Location of hotel was perfect downtown Roger’s centre, CN Tower, Aquarium. Transit system user friendly. Hotel staff very helpful. Room was clean with Reno update. Pool opened day we arrived which was lovely. Pool service available. Amsterdam brewery pub right along side hotel with great food, view of harbour and Billy bishop airport. Would definitely stay again.

We picked this hotel for the location. It is a great place to stay if you’re attending a Toronto Blue Jays game, very easy to walk to - within minutes of lots of dining options and nice to be right by the water. The hotel looks like it is relatively old and the renovations that they have done look nice, but you can tell the quality of the craftsmanship is poor. We do recommend the hotel we had a nice stay.

Falsely advertised from the reviews and photos. The room was unporerly kept. Sheets didn't fit the bed even after asking for house keeping. Bed frame had stains and the otterman. Shower head was moldy and ceiling was unkept in the bathroom.

Great hotel on the Waterfront! It’s a smaller property but its location can’t be beat! With being so close to the water & a central location to Roger’s Centre, Scotiabank arena & the CN Tower it’s a winner! The rooms are modern & clean & the pool & outdoor area is a bonus. Staff are very accommodating & helpful. On our next visit we will definitely be staying here again!

Parking was a nightmare. It was unknown that large SUVs could not fit in the parking ramp, which then cost an extra $50 to park in the surface lot diagonally from the hotel then had to walk over with our luggage.

While the staff and location were amazing, I'm not sure I would recommend. We stayed for 6 days from late May into early June. At check-in, we were informed there would be \"consistent and elevated noise ... between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm\" and they were right. This jackhammering occurred for 3 of the 6 days of our trip. JACKHAMMERING. Perhaps if we were informed ahead of time, we could have stayed somewhere else. Also, we booked this hotel because the website stated they had a heated outdoor pool available starting in June. The pool was not open a single day of our trip. Again, had they told us ahead of time, we could have stayed somewhere else. I feel like they do not tell you the issues just to get you there. Then, once you are there, it's too late to cancel.

Great hotel with a clean room. Excellent location and easy check-in.

The only hitch involved when I called to over to have my guest get a new key to the room. I was assured that this was not a problem, shared their name, shared my name, and room number, My guest, when arrived, was told that the hotel had no record of the conversation, and was unable to help. They then said that they could help him if he was able to provide my VISA booking number - which he did not have (lol). Unfortunately, they then had to wait 5 hours until I returned to the hotel (I did not have a phone on me) to get access to the room/put luggage down. This was frustrating to say the least.

Other than that, everything was great. I'd stay there again, but if you have to deal with the front desk, be sure to get a name going forward :)

Location is really good, no right turn if driving from west side. Everything is walking distance, 8 minutes to CN tower and Ripley. Boat docks are 2 minutes from hotels. Property is ok, but the price is for location. Bathroom needs some Ventilation.

Checked into this place expecting luxury. Got a comedy of errors instead.

The Room: Walked into a bathroom with a grimy sink. Went down and talked to reception about it. They promised to send someone. Nobody came. Ever. Still had to look at that sink all stay. Charming.

Maid service? They made the beds and vanished. No coffee, no creamer, dirty glasses untouched, and wet used towels still hanging like modern art. Thanks for the half effort. One bathrobe for a room with two queen beds. Who’s supposed to wear it, winner of rock-paper-scissors?

Curtains wouldn’t close tight, so enjoy your sunrise at 5am. TV remote didn’t work properly. Choices limited, not enough Canadian channels. In Canada.

The Property: Elevator carpet looks like it needed cleaning. No lobby washrooms, even though you’ve got a cafe serving lattes. So plan your bathroom breaks accordingly.

Booked partly for the “outdoor space” shown online. Surprise: it doesn’t exist/closed. Zero mention during booking, zero explanation at check-in. No info packet, no rundown of services. Because apparently there ARE no services.
Checkout: 12pm sharp your keycard dies. Fair. But there’s no phone on my floor to call reception, and I couldn’t get my luggage sorted. The whole process was a mess.
The “Pros” so I don’t get sued:

Meh! It was okay.
The location is very convenient, especially if you're coming over from the Island airport.
That said, it wasn't anything special and the price point is so high, I could have stayed at the Royal York for only $20 more.
The pool was closed, the \"upgraded room with CN Tower view\" was really just a view of the base of the tower (it's not a high rise hotel), the \"upgraded room\" was also across the hall from the Staff utility closet so, I got the pleasure of listening to staff bang around and the door slam all evening. The TV was basic cable and no option for Netflix, Prime, etc. And the on demand movies were VERY dated.
Honestly, if you get a deal on this place for sure take advantage but, you can easily find substantially nicer hotels for a similar price point.

Really nice little hotel for a weekend trip to the city for my daughter and I. I have to call out whoever was working the front desk on our last day, because we had been travelling around by Uber and had planned on the same to get back to the airport. We didn’t realise the Toronto Marathon was happening that morning and the main road to get to our hotel was closed and we tried several Uber drivers and a taxi and nobody could actually get to us, and I had no idea how to use Toronto public transit. I was worried as we were losing time and the front desk staff were incredibly helpful, there was a gentleman that helped us figure out how to use the tram, waited with us until we got on and made sure we knew what to do when we got to union station. The tram was very delayed as well and he stayed with us the whole time to make sure we were okay. The hotel is conveniently located, and we were up on the sixth floor which was a little warm in the hallways, but the room was nice and clean and the hallways were quiet. Nice little coffee shop in the lobby as well and walking distance to a lot of attractions. I would recommend!
