Unit 4210 at 300 Front Street. I agree with others saying it’s a good sized space with two bedrooms, good views and close to the action. Unfortunately, the high rise elevators were down so only 1/3 working and apparently this is a normal thing. I met many angry residents in those elevators who don’t see eye to eye with the many rentals in the building. Sad situation really. This made my stay less than favorable. The unit has a number of upgrades required such as the d/w isn’t fixed in place, gaps in flooring, lighting, etc. The worst part was the elevators, I think our rate should have been compensated or at least told about the issue rather than taking our money and hiding it. Shame on you Rivet as this is a known issue.

Check in was quick and easy. The room was gorgeous but did not receive a tower view as stated on my booking but that’s not a big deal. I did take a star off because my bed wasn’t made with a duvet cover on the blanket but two bed sheets with the blanket in between, which got tangled quite a bit while sleeping. That being said, the bed is comfortable.
It was convenient to have a laundry machine in the unit as well.
The gym facilities are wonderful. Tons of selection from free weights, smith machines, cables etc.!!

The place was easy to get to and in a good position relevant to the city. Check-in was easy. Room was comfortable 2 room setup ie bedroom, lounge/kitchen and bathroom. The place needs maintenance and attention to cleaning details but overall ok.

Beautiful little suite on the 10th floor. Clean, comfortable, modern and the location is outstanding. No coffee maker in the suite. Very rough hallway under construction so it’s super sketchy when you get off the elevator but it’s worth it when you enter the suite. I would rent again.

It was an amazing stay at this grand royal condo. I just wish for coming an hour early that the front desk would let me check into the room as when I got into the condo unit, other then the floor , it wasn't fully clean and I don't know what the cleaner was cleaning as I found old bread crumbs near the toaster , I supplied myself more toilet rolls, hand soap that I wasn't allergic to and Kleenex tissues. Overall other than the minor set backs at the beginning and end of the trip. Overall would recommend this place but you might have to supply other essentials if you stay as long as I did for about a week. Thanks !!

While the place itself is in a great location and the room was clean - the entire check in process was awful. It took over an hour to park and make it to the front desk because the elevators were broken, so we had to figure out how to get from the parking garage up into the main lobby on the 10th floor. We had luggage and a ton of stairs and walking. Once there, the line for check in was 30 people deep with a lot of waiting. It was not convenient. Unfortunately that has detracted from the overall experience and stay.

Overall, we had a nice stay. The place was clean enough, we had no trouble checking in. The building had previously had some sort of leak, so there was only 1 working elevator and you could tell some work was getting done throughout the hallways and in the unit because of it. We had stayed in this exact building a few years back and the reason we decided to stay again was mainly because of convenience. We were there for a concert and were a short walk away from the arena, union station, cn tower, ripleys. There are lots of dining option nearby as well. We also liked the safety of this building. Not just everybody off the street can have access to the lobby. We would stay here again

Long wait for elevators, some minor construction being done on the unit, the sink was awkward to use, the whole space and the bed were comfy, the location is amazing, staff were so so. All in all, very worth the price. I didnt like that I had to give my credit card number over the phone.

I stayed here with high hopes with the price I was paying . When I entered the building I was informed the elevators weren’t all working . So we had to take the stairs or wait up to 25 mins ( we walked 10 floors ) we would walk down them every single time . When booking I booked for a city view , expecting to see the cn tower as that’s what was shown in the picture when I booked . That was not the case we were looking at a parking lot/ td building, our room was being renovated with open gaps on the base board area . The room was not properly cleaned , the oven still had a pan in it & was dirty . The fridge had a bag of ice with mold growing in the bag . While I was there I asked for a manager and was given no information what so ever.

Can’t beat the location. Check in and out were a breeze. Place was clean. Aesthetically pleasing. Beds were comfortable. Elevators require patience. Could have used a few convenience items like facial tissues, better lighting in bathrooms, more washcloths. One of the towels was wet but folded up like it hadn’t been used. Decided to chalk that up to a mistake rather than assume it’s regular practice. Would definitely stay again though, no question. Location is 100% worth the minor inconveniences we had.

It wa sa business trip. so i stayed alone. it has a spacious living room, kitchern and one bedroom. theres washing machine if u need to wash but i didnt use. the unit is very much self sufficient. i felt comfortable staying.

Beautiful condo with gorgeous balcony views. Amazing pool. It was a perfect place to stay for our family and the beds were very comfortable. Location was convenient to CN tower and many other things.

Also, the condo could use a few amenities like salt/pepper in the shakers and a little bit of stuff to do laundry - but other than that, it was a perfect place for our family to visit Toronto and take in some games, eat at great restaurants and tour the entertainment district.

Condo in dilapidated condition. Multiple lamps without bulbs. No amenities other than towels in the bathroom, not even hand soap. Bathroom fan very noisy; when I complained, the superintendent simply disconnected it. No running water during half of my stay, due to city work. However, no alternative offered, no bottled water available. Had to go out and purchase from a convenience store. Would not recommend or stay here again.

