I had a great stay at the Sutton Place Hotel Toronto. The room was very clean and well-maintained. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the space cool and comfortable throughout my stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which really enhanced the overall experience. Overall, it was a very lovely stay, I will definitely be back and do recommend!

This was my second stay here and I feel right at home. Space was extremely clean and the beds are very comfy. Even though we only stayed a short trip, the staff was very helpful and even brought up a beautiful treat for my birthday. I will always come back!

This by far was one of the best decisions of my trip. The location, the restaurant and bar, the attention to detail, and the staff.Do not get me started on the staff I wish I would have remembered all of their names. The staff were beautiful from valet, to front desk and lets not ever forget about Kelly at the bar. You want a proper Espresso Martini? You see Kelly. We were a short walk from most of the destinations on our itinerary. It was lovely.We literally paid nothing for ubers, when we didnt want to walk in the cold, because we were so close to everything. I would definitely stay here again. We got to meet the chef. New Years Eve at the bar was a vibe and an all around good time. I was surprised with champagne and a beautiful dessert for my birthday. Everyone was just great. The hotel is very nice the pool area was spacious enough not to feel overcrowded. This hotel really checked all the boxes

Everything was great! This is my favorite hotel to stay at while visiting Toronto due to its friendly and comfortable atmosphere. The room was perfect, however the bathroom appeared to be a bit dusty and the shower had some grime around the edges of the floor. Other than that everything else was great!

I have found my new place to stay when visiting Toronto! Our room was amazing (they upgraded us to celebrate my friends birthday), sent up champagne and cake, the staff are super helpful and courteous, and the restaurant was very tasty for breakfast. Location is also great and the bed was very comfortable . Thank you for a memorable stay!

Sublimely Sutton! This is going to be my go to hotel when I stay in Toronto. From the moment I arrived and through the time I had to bid farewell the stay here exceeded my expectation.

The room was spacious, clean and with a comfortable bed where I slept like a baby. It was fantastic place to work remotely as I was able to go to some fabulous restaurants and explore the city very easily at night as the tram stops right outside of the hotel.

The rooftop pool was so beautiful, clean and relaxing as I was able to take a dip after a long day of work. I like how they have pool towels and comfortable chairs upstairs.

Special thanks to D’Andre, Jerwin, and the rest of the team for being some friendly, welcoming, professional and always being so wonderful. It was hard to leave, but I look forward to returning back again next year.

If you’re debating whether to stay here or not…I’ll make it easy for you. Stay here!!!

My wife and I stayed at The Sutton Place Hotel for our wedding anniversary, and the entire experience was outstanding. From the moment we checked in, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and celebrated. They surprised us with a handwritten anniversary card, dessert, and two glasses of rosé, a small gesture that made a big impact.

The room was spotless, modern, and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a warm, elegant atmosphere. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained. We loved how quiet the room was and how relaxing the space felt after a long day out in the city.

Location is perfect, close to great restaurants, bars, and the Eaton Centre, which made our weekend easy and enjoyable despite the rainy weather.

Overall, Sutton Place helped make our anniversary memorable in all the right ways. We’ll definitely be coming back for future celebrations. Highly recommended.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Room was very comfortable and spacious. Hotel is quiet, elevators are fast and reception staff are wonderful.
Food and Beverage service at hotel is not great. Hours are irregular, even to get an early morning coffee is difficult. Our breakfast experience was terrible, waited a very long time for our food.
Would stay here again but would not dine there.

The hotel was absolutely gorgeous but the real gem of this location is the employees. From the second we walked in the door we were met with the friendliest, most helpful staff I’ve ever experienced at any hotel, and I travel a lot. They were warm and accommodating and went above and beyond to make my stay incredible. The rooms are huge, clean and beautiful. All amenities are perfect, valet was beyond easy. This will be my number one choice for stay any time I visit TO. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more, it was perfection.
