The restaurant is a hidden secret of wonderful exquisite food at great prices and the service was perfect attentive and refined. It was stormy so we decided to dine if vs going downtown and it was the best decision of our trip to Logroño. Quite a discovery! Oscar.

Not quite what it looks like

Travelodge equivalent, looks smarter in the photo but it is dated and motel-ish. Clean, nice staff, food fine. But… you can’t walk into Logroño as the bridge is traffic only and going round takes 40mins on a cycle path through the industrial zone.
You do get a free bottle of Rioja at the moment, worth several euros…

Great value for money hotel. Spacious rooms.

I stayed here last year when working at the Navarra circuit, which is 15 to 20 mins away.

So I did the same again this year and had the benefit of a much larger room than last year with a desk to work at. The rooms are spacious, loads of power points and quiet. Comfy bed and clothes storage. Nice bathroom with excellent shower. The breakfast was the usual continental, with a range of cereals, yoghurts, meats, cheeses, bread, pastries, fruit, juices and tea/coffee. There was also the option of eggs, bacon and chorizo sausages. All regularly topped up too.

In the evening the restaurant opened about 8:45 and had an excellent value for money menu selection. The food was very good with more than enough options and menu changes to keep you satisfied when there for a week. The only think to note is it wasn't open on Saturday and Sunday night, but the adjacent bar does a great range of burgers and chips, salads, sandwiches and pastries etc.

The car park is of a reasonable size and as it is on the edge of Longroño getting to and from at the beginning and end og the day was never a problem.

I stayed at this hotel last August and had an excellent suite of rooms but evening dinner was not available until 9.0pm but we made do with bar snacks. This year was unfortunately different. I went on Expedia, entered the correct dates for 26th August and after making three attempts to book this I finally managed it but failed to see the dates had gone back to the original ones on Expedia site which was 14th March. I am 82 years old and obviously made a mistake but there is no way of correcting this mistake. I sent Expedia an email on the morning of 14th to which there was no reply. I tried telephoning the hotel direct both on the evening of 13th and morning of 14th but both telephone numbers were unresponsive. i admitted this was my mistake and, of course, I never got to the hotel. I am in England and it would have been impossible but I blame Expedia customer services and their booking site for total lack of clarity on how to correct a mistake. My mistake has cost me about 90 euros which could have been avoided if Expedia could have been more contactable and helpful. I look forward to your comments.

Friendly staff but beware of the restaurant!

Reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful, room was clean and tidy. Cafeteria was also excellent, staff friendly lots of fresh snacks and not expensive. Restaurant certainly not Gordon Ramsay, at best palatable and the chef didn’t seem to understand that steak cremated on one side and raw on the other is not a good thing! Would still return to hotel despite the restaurant food.

Convenient hotel off the motorway and just out of the Logroño town centre, On site parking. Cafe serving refreshments and snack meals and restaurant open from 8:30 in the evening serving 3 course meals. Breakfast was the usual continental selection. Room was a little compact, but as I was a single occupant of a double room this was not an issue. Despite hotels proximity to the road and petrol station it was quiet enough in the evening. All staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel was located behind a petrol station, easily missed! However check in easy, staff very friendly and rooms clean and tidy. We stayed en route to the Ferry at Santander, was perfect for that. On site restaurant and cafeteria catering for all tastes. For the money definitely recommend.

Comfortable stay for one night with parking

Stay was comfortable for the one night we were in Logrono. Our main reason to choose this hotel was the free parking with it. Location is not particularly romantic being behind a petrol station and in the more industrial area of the town, but it served its purpose.

Hotel was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. Arrived to find the parking lot full as the co-located cafeteria was full with truckers/laborers as it is conveniently located near the highway.

The air conditioner in our room was still set in a heat mode or was inoperative to cooling. Front desk was very attentive in getting AC fixed, but even so, the temperature of the AC could only be described as “less hot” than the heater. Perhaps this was the best the system could do as we noticed several rooms with the windows open on our second night there.

The restaurant should probably be avoided.

OK if you have transport

A busy out of town hotel. It could have been a nice half hour stroll by the river to the town if the local council hadn't given up providing a path halfway. Unless you had a car you were more or less cut-off by surrounding major roads although a taxi (£8-10) was an easy option to the town centre.
The rooms were nice although disappointing not to have tea/coffee facilities.
A bath was very welcome though.
Hotel bar was more of a pub/cafe style although well supported.
Outside seemed to be populated by heavy machinery/lorries which were often heard manoeuvring around.

Chose the hotel as it was a one night stop and had good parking.

Hotel is only 3 stars but at least worth that. Large room with good bed and good bathroom. Only complaint was the air con was not very effective.

Check in staff very helpful and told us where to visit in the town.

A little difficult to find. Room and hotel lobby were very comfortable. Cafeteria average for morning breakfast - not great, not bad. Area a little bit industrial, with nothing around. Need to get into car to find anything of interest - restaurants, tourist sites. Nothing at the hotel site of interest. However, it's only a few minutes drive to beautiful town of Lagrono.

