Everything was great. The fitness center was the best I’ve ever seen at a hotel. Outside after a short walk the market was accessible which included food, clothing, artwork, jewelry, etc. And the beach was only a short walk further. Gorgeous beach and clear ocean water.

Stayed here for 3 nights during our HuaHin holiday. We like the hotel and the family room we stayed at was great. We also liked going to the warter park everyday during our stay. Breakfast selection was good too. However the hotel is quite far from any shopping or restaurants and you'll need to take a taxi everywhere. The only walkable location from the hotel is probably the night market opposite the main road.

Upon checkin ( quick and easy), complimentary tokens are given for use at water park eateries or hotel game room. Children eat free from children's menu at all hotel restaurants. An extensive free hot breakfast buffet w/ Asian & western dishes served daily with plenty of child friendly foods & options for those w/ food allergies. A free air conditioned shuttle is available to/from shopping, Thai restaurants, night market & beach ( 5 minute walk to beach from drop off point). Fun for families.

An enjoyable stay, helped by delightful hotel staff. A comfortable room, great breakfast and most importantly nice people.
We are an older couple and enjoy walking and quieter places, so I made a bit of a mistake when booking this hotel, it is, of course a ‘water resort, lots of fun for families and particularly children, somehow I missed that when booking. I’m sure it’s terrific for young families, but not what we were looking for. My mistake entirely.

The ocean isn’t too far away but there is a railway running between the hotel and the coast and walking access is not easy. We finally found a route across the tracks under a fly-over, about a kilometre away, (fine if you’re fit).

The hotel runs a shuttle bus into town, it was on-time and worked well for us but we didn’t find Hua Hin at all interesting.

Much more than expected, game changing wristband

I've always wanted to visit due to its closeness to water park, which is an important entertainment for my kid. But I didn't expect the water park to be so close, literally a few steps from the ground floor of hotel. The most amazing feature is the wristband they gave us at check in, that could be used for room key, to enter water park, for water park locker, to pay for F&B etc. This is a game changer to free us from worry about belonging and could fully enjoy. The hotel itself also provides sufficient entertainment. From rooftop infinity pool to sky deck where you can walk on glass, kid room, game room, very nice and good selection breakfast buffet. We booked the basic room but still have sofa, table, even a spacious balcony with nice big chairs to relax on overlooking the spacious Hua Hin landscape. Plenty of storage with long counter in living area and bathroom. Japanese restaurant at water park parking lot was surprisingly delicious with wide variety of menu, and offered many different promotion including discount for hotel guests. Water park is well designed with all sorts of big and small slides, lazy river, wave pool etc that is fun for whole family and also compact enough to get around. All in all, so many delightful surprises that if I've known earlier, I'd have come visited way earlier. Definitely coming back with family. If they can add camera to the wristband, then I won't even have to bring my phone to water park! If have convenient store even better.

There was the construction going on, It was loud. I asked if I could move farther or get a refund to move to the other hotel. The guy wouldn’t care. Then the manager called me back that I could move the next day. The room that I moved to the toilet water leaked, all my stuff on the floor was wet. I called to ask for 2 plastic bags to put the wet clothes in, the employee said they could give me only one laundry bag.
The water park opens late and close early as 11-5

Lost 500 usd and 7000 baht from my room, to be specific my wallet which was in the backpack. At 9am a cleaning lady knocked on the door saying she needs to clean the room which is unusually early for hotel cleaning services. Not to mention pretty shady. I was a bit surprised at the time and told her to come later. I’m assuming she definitely came back later to “clean” when I went to breakfast.

The reason I did not put my belongings in the security safe is that it kept saying “battery low”. I reported the incident immediately when I found out that the money was missing, emailed the management but guess what? No response whatsoever. Not even a sorry. And the safe is still beeping “battery low” because no one came to change the battery. They can’t even keep a safe operational. Staff with horrible attitude. Avoid this place at all costs for your safety and sanity! Incompetent on every level.

Overall a very relaxing couples get away from Bangkok. Did not go into the water park which was included in our resort fee. But all families did so we had the infinity pool to ourselves most of the time!! The rooftop lounge and restaurant was top notch. Excellent service and views. Thank you!

Suitable for Family and Water Park lovers

Room and bathroom are enough spacious. Nice infinity pool with ocean view, nice sky bar, convenient access to Nava Waterpark which is just opposite to the hotel. The overall service of staff is good , except a male receptionist on 9 Oct when we checked in at 15:00 hrs and the male staff at concierge area , on the ground floor on 9 Oct at 16:30 hrs who told us to take off bathrobes but later we found out at the water park that there were some hotel guests wearing hotel bathrobes. The hotel staff needs to screen this more carefully otherwise other guests will think that there is an unequal / unfair treatment among guests.

The staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived til we left. The kids loved the water park and were sad when it was time to go. However, I must say the food let me down. Honestly, each meal we had seemed to get progressively worse. I tried ordering from a delivery service and the majority of them didn't deliver to our hotel so on one of our tours we had to eat at a fast food restaurant to avoid the food at the hotel. I would stay again but would come prepared with my own food.

I rented a room - Kids Suite (23/F) where had fleas. My little girl got flea bites on her forearm and back of her hand with red itchy skin. I called the front desk, the assistance manager changed my room to the lower floor (12/F). We hope there wasn't any in the next room. Next morning after breakfast, we saw ants in the bathtube. Yuck!

It's my pleasant stay 2 nights here, The hotel is recommended for families or anyone who come for the water park. Checking in is on L floor, hotel staff are friendly. The hotel allows 2 children under 12 yrs old staying for free. I don't recommend staying on ocean side because the sound from trains annoying you all day and night.
Only one thing I'm quite upset is the twin room I had reserved. The room has 2 single bed which is too small for family with children even the hotel provide free extra bed but it must be requsted when making hotel reservation otherwise it's not enough.
It's would be great if the hotel can provide 2 queen size beds or 1 queen size and 1 single bed in each twin-room.
Hotel Breakfast is elegant with variety of meal choices, if you come around 9 am. you have to wait for table around 10-15 minutes.

My favorite hotel in Hua Hin.

Positives: Infinity Pool, Free access to water theme Park, Awesome breakfast, Amazing Kids Club & Gym, Nice location and lastly the view from this hotel is breathtaking.

Negatives: Somehow the check in experience is always disappointing and it’s not just because of high occupancy reasons. I usually check in during off peak timing. 8-11pm and often is the only person checking in. The service is slow, lack of warmth and welcome and once I was even stung by mosquitos at the air conditioned lobby on the 7th floor. During check out, although volume is high as expected, I was rushed through the process with no human touch. It would be much pleasing to self check via a machine honestly. At least the machine would have a proper smiley face and would greet you properly.

Overall still a very good stay except for reception experience.

Hotel room is nice and new, but the worse thing is the fridge. There's no minibar inside, moreover, the fridge can keep only chilled temp. My family has a baby and I couldn't freeze the breast milk and food stuffs for my baby. Also, 5 elevators are not enough for hotel with 27 floors especially in the evening and check out time. I have to wait more than 15 minutes to go down from 10th floor. The water park is fantastic for children to come.

After i send them a email of complain, they finally contact me after 2 weeks and didn't hear them again.

First of the most, my reservation which the room with Ocean View NOT Mountain View. If the hotel received the reservation with Mountain View room that is the problem between your hotel and the agent. NOT MY PROBLEM. The hotel just DOWNGRADE my room.

Secondly, I cannot accepted any reason that the hotel staff took my phone to unseen place for 10MINS? Maybe IHG hotel group DON'T CARE PERSONAL PRIVACY?? But i care. The staff took my phone without my permit.

Booked this hotel to see in the New Year as a special treat for my girlfriend.Arrived and was told swimming pool was closed for set up for new year party. Not only that the rooftop was fully booked to watch the fireworks.with many non residents of the hotel. All we could do was stay in our room at new year eve extended prices. Disappointed to pay for facilities that were not available.

Excellent location for playing at water park just next door. What you need to do is take the lift to ground floor and the entrance of the water park is just next door. The room charge includes unlimited entry of water park during our stay at the hotel. Hotel not located near the city center, but the taxi calling service is very good.

An Amazing Experience Altogether!!

The resort is situated a short 5-10 min drive away from the hustle and bustle of the main Hua Hin area, which is awesome as you'll really feel the serenity. It's a relatively new hotel and the amenities are quite comprehensive with almost everything you can ask for. Apart from the outstanding service attitude of the staff and cleanliness that comes with a new hotel, the main attractions would really be the 26th floor infinity pool and the complimentary entry to Vana Nava water theme park right next to the hotel! The infinity pool feels so much more premium and definitely more scenic than those of the beachside hotels located on the ground! The Vana Nava water theme park has a good variety of rides with extremely thrilling rides as well, and a bonus is that there's almost no queues for the rides! Ohh and the breakfast and Tea Tree Spa that the resort offers are plus points too! All in all, a recommended place to stay that I will definitely return to in the future!!

Room is good for us, location is private and easy to go to nearest travel(because I have a car).
Service is good, but the room check in after 15:00 hrs. then, may traveller going to play Vanna Nava water park, it need to rent the locker separate with the hotel guest.
When you check in early you will get only water park ticket and towel with discount buffet in there not include locker.
But overall is good for us.

Nice hotel but take time for everything

You must to waiting for your check in/out, breakfast and elevator and your room also when you check in you must to waiting your room after you finish on water park you also waiting elevator and check out also waiting. If you think that it included water park then cheaper please buy water park tickets better
