Excellent experience in the hotel

Excellent service with amazing environment make my trip a very good starting. Everyone in the hotel, including those in and outside the reception area, room services, the woman sweeping outside the gym and those in the restaurant, are all so friendly and helpful. Their attentive makes me and my wife surprised. I’ve been travelling around the world, I can say this hotel’s service is the best I’ve seen so far. The owner must raise their salary, and if I’m a hotel owner, I will hire them all to mine.
We book a room with a roof top where we can have a massage bath in a hot tub. We did it at night time because the sun was too burnt for us during daytime. Inside the room, large shower area and large tub in the bathroom, large bed, and large room area make us feel relax, enjoying the trip during the stay. We like swimming in the pool and a bar located at the end of the pool where we can enjoy a drink and some snacks.
We can rent a bike (free) to go nearby places easier and in a cheaper way, although calling for a grab is also only a few mins waiting. We had also tried their breakfast, they are not like the normal tradition hotel style breakfast, they have the menu that I didn’t expect, amazing.
I’ll never forget the experience I had here, and I definitely will come back again and refer it to my family and friends!
Look forward to coming to the hotel again!

The most amazing hotel!

This has got to be one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. The attention to detail was amazing. All the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. The breakfast was incredible: an unlimited amount of very high standard a la carte food.
We participated in the cooking class and the yoga - both were brilliant. Especially being taught to cook Thai by the head chef!
We booked this hotel based on the reviews and couldn’t have chosen anywhere better!

One of the best hotel ever stayed

it was one of best hotel i ever stayed before, the level of customer service and dedication showed by their staffs are the key factors in providing the memorable experience for me and my partner.

the only constructive feedback i will give is the hotel reception didn't notice it was my birthday during my stay and that is a slight disappointment for me. i thinks i will be delighted if they do something to surprise me for my big birthday. in saying so the manager of the restaurant (i dont know her name but she is currently pregnant now) who over heard my conversation about my birthday and she took the initiative to send me a cake with candle and their staff sang the song for me, i really appreciated her kindness and this is the small touch which will enhance customer experience.

i highly recommend this hotel for anyone who is looking for quiet, excellent customer service with touch of luxury.

Quite expensive for Thailand but you do get quite a few luxuries such as a la carte breakfast including a glass of bubbly if you want it. Plus you get complimentary snacks and drinks in your mini bar. But my favourite part was the HUGE pool which runs the entire length of the hotel with direct access from your balcony.

Service from ALL the staff were amazing... from the minute you arrive at the resort, every staff you meet makes you feel special and attentive to all your needs. They arranged the shuttle to run another time at 530pm to fetch us to night market as the first shuttle at 5pm was full. I stayed in two hotels in huahin, one at let’s sea and another one near clock tower. With similar price, the let’s sea hotel is def. much better, in terms of friendliness of staff, room quality etc.

If i have to pick one thing to say about, it is the location of the hotel, not really close to the main road / malls. Abt 5 mins walk from the hotel to the main road for ref. But apart from that, really worth staying and worth every penny!! Last, excellent breakfast!

Villa is beautiful, so is the river. Wifi is good enough and shower is good. The staff named Ton was the most polite, helpful and friendliest. But the stay waa not worth the price. No telephone in the room thus no room service as well. No toothpaste provided and if you need one you need to purchase at the reception. Requested for some decoration in the room for a special occasion but not done, which is quite unusual for Thai standards. Ordered food and drinks from the restaurant for my room but restaurant staff expected me to bring them back to my room myself. Room lighting is too dim. Many mosquitoes. Breakfast is so so...

Except I kill two cockroach in the room, the Hotel is perfect. The swimming pool is excellent, it will make You love to stay in the Hotel. However, we were impressed with all lovely staffs,excellent services from security,bellman,front desk, houskeeping, gardeners, and of course the resturant team!!!! Overall is good. Friendly staff, always with smile and good service. Very nice beach nearby. Restaurant with excellent view and delicious food.

Gray stain was found on one towel, but that is not so serious. The bad thing was the construction works next to the hotel during our stay. Drilling and truck noise started at 08:15, but believe those works will be finished soon.

Swimming pool is the highlight!

I booked this hotel because of the swimming pool and unsurprisingly this is the highlight of the hotel. The pool is very large and I really love the balcony of my room where I can jump off to the pool directly!
Breakfast is included in my reservation and it was served a-la-carte which is quite special. The variety of food isn't very wide but food quality is generally good.
I stayed in the hotel in late November where there was always high tide so I didn't really go to the beach (except looking at the beach from the restaurant).
The size of the hotel is quite small. The rooms and swimming pools occupied 80% of the hotel area and there isn't too many facilities available.
The hotel is around 5 minutes drive from the only shopping mall in Hua Hin (Market Village) 10 minutes away from the town centre (where the Night Bazaar located). Catching taxi a is not difficult. Shuttle bus service to the town centre is also available 4 times per day (10am, 2pm, 5.30pm and 8pm, as far as I remember). There is also convenience store and some massage stores with around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.

Lovely Place to Stay and Relax

Service was great. Check-in at night took less than 10 minutes, and the staff were very welcoming. We called for service at one point to fix an issue with the toilet, and their staff came to our room within 5 minutes. Check-out in the noon was very smooth, and the staff were helpful in providing guidance and recommendations to places we wish to travel to.

