Beautiful hotel with all the facilities you’d want, rooftop pool and parking is a massive advantage of the hotel. Best sunsets we’ve seen! Gorgeous staff, super helpful and couldn’t do enough for you - special mention to Claudia at reception and Armando and Rico on the service team - Thanks for a really special stay. The bed was huge and room quiet and comfortable. Only room for improvement were some more allergy friendly bedding options (I’m allergic to feathers) and vegan food options at the breakfast buffet. The staff did help with adjustments within their gift which was appreciated. Can’t recommend Glow enough (ps, get the sea view room, it’s worth it!)

Quite nice luxury hotel with excellent amenities and the staff being extremely welcoming/ helpful with all inputs. The only downside is the main boulevard is a 40 walk unless you rent a scooter or pay for taxi which is ridiculously priced all over sarande and only via cash. Rooms were very neat and prices were reasonable for the hotel as well so highly recommend it given there are so many dining options and a scooter rental next door.

the staff were great but there are two major issues with this hotel.
1: There are no canopies near pool so you will fry in the heat, there is no natural shade either.
2. they can serve drinks at pool ising whatsapp but there are no snacks or short menu for snacks like pizza, burger etc. there are places outside hotel so not a major issue
3. also if you book for a partial sea view make sure you are on 3 plus floor. we were on 1st floor and diabolical and can’t understand why we paying premium
4. the sofa bed is for children only. if only it was longer you could sleep on it as 1 person as was comfy

Nice hotel

The hotel is new and beautiful. Located on the south part of Sarnada. The breakfast is good. There is a parking lot. No private beach, although it was promised via corresponding. On the first evening we didn’t had hot water in the shower and when we asked why, we were talled it because everyone in the hotel used the hot water and we need to wait for a while until it will be warned again…

The entrance of the hotel is not on the street so you have to carry your bag up and down the stairs as an fyi. All service staff were very helpful, friendly and nice. They asked questions about your stay and if you enjoyed your evening. It was a pleasant experience.

Its a nice super clean and modern hotel. Only gotchas are that beach access is not included so had to pay extra to another hotel to use the beach and they charged us 1/2 the room price for a 3pm checkout. It was good that they offered it but a bit pricey. Also its hard to bring the luggage down the steps, they do have 2 entrances but our taxi dropped us of in the one that has to go down many steps.

We really enjoyed our stay at Glow boutique hotel. The breakfast was lovely with plenty of options and variation day to day. Room and pool were lovely! Staff were so kind and helpful especially Klaudia who gave us really good recommendations! Only feedback is that shelves in the shower would be helpful to place toiletries. Our stay was otherwise perfect!

From the moment we arrived we were welcomed by friendly staff guided us to the parking area. Checked us in as soon as our room was ready slightly earlier than the check in time. The rooms are spacious and super clean, the sea view rooms was pleasant.

Property is very clean and modernized compared to many others in the area. Good breakfast offered and the lobby bar is actually very nice . The staff anre extremely welcome, friendly and professional. Although this hotel is a bit south of the main square/ corniche area it actually is very beneficial. The main area tends to be very crowded and hectic, this property allows you to actually have some peace and quiet while keeping you in walking distance to restaurants, bars and shopping. The beach is very close…just a 3 minute walk down the hill but be prepared to pay the fee to access the beach clubs(20 euro) and wear water shoes as it is very rocky. The only negative of the hotel is that the main entrance is actually below street level so if you’re being dropped off, you have to walk down several flights of steps with all your bags. The elevator only runs within the building and does not reach street level. It does go to the Parking lot which is below the building but can only be accessed by driving around the block(gps will lead to the main entrance at street level). Otherwise… we had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend.

The service was amazing and the rooms were clean and tidy. Breakfast was amazing and enjoyed it fully. However disappointed that the hotel lists a private beach attached to them but this is not exactly the case, guests at this hotel have to pay to use the surrounding beaches. Also it lists a shuttle bus to the airport as a service but this is not the case.

A must place to stay in Sarande

Glow Boutique is exactly that it’s a gorgeous boutique hotel with a stunning roof top pool with panoramic views. Everything from when we arrived was perfect from the guys helping with our cases down the flight of stairs to when we both unfortunately got sick they went above and beyond, the staff here are so friendly and welcoming the lovely lady in reception was just so caring.
The hotel itself is so clean and tidy lovely flowers and the decor is gorgeous.
They even have a little boutique gelato ice cream shop attached to the hotel which is lovely. Breakfast is all laid out lovely and labelled and they have a good variety the omelette is so good!
We stayed in the junior executive suite with sea view this is on the second floor it’s a very partial sea view as there are trees that do block the view however the room was lovely and comfortable and the tress are pretty so no complaints.

Not as described!! Don’t pay extra for the sea view rooms, view is blocked by trees so it was a tree view not a sea view! When spoke to reception about this the next day, said it’s not their fault and they were not prepared to help or offer a discount off the rate. Property is far too out of the town of Sarande so you have to get taxi’s every time. Pool area was dirty with rubbish and dirty dishes lying about, no one was there maintaining it any times when we were there. 1st night was very noisy with other guests shouting and doors getting knocked for a couple of hours. No security in the hotel that came to stop this even though there was supposed to be a quiet policy. Room was roasting and air conditioning took a long time to cool down, did leave the room card in so it would be cool on our return but cleaners removed it so room was always roasting on our return. Thought that by paying a higher price for this hotel would mean a better standard of hotel and not of luxury but it doesn’t so would not recommend for the prices being charged!!

Was thinking about writing a bad review so people wouldn't come here. But the truth is that it's a wonderful hotel, in a great spot with lovely staff. Even air condition was quiet and efficient. Hotel felt well kept and very well built. Comfy beds and good sized rooms.

