Very bad luck to enter this hotel rooms are very small unclean very old furniture breakfast poor there is nothing good except that employees are good but fees to stay in this hotel are very high according to it’s level

Room without AC, the housekeeper knocked the door and asked us to go out to clean the room, they don't change the towels, they hang it to dry by itself to reuse it... Poor breakfast

I arrived early so was prepared to wait, however the reception said my room was ready (which was wonderful). The hotel has a lift with plenty of room. Although my room was on the third floor, the positioning of the hotel means, there is barely any natural light, it's also a very small room. The television worked but I think the remote needed new batteries and there was no remote for the aircon. There was no water in the minibar on arrival, I understood no kettle but no water is strange.
The weirdest thing, something I have never encountered in beautiful Turkiye is that the bidet didn't work properly- I think a plumber needs to look at the situation.
I had very noisy neighbours (not the hotels fault) so that was a pain.
Breakfast is buffet style and really great, you should find something to eat for your taste. The staff were helpful and professional. But overaIl can't really say I had a comfortable or restful time here.

Initially the room had the small bed, but we are relocated.
Breakfast was very regular, because the machine juice never worked, the variety is too short. But finally is enough for the customers.
The hotel accomplished with our expectations.

First I was not given the room I booked or at least in the picture since it’s much smaller, also no window to the street but the building duct. Furniture is very outdated, towels color is so bad you can call it anything but white as a result of long time usage. Cleanliness is ok but you won’t really feel it because of old bed sheets and towels let aside the very old furniture. Breakfast is acceptable. Reception staff were friendly but hard to communicate with since they don’t speak English or very little. All in all wasn’t a very good experience.

The hotel is clean with good breakfast and location near shops and attractions. It lacks some amenities like laundry services and tea-making facilities. Air conditioning is poor, and it can be hot. Staff is pleasant, and it's suitable as a base for exploring the area.

The breakfast here was terrible, there was more waitress and less food. They did have any water bottles or have water as every other hotel did.
The washroom stalls are very small to use it.
Place was molded smelt a lot like smokes.

Overall, the hotel was okay. It doesn't offer all the facilities of a standard hotel, so don't expect everything. However, the location is great, just minutes away from the tram station. One issue was the inconsistent water temperature in the shower hose of my room—it would suddenly get very hot, then go back to very cold. Quite annoying, haha!

The only reason I stayed at this hotel is because they advertise laundry services, which has been very hard to find here in Istanbul. They do NOT have laundry. My door was so close to the elevator that I could take one step out of it and be in my room, so I could hear everything every time someone used it. The fridge was useless. The hallways smell of stake cigarettes so not all of the rooms are smoke-free or they don't enforce it. My bidet didn't work.

The cleaning ladies literally shout to each other all morning will cleaning, so forget about sleeping in.

The good: the staff was pleasant enough (the late-night doorman was the friendliest). Smooth check-in process. Air conditioning. Hot water never ran out. Very clean. I'm not a tourist, but if you are, it's a great location for shopping.

Hotel located in busy shopping area and we chose twin 4th floor room. Room was small, pillows on bed were awful and uncomfortable, however room was always warm and plenty of hot water and made up everyday we were there, shower was dated and lots of white horrible mastic around where the fixings were.
Wi-fi was free and very fast here.
Breakfast was limited for English people I think.
Only fruit available was cut up oranges. No tea. And no tea making facilities in room, but guess you get what you pay for. We just used it as a base to sleep. Tram is very nearby, and you can also walk to most of the attractions from here too if you don’t mind walking that is.

The property is in an excellent location, my room was clean although the bin wasn't emptied after the previous people checked out, Everything was comfortable except for the stuff,terrible customer service, his name was Özkan (if thats his real name even). He couldnt just explain a simple matter instead shouting at me. Most dont speak proper english so there was so much misunderstanding. Apart from that great value for your money although personally i wont be booking it again because of how i was treated.

This hotel is a budget one.location is good . It's I'm sultanahmet area.blue mosque hagia Sophia are 20 mins walking distance and 5 to 7 mins by tram.tram ticket is one way 5 tl . Pleased with the hotel overall but it's a budget one . If you are looking for luxurious then there are many other nearby infact the whole area is full of hotels and markets . It's in prime location so don't worry about location .if you are getting in cheap price book it anyways.staff is cooperative il give staff 7 out of 10 as they can be more helpful but are overworked and that's why not able to do so . Breakfast is complementary. Nice breakfast.

I have stays at this nice hotel every year.

For this price, the hotel is ok.
Most receptionists are friendly but the lady wasn’t when I requested delaying check out for one hour.
WiFi is sometimes weak.
Thanks for the restaurant team. They work very hard.
Thanks to the hotel management. They are great as usual especially in providing support.

Budget hotel but price is not

We stayed at this hotel due to a 1 night stopover in Istanbul. It is approximately a 15 minute walk from the main touristic attractions i.e. Topikapi, Blue Mosque, Aya Sofia. The hotel is ok, the triple room was cramped and beds are definitely budget but it was clean and so for a one night stay it was fine.
I booked a queen bed on Expedia but when I arrived it was a double bed - so was not happpy about that. Other than that, the breakfast was nice and they had a secure room to store your luggage in after check out time which was good as our flight was after this time.
The hotel is in a good location and is ok for a one to couple of nights stay, or if you are planning to be out most of the day and not worried about comfortable beds. Having said that I saw other hotels with a similar price for one night that seemed better.

Sentralt med god service

Hotellet ligger veldig sentralt. Rommene var litt små men rent og spesielt badet i sin klasse var bedre enn i London. Personalet var serviceinnstilt og hyggelig. Var obs for taxisjåfør i Istanbul. Hotellet bestilte taxien for oss 40% billigere til flyplassen enn det sjåfører forlangte. De fleste butikker og taxisjåfører lurer turister. Anbefaler oppholdet på dette hotellet men ikke reis med turkishairlines og bestille taxien gjennom tyrkisk sim eller hotell. Fornøyd med hotellet og dets personalet men ikke tyrkere.

Parfait...! Accueil agréable et souriant. Bien situé pour visiter la ville, ex:15 minutes à pied du grand bazar. Les chambres sont confortables et calmes, et d'une propreté irréprochable. Le petit-déjeuner est très bien, varié, avec un personnel aux petits soins. Et pour compléter le tout, Wi-Fi efficace.

Von außen sieht das Hotel ganz passabel aus, auch der Eingangsbereich und die Rezeption sahen gut aus. Doch dann kam man in die Zimmer, die mich leider nicht überzeugt haben. Die Einrichtung ist sehr alt und die Klimaanlage kühlt nicht vernünftig. Das Personal war stets höflich und sehr hilfsbereit, auf Anfrage wurde unser defekter Kühlschrank ausgetauscht. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausreichend. Allerdings stand man immer unter Beobachtung, was mich persönlich sehr gestört hat. Im großen und ganzen würde ich das Hotel ausschließlich wegen der guten Lage buchen.

Tolles Hotel!

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal! Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, Tram ist direkt vor der Haustür, Metro ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg.

Beim Frühstück war auch für jedes etwas zu haben 😊
24/7 Tee Service ins Zimmer (kostet natürlich 10 tl)

Ich bin sehr begeistert und würde bei meinem nächsten Besuch wieder diese Unterkunft in Erwägung ziehen.
