Spotless hotel throughout, friendly staff and despite being next to the main road you couldn’t hear a thing! Very convenient for the tube into central London (tube is a 2min walk) and parking as well is a BIG bonus! Thanks for a fantastic stay, will definitely be back

We had an amazing 2 night stay. Staff extremely friendly and on check in, offering us a complimentary drink as it was our anniversary. Room was also very nice and we slept well. Great location too, 2 min from Hendon which got us about London easily. Would recommend and definitely stay again!!

Absolutely wonderful stay, all the staff were so gracious and kind and they decorated the room for us for our anniversary which was such a lovely surprise! The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and the hotel is about 2-5 mins from the tube station to get you into central London. I would 100% recommend these guys and if I am ever in London again, I would defo rebook!

We had viewed the Hide hotel online before booking and it appeared a modern hotel with positive reviews. When we arrived we weren’t disappointed, the hotel is modern with a boutique vibe. It is a small hotel which is a positive in my opinion. We had an executive room which was clean , tidy and modern. The continental breakfast was very good and competitively priced, and parking was free and seemed plenty of spaces. Overall a pleasant experience and would stay there again. Recommended

This hotel was convenient by a tube station and not very far from Wembley but certainly free of any updates/upgrades in the past several years. Very basic accomodations for basic price.

The hotel room had very poor lightening so the room was dark. It was a struggle to apply my make-up in the room and bathroom as there was no lightening near any of the mirrors and the lighting in both rooms were dim.

Second time staying at The Hide Hotel in London and each time has been fabulous! Staff are welcoming and very attentive. Rooms are spacious, clean and luxuriously decorated to a high standard. Rooms are well equipped with refreshments, storage, a mini fridge and eletrical sockets (including USB, bathroom shavers/toothbrush). The complimentary toiletries and slippers are a nice touch too!

Spaces are limited, although if you can brave the narrow access to the rear of the hotel, there's additional spaces for small/medium sized vehicles. The hotel is on an incredibly busy road, however soundproofing is great and I've not found noise levels to be an issue. We usually eat out, therefore cannot comment on the breakfast. There's a plethora of quality eateries nearby if you like variety.

Everything in this hotel is very well thought through. The rooms are compact, but beautifully decorated and have everything you could need, including L'occitane toiletries and a great shower.

Really friendly staff. Easy check in. My room was at the front of the building (room 7) so i had some traffic noise which of course is not the fault of the hotel. They advised that when i stay again i should request a room at the back. Would definitely stay again as really easy access to central London from Hendon tube which is a matter of minutes away on foot.

We had a few issues. The TV wasn’t working with no remote, reported to staff who found a remote which wasn’t right then sent in staff maintenance that found a correct remote but without cover, clearly wasn’t checked before arrival. Tv itself had been unplugged from the back. Room itself was fine but very hot, which meant we didn’t sleep well - controls for heating were noisy (fan based I think) and if you opened the window the traffic noise was too much (on a very busy road). Neither of us slept well. Finally although we could park it was extremely tight and when we left early in the morning we were blocked in, therefore we had to manoeuvre carefully to get car out, which took sometime. Staff were helpful so can’t complain really, overall 7/10.

The lady who checked us in was very nice. We arrived exhausted after coming from another country only to find out there was no elevator, and we had to drag four suitcases up two flights of stairs. The room smelled like urine, there was mold, hair, dirty towels, dust everywhere, the AC didn’t work and we were hot at night and my wife was miserable, really grossed out and couldn’t sleep. We will never stay there again and won’t recommend this to anyone.

Very clean, the executive doube we booked, we had room 7 which had comfortable a king sized bed a large bathroom with great walk in shower, wide rain style head and hand held shower too. 2 minute walk to Hendon Central underground, so 20 minutes into the city. OUr only issue was that we have a big car and the tunnel to the rear car park literally was a few inch eother side squeeze, so pre book a front space if you can.

Comfortable hotel in Hendon in North London. We spent one night there in terrible weather [Storm Bert] in November 2024. Despite the weather our room was warm and cozy. Modern bathroom. Excellent continental style breakfast. Truly excellent staff on reception and in breakfast room.

It was lovely place to stay. Room drowned out most of the noise from the busy road only bothered by reved up cars which was far and few between. Both my son and have coeliac disease so required gluten-free alternatives for breakfast. Unfortunately they didn't get any cereal in but that was no big deal as I had in the car and they nicely had bought cookies and chocolate snack pots. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Even came out to meet us upon arrival and advice on parking.

The Hide is a great place as a base for business in London, the hotel is well appointed and has great amenities. We just had the most wonderful five night stay at The Hide London. The best part was the incredible service from Ilknur and Allesandro who anticipated our every need. They are both charming, attentive, friendly and thoughtful. We highly recommend staying here if you don't need to stay in Central London. The Hendon Central tube station is only half a block away though and you can get to the city center in about 20 minutes. Nicely appointed rooms with wonderful amenities including slippers which were a delightful surprise. The breakfast has a lot of variety- something for everyone. Some parking is available and best to book that in advance.

Booked The Hide for two night stay, just for a bit of a city break, few minutes walk from tube station with easy access to buses into the heart of London. Check in went smoothly - we were slightly surprised to be asked for a passport for identification, which we hadn’t brought, but they accepted a scanned copy sent via email. Hotel is small but nicely decorated with lots of thoughtful modern touches, our room was at the back so we were in a quiet spot which was lovely and peaceful, when getting ready for bedtime found there was an issue with our bed and the staff quickly remedied this and offered us free breakfast in the morning, the staff were really friendly and attentive especially Ilknur and Alessandro who looked after us at breakfast, nothing was too much to ask, which made our stay an enjoyable one.

They are polite, helpful and go out of their way to make me feel well looked after. I also travel alone a lot and this hotel is one where as a woman on her own I feel secure both in my room and in and about the hotel which is why whenever I am in this area of London this will be my first choice of place to stay. On my most recent visit the lovely lady who looked after me (Ilknur) was just terrific and the hotel should be proud of the way she looked after their guests.

We had a great 2 night stay. The staff were very friendly, the room was stylish and well equipped with a decent hairdryer, plenty of sockets/USB charging points and even a small fridge which came in handy. We stayed in a room facing the rear carpark which was very quiet, and there was plenty of spaces available. We had breakfast on one morning at the hotel. There was plenty of cereals, yoghurts , toast and pastries and the staff were happy to provide fresh hot drinks. On the second morning we had a great breakfast at Cafe Genic opposite the station. There is a Nisa local next to the station if you need to pick up any essentials for your visit, Hendon Central which is on the Northern Line is a 5 minute walk from the hotel, it takes 20 mins to get to Camden where we visited the Curzon cinema on one evening and 30 mins too get to Leicester square for our planned theatre trip. We took the opportunity to explore some highlights in the area, Hampstead Heath, Kenwood house and the RAF Museum in Hendon which are all close by. Brent Cross is 5 minutes away in the car

The team were so very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The heating in the room (24) was stuck on high but this was sorted out straight away.
The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the underground station where you are straight on the northern line so great for getting into London.
In the room there is a hairdryer, safe, toiletries and kettle. Plenty of drinks including water and hot chocolate.

Every single staff was very polite, friendly and warm. The hotel was well maintained and clean. Our room was very nice, comfortable and very clean.