A stop-off en route to Bilbao

A very pleasant stay. Reception staff were very helpful indeed. Parking was free, and there was plenty of space.
We thought that the hotel was somewhat difficult to find. We arrived after dark and \"overshot\" because the large Hotel Zenit sign was not illuminated - we eventually found it after having driven onto the adjacent garage forecourt. The only other minor niggle was that we found the restaurant unexpectedly closed on a public holiday,
The hotel is about a 30-40 minute walk to the centre of Logrono.

Ok for a one night stop, and free parking handy. Clean , if not slightly drab rooms but did the job for one night.
Check in very slow although staff helpful.
Problem with tv but staff too busy to help so did it myself.
Woman on checkout in morning surly and unfriendly.
'Drab corridors and dated feel. Hotel could do with refurbishment

Nice hotel not so nice location.

The hotel is in the industrial area of Logrono so you need to use a car or public transport to get around. That said, the hotel is very comfortable, the cafe and restaurant are good and the food / drink very reasonable. If you are looking for a short stay in the area or just passing through I would recommend a stay.

We were not advised that there was a function booked in the hotel which consisted of constant loud music (mainly drums and wailing)and which carried on from the time we booked in at 5pm until just before midnight. The hotel advised us that they had advised Expedia etc. that there was a function taking place in the hotel but as I have said we were never advised of this by anyone of what was happening.It was well after midnight before we were able to fall asleep + as the clocks were put forward we lost a further hours sleep.

First of all..This hotel is located in a \"Industrial Center\" with a gas station,trucks and highway noise. With that being said the rooms are good sized and very clean and modern. The food at the cafe was very good and very low priced. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

Staff is wonderful

Hotel is a little bit outside of the downtown area but there is a bus stop less than a ten minute walk. There were definitely some maintenance issues on other floors and the elevators were real scary feeling. The bar was actually very gross and it was clear they only sweep the floors once a day. The restaurant staff were VERY helpful in finding something on the menu that I would eat. The front desk staff was also WONDERFULLY helpful in answering all our questions. Our room was very comfortable and we LOVED that there was a computer in the lobby with free internet for guests to use. The staff makes this place and we would stay here again.

Hotel Zenit - Logrono

More of a Motel than a Hotel.
Nice enough rooms & decor but three miles out of town on an industrial estate.
There is a cafe but no bar or lounge area to use in the afternoon or evenings & the on site restaurant doesn't open until 9pm.
If you like to relax with a Cerveza after a long journey, forget it... book an hotel in Logrono.

Solo pasamos una noche de camino a Asturias. Muy recomendable para pasar una noche, algo lejos del centro, pero para lo que nosotros la queriamos ha sido ideal, limpia bastante comoda, no muy grande pero suficiente, en el bar preparan platos combinados y bocadillos, cuarto de baño completo con vide, y un kit de higiene personal bastante completo. hemos estado agusto.

Hola, teníamos reserva para dormir. A pesar de llegar antes de la hora,en la recepción nos atendieron muy bien y pudimos hacer el checking. Bastante mal horario de cenas hasta muy pronto, a las 22:45 teniamo que estar fuera, el agua caliente de la ducha escaseaba tuvimos que ducharnos con casi fría y el buffet de el desayuno dejaba mucho muchísimo que desear productos escasos y muy poca variedad si lo llegamos a saber desayunamos fuera y no pagamos el desay

No tocó una habitación Justo encima de la trrraza de la cafetería donde estuvieron bebiendo cerveza hasta la 1 de la madrugada y escuchábamos toda la conversación, para rematar por la mañana muy temprano empezaron nuevamente los desayunos y nuevamente muchísimo ruido de laterraza.

Reserve una habitación con cama doble y me dieron una con dos camas, y a la salida se me olvido unos auriculares inalambricos volvi a las 3 horas cuando me di cuenta pero nada nadie a visto nada cuando claramente me acuerdo los deje ahi la verdad no volvere mas muy mala atencion y no da confianza.

La habitacion, excelente en limpieza y comodidad.
La cafeteria decepcionantee. Sin servicio. Solo una chica que daba todo lo que podía pero era insuficiente para atender a todo. Hasta tenía que ir a ayudar al comedor dejando la cafeteria desatendida. Debrian contratar personal temporal en fiestas.
La ubicación mala, aunque ya lo sabía, en pleno polígono industrial. Necesitas ir en coche a todas partes

Siempre venimos ya que nos pilla el paso de camino a nuestras vacaciones. Esta vez, especificamos habitación de mi fumador pero había un fuerte olor a tabaco en la habitación. Somos conscientes de que si lo hubiéramos pedido nos habrían cambiado de habitación pero veníamos con comida caliente y muy cansados y decidimos quedarnos la habitación. En el futuro sería ideal que se aseguren que la habitaciones de no fumador no huelan a tabaco.
