I had a very disappointing and stressful stay at this hotel. I ended up checking out early because the window in one of rooms was broken in night, which made me feel unsafe. The property manager said I would receive a refund for 3 nights, although I believe I should be refunded for 4 nights. However, they still did not process the refund they promised.

The noise was also unbearable. My neighbor kept hitting the wall throughout the night, so I could not sleep at all. It was an awful experience.

On top of that, the room itself was not in good condition. The bedsheet was damaged and had many stains on it.

Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had, and I would not recommend staying here.

I stayed here years ago and you get what you paid for. However, it’s been a huge downgrade of the hotels condition since.

1. The WiFi doesn’t work unless you go outside your room. Even then, it’s not great.
2. Watch out for roaches.
3. Drugs are dealt in that place.
4. Water may be shut off while you’re there. It was for me.
5. Remote and sheets had burn holes.
6. Furniture is rusted like lamps.
7. Communication is horrible. I and Expedia tried to get in contact with them, and they were unresponsive.

I’d recommend avoiding this place.

The listing claims check-in until 4am. I got there at 2am and had to ring the bell for about an hour before anyone came out. The lady was rude and dismissive and asked for an $80 deposit, which was also not included in the listed policies. When I pushed back on the deposit, the lady turned around, left the desk, and left me outside. I knocked on the door again until a guy came out. He asked for a $40 deposit, which I reluctantly paid. The room was in poor condition. As others have said, there were stains on the sheets, the bathroom door was falling off its hinges, and the wall mirror was sitting on the floor. Luckily, there were no bugs. Even for the amount I paid, I would have expected better.

The air conditioner did not work, the remote for the ac also did not have batteries, it smelled awful like musk and humidity, desk lamp was also non functional, bed sheets had stains, sliding door by the window did not lock which is a huge security issue, the place was not clean whatsoever, and it’s pretty overpriced for how poorly the room was kept.

Photos here are very old and miss-leading - this hotel lack basic maintenance. Holes in the walls and celling, open electrical wires hanging out of wall outlets. lamps with shredded shades, sheets nailed over windows (no blinds), nowhere near the price rates they are charging, steer clear of this one!

Room should be remodeled. Bathroom walls didnt look clean. Bathroom towels weren't new. Bathroom window had slight mold spots. Air conditioner had a bad smell once it turn on. Mini refrigerator handle wasn't cleaned. My room wasn't ready , after i check in.

Probably the worst stay I’ve experienced. Place was roach infested and there were stains all over. WiFi didn’t work at all. Lastly, the smoke detector and back door leading outside was busted and couldn’t close so you could hear everything in the surrounding units and neighborhood. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I stayed two nights Motel? For business the staff was amazing if I need anything out of the ordinary they will try to help me. The staff was full knowledgeable.... The room was nice and clean and fresh I will definitely stay here in the future

The rooms are pretty terrible, all the towels had stains, and the toilet clogged after every use. Did not feel clean at all. There is a liquor store and a 7/11 walking distance, so that was nice.

They aree very inconsistent with check in policies. they've no regard or knowledge of trends they should be thr ones educating the public about. Things like digital IDs. I was refused checking in despite having a certified valid digital California Driver's license. Because she could not put my phone into some kind of optical scanner what i was holding even though it it was the cutting edge technology wouldn't even consider allowing me to check in with it. Then they allowed someone behind to check in with no photo id at all in the promise hed produce it in the morning. I truly felt discriminated against. Im a 61 year old Man who uses a walker. I produced a expired identification card is from California from several years earlier. Wasn't compared against the new document which was on my phone was just taking as is with expiration date showing expired That's why I got in that night. There is something wrong with this.

I was in a horry and booked the first place I saw near my destination. Didn't do much research.

I didn't know such a terrible place exists in America. The bathroom was infested with insects. There were big holes in the door covered by stuffing cloth in it, broken tiles, dirty and old. Felt like a prison. The room smelled. Worst experience you could ever have.

I never got a balcony. I stayed in room 212 and the second night they charged me double due to an extra 40$ deposit
. In total day 2 was 120$ and I was told the reason ebing was bevause Id be extending my stay jn the same room.

The windows barely closed, no additional lock on the front door, dozens of flies, and the bathroom door didn’t close. There were stains all over the walls, and we found a bed bug on the ground. We stayed 20 minutes, then went to check out and the lady didn’t even seem surprised to hear about bed bugs. I also had a random man come to my door to proposition me for drugs and there was an ambulance arriving when I left. Overall: probably the worst hotel I’ve seen. No refund, and had to pay for another hotel. Don’t believe the pictures!

When I first got here, the guy at the front desk gave me a room in the back of the hotel, which you have to go through a dark alleyway to get to. I went back to front desk to ask if they can give me another room. The guy had an attitude and asked me why. The girl at the front also made some comment about me in their language. He gave me a room on the second floor that REEKED of cigarettes. It seemed like someone just smoked a pack of cigarettes a moment before I opened the door. I proceeded to put my luggage down, I was about to sit on the bed and saw white spots on the bed. I was so disgusted and sat in my car and rebooked another hotel, almost an hour away in Anaheim. While I was sitting in my car, this person who seemed like they were high on drugs walked by yelling in the air, half dressed. I went back to the front desk, told them that I am canceling my stay. The girl asked why, and then didn’t say anything after I told her, proceeded to print out a paper quietly and told me to contact Expedia for my refund. Didn’t care much about me, the customer, who had booked to stay at her hotel.

The booking of this property is also making me reevaluate using Expedia as my go-to for booking accommodations in the future. I am disappointed that they value their contracts with these run down careless hotels more than their customers who keep their business running.

they first gave me a small room with a full sized bed when i paid for a big room with a king bed ( AC should be fully functional for all rooms) i told the guy at the front he gave us the wrong room. he didn’t care, he argued with me claiming it was a king bed ( it was not the bed sheets stated the bed was a full” he gave us a new room after 10 mins. the AC did not work, the room was extremely hot.

Check in was abnormally time consuming, as if they had no idea what to do; upon entering the room, the foul smell of “ hospital clean” was overwhelming, and the room was far from clean. Sheets were dirty and there was even hair clippings and stubble on the bed.

We got switched to another room, less filthy but still pretty dusty. But we had an event to attend and no time to look for another place. The towels were falling apart. And shower curtain has gum on it. Pictures to follow

Overall was okay. For the price you can’t really complain. Had two tweakers knock on my door early morning and when I answered the door they said “wrong room”
it smelled clean when I arrived but the head board was still dusty and the sheets had some stains on them. But as I said before you get what you pay for.

The housekeeping staff was kind. I should’ve taken more pictures but the roof was filled with flies. The balcony glass door was off the rail and you could tell had been attempted open based off the wall. Gaping holes not only safety but probably how the flies get in. When reporting the conditions of the room to the office staff they told me it was fine and there were no rooms available. Instead they’ll raid the flies and if I return and there’s still flies, I can keep the bottle.. also said it’s fine because there is a wall beneath the room and no one will climb it.. we couldn’t even raid the flies because they would’ve fallen all over the bed. Bathroom window had mold spots. Room 127 should not be booked in those conditions.

Room smelled weird. Restroom door wouldn’t close. Found a few roaches, sheets had blood stains. And office was knocking from 10:30-11 am every 10-15 minutes very loud on the door apparently as a check out reminder. I feel like they could knock a few times and just say check out is at 11. But knocking at the door very loud and somewhat aggressive is unprofessional to me.