This is gorgeous! We had a bad experience because the rooms weren’t accurately described. We requested separate beds and only one bed was available at check in. So we had to pay 46 euros more for a room with 2 beds. The next night the suite says it sleeps 4 and has a pull out bed. We were told we couldn’t use it because it’s only for a child 12 and under. This is not described anywhere in the descriptions of the room. I was forced to book another room for the night.

Nice Boutique Hotel

Nice boutique hotel steps from the beach and with a small rooftop pool. Rooms were spacious with comfy beds and nice pillows. Free parking available which was great. The hotel is about 30min walk to the port area where all the restaurants, bars and clubs are.

Unfortunately not the greatest of experiences. The hotel overall was clean and had proper facilities. But other than that it was mainly walls and a roof. The rooftop pool was less to be desired, and the advertised rooftop bar appears to have been abandoned by the facility for economic reasons. That being said for the price and the product received their was a poor return on investment.

This is an excellent hotel for a stay in Saranda. Quiet, yet close to restaurants, beach clubs (hotel has its own small beach access), underground parking, lovely rooftop. Exceptionally clean and everything was modern and on point. Staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Teresa at the front desk. Would not stay anywhere else next time i’m in Saranda.

Everything was beautiful, nice and new hotel very chic and modern, excellent location next to the most beautiful beaches of Sarandë . The pool at the roof is fab with stunning views and the most beautiful sunsets.But the most important that made my holiday was the staff , you would never find the most polite cheerful and caring staff team. I had a health problems the day that i arrived, but they were so caring and looked after me all the time, i can’t be more grateful. I travel to a lot of 5 stars hotels around the world and I would give 5 star to this Hotel as well. I would also like to give special Thank you to the Manager Qazim and one more guy I don’t know his name, and also the receptionist Angela and all the others that look after me and my kids during my short stay.
I can highly recommend this hotel

Die Unterkunft an sich war sehr schön. Leider war das Frühstücksbuffet nicht wirklich gut. Es hatte sehr wenig Auswahl. Ich ging nur die ersten Tage essen, dann nicht mehr. Es hatte nur einige Brotscheiben in der Auswahl bei den Broten. Des Weiteren ist das Hotel mit dem Auto ca 7-10 Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt (mich hat das nicht gestört, aber für diejenigen, die im Zentrum sein möchten). Dafür ist natürlich der Strand in der Nähe.
Die Zimmer wurden nicht gereinigt. Wir haben einmal Chips gegegessen, da war in den nächsten Tagen immer noch Dreck zu sehen. Genau gleich im Bad: Wurde nicht gereinigt - meine Haare vom Vorabend lagen noch am Boden - auch die Dusche blieb mit Resten übrig vom Strand und wurde somit auch nie gereinigt. Die Bettwäsche wurde auch nicht gwechselt. Das Personal an sich war freundlich.

Het was een topvakantie! Het hotel is op wandelafstand van het strand, winkels en restaurants. Het personeel van het hotel was ongelofelijk vriendelijk en behulpzaam! Ze zijn super lief voor kindjes onze dochter van 2jaar heeft een zeer leuke vakantie gehad. Een klein minpuntje is dat het ontbijt niet uitgebreid genoeg is, maar wel heel lekker. We komen hier zeker terug naartoe! 10/10 🇦🇱

Localização nota dez. Equipe sempre prestativa. Rua tranquila uma boa praia na frente ( precusa) pagar 20 euros dia ombrelone e duas cadeiras) sugiro o hotel fazer uma parceria para baixar valor para hóspedes hotel. Café da manhã muito bom. Tem um restaurante excelente na praia Shopra 20 passos do hotel. Tudo novo no hotel bem decorado.

Good hotel but not soundproof

Nice hotel with a rooftop with great views over Sarandë. Very new and nice looking hotel. Comfortable bed and duvets. Spacious balconies. Staff was friendly and helpful and breakfast was okay.

The hotel is unfortunately not very soundproof so you can hear people very well in the hallway, also up & down the stairwell and hear noise from the streets. Pool is a mini pool. We also missed some more storage and hanging opportunities in the room, as well as some more service on the rooftop.

Unfortunately we also had a sewage smell from our bathroom every day which was annoying.

Liegt etwas abseits. Unser Zimmer war zu Straße ausgerichtet, auf der viel Verkehr war. Nachts haben wir davon gar nichts mitbekommen, denn es war alles super isoliert.

Modernes, hübsches Hotel mit sehr netten Mitarbeitern! Die Zimmer sind gross, Betten bequem und der Pool hat viele nette Liegemöglichkeiten und einen tollen Ausblick. Alles war stets sauber. Das Frühstück hatte eine gute Qualität und stetig wechselnde Auswahl. Eine Tiefgarage ist kostenfrei vorhanden. Die Lage ist recht ruhig, 8 Min. nach Saranda, 15 Min. nach Ksamil. Einen Strandabschnitt hat das Hotel NICHT mehr.

Vi förlängde vår resa och bodde kvar på hotellet. Sarandas BÄSTA hotell, kommer aldrig bo någon annanstans igen när jag är där. Frukosten var jätte bra, personalen var fantastiska och tillgängliga 24/7. Rummen var otroligt fräscha, fina och fanns allt man behövde. Personalen var behjälpliga med allting. 10/10 vistelse! Kunde inte önskat att något var bättre.

We had a Junior Suite. It was very good. Modern and big.
Downside with this hotel is the pillows which are uncomfortable and their curtains who does not block out lights as good as they should. Otherwise a good hotel.