Their room was beautiful and tidy. The bed is soft and comfortable. The bathtub was great, and the water was nice and warm. The toilet is spacey. Overall, it was lovely. We did not find the Moondeck particularly useful or romantic.The sound isolation was quite poor as well - we could easily hear some guests splashing the water. There was rain and thunder one afternoon too, and it became quite noisy.

We had breakfast at Let's Sea's restaurant for two mornings - we did not get to have dinner there. Their restaurant has a magnificent atmosphere, as it faces right towards the sea. Waitresses are very quick and helpful. Food came fast. The taste of their breakfast was only satisfactory.

The pool was relaxing to swim in. It's long, and approx. 1.5m deep. It was not crowded at all when we had a swim in the morning, and in the afternoon at around 5pm. The end of the pool is also where the bar is, so you could order straight from there. There are plenty of sunbathing seats beside the restaurant / pool.

Overall, our two day stay at Let's Sea has been amazing.

I stayed in the lower floor directly connected to the pool. It was a very cozy room, with nice smell of the Thai.

I enjoyed the quite environment as only adults are welcome in the hotel. The massage room and the therpist was very nice. I highly recommend this hotel.

Comfortable room, poor service, not worth it

We brought a friend with us to hang out at the hotel and upon arriving we were prompted by the lady receptionist that extra guest may not go into the pool and are not allowed to stay over 11pm, and ask if we want to pay extra for this guest to join. No hotels I stayed ever have this kind of rules or policies before, and it totally ruined our first impression and the experience of our stay in this hotel. The room overall was ok, a bit too hot during the day but cold enough during the night. Overall impression of this hotel was not good, and we will not be coming back.

Stayed 2nights in the moon deck suite, but did not have a sea view. The room and toilet were very big and spacious, with a stairway leading to the roof top where you could admire the moon/ stars..but there were none when we were there. The hotel staffs were very friendly, breakfast was great with a lot of variety, but the fried food was a bit too oily (for the health conscious). They have a nice garden near the dining area with a great view of the beach. The resort is about 10-15mins walk to the nearby Cicada Night Market which is worth visiting, as there are many artistic creations with live band there.

Very very nice resort indeed, rooms are very comfortable and one of the best thing is the pool access little pier. Although it is a sharing pool but it's very clean, hopefully the pool can be a bit deeper as it is only 1.2M, not sure if it is the safety limitation since there is no life guard on duty. Very nice food especially the breakfast it serves, we also took the cooking class to learn cooking thai food. Clean rooms, staff would come tidy up your room regularly in a day, after some shopping in the afternoon, you will see that the ice bucket is ready for you to serve yourself some cold drinks! Location is convenient too, only 10 mins taxi or shuttle ride to the shopping centre or the night market. Walking distance to the Cicada market, which is a very good place to browse with many local booths, handmade accessories and live band. Will definitely go there again for a relaxing stay!

Very convenience for likely to swim guys and sun bathing lovers. Staff are kind and helpful, we you sitting down in the area then u can laydown for sun bathing they saw u they will give you green lemon-water and with wet towel with green lemon.

Also with nice view to enjoy breakfast and unlimited order from 8-11am
All the food are delicious, the juice are 100% nature and pure!

I stayed there for 4 days and 3 nights, the overall service was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was nice and the view was excellent. During the days, we had breakfast, lunch and dinner; and the quality of the food was great.
Our room was clean, tidy and tranquil. The only down side is the shower. I think our shower was broken, the water was either scorching hot or freezing cold. We had to constantly switching the water temperature while having shower. Other than that, we had a great time in this holiday. Also, I highly recommend to wake up a bit early and see the sunset, it’s breath taking and is definitely worth it.

unreqsonalby charged for opening their champagne while there is very clear tag saying it is complimentary.
Other things in mini bar was very clearly with a charging tag while the one we open was on the table without charging tag but a complimentary tag. will report the case to Thailand tourist board.

Comfy and chic hotel with privacy

Amazing experience with nice staffs and excellent services. The beach is just next to the hotel and we can enjoy a relaxing holiday in this resort with only 40 rooms, unlike those big hotels.

Great pool, delicious food and nice lazy bed

It's a wonderful experience staying in this hotel and it is a very good choice of hotel for a leisure trip. Despite the location of the hotel, it's very convenient going to the market and many attractions by tuk tuk or taxi.

Highly recommended

We have stayed in Let's Sea for 3 night during my trip in Hau Hin. The service is great and the staff is very friendly also good in english. The room is big with a private pier which connected to the pool. There are a lot choices for your breakfast although is it not buffet. The quality of the dinner is not as good as the seafood restaurant in the town and a little bit pricey, but the environment and service is worth for that. I would highly recommend this resort to my frds.

Everything is perfect apart green location being a bit far from city. But we get this resolved by hiring a driver to tour is around downtown area.

Had a really good holiday with my friends. Room is in very good condition, sea view over the restaurant is marvelous, service is nice. Will definitely come again with my boyfriend.

I booked the price looks like pool villa,but it is not a pool villa,my room number is 15,the hotel narrow and room very small.the room bathtub inlaid in the ground,looks like coffin,Curtains...every morning wake up by sunshine.let's sea breakfast nearly nothing to eat.hotel location is not good .when you going to downtown take hotel shuttle need to pay B50 and return you should by yourself.unpleasant stay let's sea hua hin.by the way,mosquito is too much!
