blocks away from the hotel building. Room size is fine-not very big but comfortable enough for 3-4 days. No pool or minibar available-but didn't need it-just for readers' reference.

Great business style hotel on the edge of Logrono. Lots of great little casual eateries nearby, as well as lovely parks and recreational areas but more than walking distance from the centre (we had a car, so this wasn't a problem).
We didn't try the extra options for breakfast or parking, but found a large amount of free on street parking near to the hotel. All in all, a great base to explore La Rioja and a comfortable, clean place to rest your head each night. The AC was a welcome addition too.

La limpieza y el servicio excelente. Pedí habitación adaptada a minusválido, y la adaptación es excelente, con todo tipo de agarres, banqueta y el suelo del baño, todo en inclinación hacia la bañera, por lo que no teníamos ningun problema de acceso con la silla de ruedas. Por poner un pero a la habitación le faltaba un armario para poder dejar la ropa y complementos que llevábamos. En cuanto a servicios ajenos al hotel, y que la mayoría de hoteles que tiene habitaciones adaptadas a personas con movilidad reducida, le falta en la puerta, o cerca de ella, alguna plaza de estacionamiento para personas con movilidad reducida.
