Disappointing, too noisy and lack of facilities

Booked 3 bed rooms villa with pool. It was way too noisy all the times and next to main road. Main restaurant next to beach was closed for renovation and we were not informed at the time of the booking. Will not come back, really disappointing

We have a great time stayed at V Villa

V Villa is a very nice resort hotel with excellent service and close to the city center.
Easy to reach to Market Village and Night Market / Clock tower around 150 Baht by Tuk Tuk. We stayed at the three bedrooms type pool villa and the size of each room in the villa are huge. They also serve afternoon tea set everyday during our stay and unlimited drinking water, tea and coffee.
The only thing i would comment is the price of booking with breakfast and without breakfast has huge gap and made us think it do not worth to pay that much for breakfast .

Beautiful picturesque hotel. Unique stay experience in consideration of price.

Location is slightly far from town centre, but very near two largest modern shopping malls in Hua Hin. Lovely infinity pool in front of beach. Private Villa has nice layout. Family enjoyed private pool. Housekeeping efficient and prompt for cleaning service. Friendly hotel staff.

In terms of food served in-house - Breakfast was average quality as most food at buffet were dried up in food warmers. Breakfast variety was also limited but amiable. Food order service was slow. Had dinner at the one and only restaurant within premises, excellent food with a wide variety food menu. Overall - good food esp dinner menu. Shortcoming - Wished halal food were available.

fantastic hotel experience

It was by far the best hotel/villa my wife and I have ever experienced. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the facilities were first class.

The villa design allow access to our private swimming pool from both the living and master bedroom. Wow I

Complimentary afternoon tea every day was such a treat.

Would highly recommend the V Villa to anyone wanting to seek a special getaway.

Can't wait to return.

Very friendly, and helpful staffs. Good breakfast, Spacious room and good amenities. Location is in the middle of the town and yet, it's beach front. The private pool villa is great for privacy and with 2 bedrooms it's nice for a family retreat or a small pool party.

Perfect little villa resort beachfront

Everything is perfect (they even offer complementary snacks everyday around noon ; and have the complete restaurant menu available to in-room dining).
The only little downside if you travel with young children is that the rooms are completely separated, so you have to leave the doors unlocked for them to be able to come to you if anything happens during the night... That being said, you can still lock the outside doors of the villa.

Utter luxury

A fantastic hotel in a quieter location right on the beach in Hua Hin, V Villas is a very special place with excellent service provided throughout the hotel.
We spent 8 nights in one of their 1 bedroom villas. The villa was beautiful, very spacious and extremely well equipped. We were extremely impressive.
The butler service was very impressive - after requesting fresh milk and an ice bucket on day 1, every day thereafter we found more fresh milk and an ice bucket provided.
As you walk through their beautiful grounds, or order something in the bar/restaurant staff you've not previously spoken to greet you by name.
I highly recommend this hotel for discerning guests wanting luxury, peace and quiet and very high levels of service.

Great hotel, large villas, friendly staff....

Spent a quick two nights there and was sad to be leaving. Staff was very pampering. Our two bedroom villa was quite large. The bed and pillows were dreamy comfortable.
Spent most of our time there in front or inside of our amazing private pool.

Large villa, nice staff

Booking was misplacecd by Accor booking system, and not found at my check in. Luckily the resident manager would let us stay first and sort out the problem at the following date. All staff are very helpfula and friendly. Villas are huge and location is not far away from city centers and night markets.

The rooms require a little maintenance and updating, the whole villa looked like it was tired and in need of some care. Pools were not heated and too cold to enjoy. However, the overall resort was very relaxing and beautiful. We found the Thai food in the restaurant a little disappointing but the Western food top class. Service great.

Nice and Quiet Hotel

The hotel only has 13 villas......therefore, it's pretty quiet overall which is a good place for relax. The pool in the villa was awesome......the in villa BBQ is definitely worth a try.......
The hotel is also right along the beach side (the quiet side of it too)

Best Resort in Hua Hin

Great location, rigth on Hua Hin's main road. The Villa Pool is private, luxury, and clean. All rooms are equiped with all you need equpments make you fell like home. I like the big Jacuzzi Bathtub in the main bathroom.

The resort's outdoor swiming pool is very nice, big and right on the beach is the best in the Hua Hin (considered I have been staying in that area more than 10 times).

