Lobby was small, no room service after breakfast, no parking, road in front of hotel was narrow, no AC in corridors, lift and lobby. Lift was small only 02 bags with one person could be accommodated at one time. Was rooms were also small and without ventilation and room AC was fixed at 24 degree Celsius.

There is no water boiler so that we can drink morning coffee. Breakfast is the exact same everday. REQUIRES A LOT OF ADDITIONAL FACILITIES.

The room barely fit the beds they had in, the two beds we requested were practically one bed because they didn't have space between them due to the tiny size of the room. I could barely stand in the bathroom. They only provided one key for the double room. No one showed us to our room or helped us with our baggage, and when we checked out we asked to keep our luggage ate the hotel they asked us to take it down to the storage room instead of taking care of it. Worst service I have had in my life.

Nice clean hotel

Nice small clean hotel. Breakfast was nice beds cozy too. Can do with staff having more experience in speaking English which would be helpful.

Nice hotel it was nearby blue mouqse

It had a variety of food and the rooms were clean and tidy. The staff were very helpful and friendly....... The hotel did a shuttle service. I would recommend this to anyone because it is good for a couple, family and friends.

This hotel is very nice & close to all the attraction areas in Istanbul and the metro station. The room is a little small but comfortable. The breakfast is fine but need some improvement like add desserts.

Fair Hotel in the middle of Istanbul good location

Hotel is position perfectly in Istanbul. 5 minute walk to the Grand Brazzar & Tram which can take you all around.

The Hotel itself is clean, room sizes are on the small size, even the family rooms. Room was clean, had everything we ideally needed, Aircon, Minibar. but due to the size you want to be out of the room more than you want to be in it. But with so much to see in Istanbul we didn't see this as an issue.
bathroom was nice / compact but offered everything we needed, (Sink, Toilet and Decent Shower, hairdryer, Electrical Points)

Breakfast wasn't great, not much choice and typical Turkish food options only, anything else is an extra which was a little disappointing but overall our stay was good.

Aircon in the room which really helped, Mixed opinion on staff, some were really helpful - some didn't want to know.

Overall if you going for a break for 3-4 nights then would advise, if you intend to spend more time out than in the hotel. We used it to sleep and shipped out for the day, worked well.. (Average Hotel - Got what we paid for)

Hotel service was poor

Hotel was conveniently located 2 blocks from tram way near Laleli University Station. Breakfast was good and room condition were also good. The hotel service information was none, they could not indicate metro, tram or buses, did not have maps or brochures, or information about nearest tourist information or tour offices, had to go to the Radisson Hotel for the concierge to give me that information.

Overall well located in \"old city\" At first the staff seemed a bit unpleasant however that changed later in the day. Please ask to have your passports returned. They did ask to hold onto them.

Rooms are extremely small however given the location, free breakfast and wifi it's a good buy!

Very disappointing ... not what I was expecting!

I only booked this hotel because it had an average rating of 4.6 out of 5 and I really do not know why! I travel a lot for work and have stayed in all sorts of hotels and this is one of the worst experiences I have had. I was traveling with my wife and had issues the moment the room door opened. Firstly, the electricity in the room was not working when we entered and it was pitch black for some time while they looked into it. Then later that evening, when I wanted to secure my valuables in the safe it was not working so I went downstairs to reception and the guy there spoke very little english and said that there was nothing he could do and I needed to speak to the manager in the morning. Further, there was no bin in the room which meant that we needed to kep rubbish on the floor during our stay. Finally, I asked them for an iron to press some cloths and they stated they did not have one. I then asked whether there was an ironing room which they simply said \"no\"! OVERALL: Rubbish hotel and very poor customer service ... will definitely not recommend or stay there again.

Hotel a proximité des gros points touristiques Mosquée bleue, Mosquée Suleyman, Mosquée Sainte Sophie, Palais Topkapi, Citadelle... etc... Tout est possible à pied environ 15-20min de marche. Hotel relativement propre. L'accueil assez froide et ne donne pas spécialement envie d'y rester et ni de revenir dans cet hôtel excepté une personne qui a été réellement attentionné mais dont je ne me souviens du nom. Merci à lui pour son aide. Le petit-déjeuner est légèrement varié mais personnellement je n'y ai pas trouvé mon bonheur du coup je le prenais à l'extérieur.
En soi la qualité du service et de lhotel n'était pas à la hauteur du prix. Décevant.

Das Hotel war schön und im Zentrum, wir waren über Weihnachten zu 4 dort und es war ganz ok für den Preis. Es ist nicht für einen Daueraufenthalt sondern für Reisefreaks, die im Hotel lediglich übernachten. Einzige Minuspunkte waren, dass der eine an der Rezeption sehr aufdringlich wurde, dass wir die Programme wie die Bosporusfahrt bei ihm für 80 Euro machen, obwohl es im Internet lediglich nur 45 Euro war. Die Sauna und das Dampfbad gingen nicht.