Wonderful condo. Was very clean and spacious! We came up for Orioles opening weekend against the Bluejays! The condo is literally right across the street from the stadium, the CN tower, and the Ripleys Aquarium. Perfect walking distance to nightlife and local markets. 100% would stay again!

I didn't know what to expect staying at a condo instead of a hotel, but it was great! The room was very spacious and very clean. I was contacted the day before I arrived to give me a few check in instructions and then they sent me a text with all the info about the room. The only issue I had was that the body wash in the shower was pretty much empty. I replied to the text with the check out info and let them know. They said they would pass it on to the cleaner. Communication was great, the room intself was beautiful and clean and the price was great! Will definitely stay again in the future.

If you are looking for a luxury accommodation for an event at Scotia Arena or Rogers Centre, this is the place for you. We loved our stay and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a full condo versus a hotel stay. The place was very clean, easy to access and the concierge team was friendly and helpful.

The Good: Location is perfect. If you want to stay near CN Tower or MCTC, this is awesome. The WiFi is good.
The Not so Good:
Rules: You get WhatsApp messages with rules that seem a little strange. For eg, no shoes are allowed inside the suite, and supposed to be on some shoe-mat but what do I do about shoes that I packed in my bags. I understand the owners want to keep the property clean and if it was raining / snowing, we would accordingly take care of the cleanliness.
Check-out & Luggage storage: there's no luggage storage at the condo; with the check-out time at 11 am, one has to find another way to store the luggage. Not convenient.
Keys: We booked the whole suite for 2 people so not sure why we only got one set of keys. It should be standard to give 2 sets of keys. The second set of keys were organized the next day so overall, this was fine.
The small stuff: the shampoo didn't seem usable, I couldn't find any tissue paper, and finding the hair-dryer was not as straight-forward. We also get a note to dispose off the trash. This isn't really such a big deal but should be worded of as a request vs. communicated as a required task.
The Not so Good:
Rules: You get WhatsApp messages with rules that seem a little strange. For eg, no shoes are allowed inside the suite, and supposed to be on some shoe-mat but what do I do about shoes that I packed in my bags. I understand the owners want to keep the property clean and if it was raining / snowing, we would accordingly take care of the cleanliness.
Check-out & Luggage storage: there's no luggage storage at the condo; with the check-out time at 11 am, one has to find another way to store the luggage. Not convenient.
Keys: We booked the whole suite for 2 people so not sure why we only got one set of keys. It should be standard to give 2 sets of keys. The second set of keys were organized the next day so overall, this was fine.
The small stuff: the shampoo didn't seem usable, I couldn't find any tissue paper, and finding the hair-dryer was not as straight-forward. We also get a note to dispose off the trash. This isn't really such a big deal but should be worded of as a request vs. communicated as a required task.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom/2-bathroom condo the 42nd floor, and it was absolutely wonderful. My sister and I booked the day of because we fly standby on Delta, and we have to make sure that we get on the flight before we can book a place to stay. I had my eye on this one and we were glad that it wasn't taken. The owner worked with us at such short notice, and we were able to check in. We got the key from the 24 hr desk downstairs. The key fob will get you into the pool area and the gym but no other areas. There was also a fob for the garage if you have a car. The condo was so clean and so much light. We loved the big windows, and the beautiful view was amazing night and day. We were asked to take our shoes off when we entered the condo and that was fine. The air conditioner worked well. There were plenty of towels and wash clothes available. The beds were so comfortable and there was plenty of closet space for your clothes. We loved having two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You will need to purchase paper towels because they were not provided, and detergent also needs to be purchased if you want to wash clothes. The balcony was great but the only thing missing was chairs and maybe a small table to relax when you are out there. The condo is close to so many attractions and in walking distance. Starbucks is right next door. Communication was great when asking a question. Don't let this condo slip from your hands. Book it now.

Very nice condo in the heart of downtown TO. Clean, quiet, had most of what I needed. “Waterfall” shower is nothing special. Water pressure barely passable. Bathroom fan is on 24/7 and makes noise that you can hear in the middle of the night. Otherwise worth the $.

Has all the amenities you could need, from kitchen to washer, however we just slept & showered. We are a very quiet, respectful couple on a sightseeing trip and did feel a bit overwhelmed by the house rules but we would stay again happily. Thanks for a pleasant stay.

Very good location, walk to CN tower, Union station and many more. The facility is good in general. A nice apartment equipment with gym and other a lot of features: kitchen with modern appliances, nice bath and living room. Great city and lake view from balcony and room.
The downside is the maintenance: faucets are loose, frame of glass door are not secured properly and one bed frame screw needs to be tightened. Wash machine needs a little extra clean up etc. In short, the maintenance guy needs to pay a lot more attention on details. It would improve the experience a lot more.

Good location and a good gym for a condo building. The condo itself is very awkwardly designed with minimal/cheap furniture so it's not a pleasant place to spend time in. Bathroom amenities are not what is advertised. Kitchen doesn't even have salt and pepper. Nowhere to store suitcases after checking out.