Since resort only has 13 Villas, on the weekday you will be the only guest using the outdoor pool like your private pool. Even on Sunday when we stayed, we were only guests swiming there more than 2 hours in the morning and evening.

The staffs are friendly with service mind and helpful.

24시간 버틀러 서비스 덕분에
너무 편했고 특히 버틀러 Nisa 라는 분이 친절해서 숙소에 있는동안 불편함 없이 잘 있었어요
아무래도 방콕 시내보다 시골이고 나무가 많아서 인지 모기랑 지렁이 벌레들이 많았어요 그리고 저희 객실이 그랬던건지 모르겠지만 개인풀장의 프라이버시때문인지 나무들이 엄청 우거져서 날씨가 엄청 흐려보이고 어두웠어요 근데 밖으로 나가면 햇빛이 쨍쨍하고 이건 한번 확인하시고 예약하시는게 좋을것같아요
나머지는 너무 아름답고 좋은 숙소 였습니다

原本預計入住四晚，但飯店的整體表現實在令人感到失望，飯店的價格與所提供的服務不成正比，因此和我先生只住兩晚便打道回府。無論是房間的清潔（入住的第二天發現杯子都沒洗、衛生紙沒有、備品也沒給）、飯店的餐廳早餐（非常陽春）、櫃檯人員的服務品質（計程車叫了半天來了也都不通知，只能在lobby乾等）都不及格，總體而言，這是趟糟糕的回憶

日本では味わえないドアを開けたら部屋の中が外・・と言う開放感あるスペースとプライベート空間☆彡

４人で２ベットルームに泊まらせて頂きました。階段下りたら別世界・・と言ったところです。
一本道を海に向かって歩いていては広い部屋なんてどこにも見当たらないのですが、ドアを開け階段を下りるとそこには、プライベートプールと左右に建物があってそれがベットルーム２つとリビングそしてダイニングスペースなどと広いスペース（340 ㎡の客室）が現れてビックリでした。
部屋でくつろぐには良いのですが、時期が悪かったのか蚊に刺されますので注意！！　
友人はビックリの一言で感動して頂きました。

villa硬件条件不错，可惜服务差一点，第一天的管家不错，后来的不行，电话叫人响应很慢，有一次电话很久都没人接，前台小姐的脸也是疏远冷淡，最可怕的是蚊子猖獗，把蚊香拿进屋都没用。早餐厅极小，选择少，价格也比后来另一家贵，性价比低

酒店美，但服務非常差勁

酒店房很大，新淨度尚可，床很舒適。但酒店職員完全幫不上忙，因有私人泳池，每天多次下水，所以一天洗幾次澡，因此要求多幾瓶洗髮精淋浴露，第一次遭拒絕，要提出第三次才願意補充。晚上11點後沒有room service，幸好酒店對面有小攤擋可買食物. 酒店唯一餐廳的泰菜很難吃。酒店有高爾夫球車，但職員沒有主動接載。每房有管家，但到check out 都沒有見過管家出現。唯一優點私人泳池和房很大。

Nice room and facilities

The room is nice and same as the photos seen on the web. The private pool is big enough with jacuzzi. Good privacy, very quiet environment for relaxing. The facilities in the room are nice too, the sound system in the sitting room is nice, and with ipad, with ipod loaded some songs there already, with TVs which can be online, with a coffee machine, a big bath tub with jacuzzi and can sit for two persons. They have provided afternoon tea set with different styles everyday. Have tried the american breakfast room service, came on time and it's pretty big one n tastes gd! Overall the room and pool are clean, staffs come tidy up our room every time when we went out. This is so far the best hotel i ever stayed. I wish i can stay longer! Quick check in and check out processes too. Special thanks to the staff Pai who served us during the stay :)

值得一住的酒店

愛拍照、享受、游泳的你不妨與最親的人在這裡留下回憶。唯獨是一個地方不完美，有蟲蟲xD。每晚見到2,3樣昆蟲不是難事。泳池清潔度爆燈。工作人員操流利英語，服務態度良好。另外，對面馬路右邊直行大約150~200米，有間鋸扒幾好食。老闆又nice.....泰國鋸扒既質素係比香港好，幾十蚊食到香港200幾蚊既quality。完~

静かで過ごしやすいホテル？

中国人の団体が大騒ぎしていたため非常に迷惑だった。
それを除けば完璧。時間とお金が許せばいつまでも居たいと思いました。
