The property is old and could use some major updates. The assigned me to a room I did not book. I booked a room with one bed and was assigned a room with two twin beds. Not exactly the romantic weekend I signed up for. They also did not have an ironing board or iron. I will not stay there again.

We have stayed for 3 weeks. I initially was staying for 1 week but keep extending it. lol

I love the guard. He is so sweet & full of personality

We have enjoyed our stay & booked another week. Great staff. Nice size rooms. Comfortable beds. We’ve stayed at IBIS in Malaysia, Mexico, & Colombia and this is the first one that has balconies.
Also this hotel is less than 2 blocks from a very clean & quiet beach front area.

Lovely hotel, we enjoyed it very much. Large room and good breakfast. There is access to the beach which is right next to the hotel. My only complaint was that we had ants in the room and on the balcony - the cleaner took care of it every day, but they came back the next day..

We couldn’t make it on our flight to Thailand and tried to reschedule our stay at Ibis Hua Hin but they would not let us reschedule or get a credit for our stay so we lost the total amount we paid for our stay and did not receive any of our money back even though we could not check in. Terrible customer service and would not recommend.

We stayed 4 nights and it was enjoyable. The breakfast buffet is good, but not over the top. Your within walking distance to a 7/11 and a mini C for daily necessities. You’ll need transportation to get to shopping and downtown. We rented a small scooter and got around ok. There’s a place called Smile Scooter and Laundry a 4 minute walk south from the hotel. 200 Baht for rental a day. As far as the room it was quite small, but adequate. Ibis seems to be in a lot of places we like to go, so we will use them more. They are not too expensive

WE took the family cat with us. Everything worked out ok. No problem at all with that.
This is a budget hotel with pretty well managed services.
Everything was clean and well organized.
The restaurant is a bit average but OK.
Parking is sometimes an issue but they have second parking area opposite. So no major issues with that.

Consideration for handicapped Seniors

Stay as to be expected - no consideration for senior or handicap parking - i'm OK with off site parking - but to run across a busy city street as a fresh operated hip replacement - asked if there is a shuttle in PM - reply yes - only the morning the driver for the shuttle did not show up for work - at 10 PM no onsite parking - no Handicapped Parking - only off site - no shuttle - packed up - requested refund of $68.17 at the desk - can not refund - Loaded the car - after car was loaded, clerk came & said, \"Oh, you can now park at the red zone in front of the entrance - that was too late - booked with Hotel.com a room for 2 nights.

Quick weekend stay

Stay for a quick weekend getaways. The check-in was super fast and team is friendly. Overall design is similar to any Ibis, so nothing to rave about. The room is comfortable and spacious without complicated furniture etc. The room does smell a bit moldy when I enter, and the wall are paper thin, so you can definitely hear everyone. The shower is ok, small and standard of Ibis. No amenities except shower gel, so don't forget to bring your own.

Nice and clean, meet the ibis standard

It was a nice short stay with very nice staff.
It met the standard of ibis.
Good location that allows us to walk to the beach only 5 minutes walk and 10 minutes walk to Cicada market.

Only one tiny comment, we paid for a buffet breakfast but we got one breakfast set instead. I understand the COVID conditions, but it could be better if the hotel offers us more than one main dish which was slightly small.

Stayed in ibis Hua Hin many times, never got clean room but dusty in front of the fridge everyday and any time. Otherwise, the room looks very modern, however quite small and cramped. Bad wifi. Enough parking lots, inattractive swimming pool because it is on the ground floor right beside of parking lot. Breakfast very atmospheric and relaxed. Beach is a 4 minute walk down the alleyway nearby.

The property was a 3 star hotel positioned about 2/3 miles from Hua Hin city Centre. The hotel was close to the beach. Room was fairly small but clean with balcony with a distant sea view possible

Staffs are amazing! Our room is upgraded from standard to family for free in our New Year trip. The bed is super comfy and love bears & Playstation in the room. My mom forget a mobile in the room and staffs get in touch with us quickly before we left the hotel. They make our trip perfect!