Waren insgesamt für 3 Nächte dort.
Service war super! Sprich das Personal am Empfang war ein super netter, der uns immer gerne weitergeholfen hat.
Jedoch muss ich sagen, dass das Zimmer am ersten Tag einen säuerlichen Gestank hatte als wir rein gingen.
Das Badezimmer war unhygienisch und alt.
In der Dusche waren Schimmeln zu erkennen.
Die Handtücher haben gestunken.
Die Putzfrau war sehr nett.

Für das Personal würde ich 10/10 geben.

Alle die Istanbul erkundigen möchten und wirklich nur zum schlafen das zimmer benötigen ist es ausreichend.
Aber ob ich es demnächst wieder buchen würde ist eine andere Frage.

Bodde på hotellet med 2 kompisar. Alla tyckte att detta hotell inte höll den standard som är förväntat med 4 stjärnor. Bilderna var missledande. Duschen var svart möglig i kakelfogar. Upplevde hela rummet inte särskilt rent. Kuddarna var stenhårda. AC funkade ibland. Mycket mygg men fick myggsprej i receptionen när vi så ifrån. Frukost buffetn var inget att ha. Reception personal var inte särskilt gästvänliga förutom en sol var väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam.

Alberghetto fuori mano che per trovarlo ci è voluta una vita. Camere piccolissime vista pessima colazione di piu. Soddisfatta solo di avere pagato circa 20€.

Kleines Hotel in der Stadtmitte.

Gute Erreichbarkeit von Metro, Tramway und Bussen. Mitten zwischen verschiedenen Bekleidungs-Geschäften. Für Familien sind Zimmer zu klein, vor allem wenn mehr als 2 Leute in einem Zimmer übernachten.
Ideal für Geschäftsreisen, und kurze Aufenthalte für nicht mehr als 2 Tage.

cheap hotel fairly accommodation

Regarding to my trip and stay at Nonda hotel it is fairly the hotel about ten minutes from the Aksaray station for the
hotel facilities the room was narrow the toilet was small for the cover of the bed and below I notes that thay didn't changed for the two days
The breakfast was good in general the hotel is ok regarding to hote accommodation fees

Schönes Hotel mit guter Anbindung

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt im Hotel Nanda. Das Zimmer war etwas klein, die Ausstattung des Hotels war gut. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist gut, die Sehenswürdigkeiten in Sultanahmet sind auch zu Fuß erreichbar.

Det er vanskelig å finne hotellet, vi og taxisjøføre hadde problemer å finne hotellet, det er smale veie og ofte sperret av varebiler som leverte varer til butikkene i nærigheten.
-Skummelt området om kvelden.
-Hotellrommet var reint og vaskepersonale var behjelpelig.
-Personale som satt på resepsjon og var ikke villig å gi informasjon hvis du ikke vil kjøpe tjenester fra hotellet.
-Takktrassen er ikke operativ.

Nous avons sejournés a 3 au nanda ( chambre triple), sur les photos la chambre paraissait spacieuse en realité chambre tres petite, salle de bain aussi, on a aussitot demandé a changer de chambre pour une chambre comme sur les fotos, on nous a balader pendant 2 jours \" repassez dans 2h.....repassez dans 1h...\" Pour finalement nous dire non! Le menage dans les chambres laisse a desirer, on se contente de remettre en place la couette! La clim est bruyante et située au dessus du lit qui n a pas acces a la tv! Le lit du punit!! Clim au dessus de la tete et pas de TV!! A notre grande surprise Le sauna et le hammam sont payant !!......mais indisponible! Soit disant en travaux..... Je n y crois pas 1 seconde! Parlons du buffet, toujours la meme chose pas beaucoup de choix, jus infecte, cereales pas bonne du tout, eau pas fraiche du tout. Impossible de prendre le ptit dej en terrasse ca se passe au -1, personnel pas du tout a l ecoute, accueil froid, aucune communication a la reception 1 sur 3 sait s exprimer en anglais les 2 autres seulement en turque!! Du jamais vu! Je ne recommande pas cet hotel

Velfungerende hotel, centralt placeret.

Vi havde et fint ophold på et hotel, som er centralt placeret i den gamle del af Istanbul. Gå-afstand til de fleste seværdigheder gør det nemmere at planlægge dagen, og der er et utal af cafeer og restauranter lige i nærheden.d

Albergo confortevole, molto pulito. Personale gentile e disponibile, parlano inglese (quanto basta).
Camera piccola (ma lo avevo già letto in altre recensioni quindi me lo aspettavo), ma con vista sul mar di marmara, molto bella.
Molto buona la pulizia.
Colazione molto turca, avrei gradito anche qualcosa di un po' più internazionale.
Servito bene, ma per raggiungere qualunque attrazione bisogna prendere il tram o camminare almeno 15 minuti.

Bra hotell med bra läge, fräscht och rent. Turkisk frukost som var god men annorlunda, finns något för alla. Transfer via hotellet var dyrare än taxi, så ta gul taxi till och från! Hjälpsam och trevlig personal!