Very good service and hospitality. Staff knows good english. We wanted to watch football at the bar, and we got exactly what we wanted, with 1-for-1 cocktails. Driver of the shuttle bus drove us a total of 2 times to the city centre (Hua Hin Night Market). I love the staff at the carpark, he always greets us with such friendliness, he must love his job. Rooms were great and clean, with a mini balcony. Breakfast was alright, with sausages, eggs and toast. Very short walk to the beach, Cicada Market, and some massage shops.

First time to Hua hin ,hotel was in a quiet area but very close to 2 weekend markets with excellent seafood and barbeque,drinks etc.
The beach is a few minute walk away and is very clean with not many people around.
Bar street is extremely slow being low season.The breakfast buffet is excellent with delicious food and good coffee ,drinks etc.
This hotel needs to enforce the no swimming rules to 08;00 to open as about 10 screaming kids were in the pool at 06:13 am one morning with the Chinese parents watching them waking everybody near the pool,extremely annoying listening to this for hours in the early morning.

Everything about this hotel - amenities, room cleanliness and comfort - is just nice for the price I paid. I didn't expect more. Check in and check out were swift. I like the idea of paying for breakfast only when you need it. Breakfast was not bundled in the room rate, this is fair. And the price for breakfast was reasonable, only about 180bath.

The shuttle to the few notable shopping complexes, Bluport and Market Vilalge to as far as the Clock Tower was a great service. I was able to take the shuttle to Bluport and walk back at night. Walking time from Bluport back to hotel was only under 15 minutes.

Location near to cicada market

Stayed only one night during the weekends, since is near to cicada market (about 5 mins walk). Could hear noises outside the room, especially in the middle of night, so could be a problem for light sleepers. Room is not big and toilet is also very compact.

Walking distance to Cicada Night Market. Behind 200m will reach to the beach. The room we booked is big as it is a family room. A king bed and bunk bed. Bunk bed were noticed to be shorter in length. More suitable for kids or ladies. Breakfast okay. At the lobby, can book daily trips or taxi. Family room is provided with PS4 game console. Surrounding area not busy, but only 2km to Bluport Shopping Mall, convenient to get food and grocery, and 3km to Market Village. Hua Hin airport distance approx 20mins taxi ride.

5km from center of town

Ibis standard hotel about 5 kilometers from central Hua Hin. There is a 2 hourly shuttle bus to the shopping malls but often full. Taxis are expensive by Thai standards.
Unfortunately someone in a nearby room had a small noisy dog, not sure what policy ibis has about pets in rooms ?

The hotel is located in a very good spot - closed to night market in 500m distance and convenience stores.

We stayed in the family room which was big enough for 4 members. Room's very clean. Breakfast was nice and plenty for the guests (although food choices were limited).

I recommend this hotel and it is one of our top list.

From the moment we checked in we felt welcome here; simple things like providing a magazine about the local area, explaining the shuttle bus schedule and a smile. Rooms are small but perfect ... spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, home comforts such a kettle and a huge choice ofTV channels. The pool is warm with seats and sun beds around it. Free shuttle to Bluport, Market Village and the clock tower. If I had any criticism it would be that dogs should not be allowed ... a few times you get the whiff of dog in the lobby and near the \"dog friendly tables\" in the dining room (not hygienic) despite staff's best efforts to keep the place clean.

The service, check-in, receptionist was good. The room is clean however need to be renovate. The foul smell because of black stains in the bathroom so terrible I had hard time to breathe. Such a shame for a Ibis Hotel. Needs to fix them as soon as possible. Not acceptable.

StaffReally Good then Bad/Lazy

I was very happy about my stay the first two days because the front desk girl offered me an upgrade and went out of her way to be very helpful. Her excellent service prompted me to extend my stay two more days at the IBIS! Then the third evening of my stay they changed to another gal who was disappointing in her lazy/can't be bothered attitude when she was asked a simple question about airport transport. It seems it takes only one bad/lazy person to ruin the hard work of many great staff. She kept me from giving me an excellent review.
