The hotel was run down, room tiresz dirty in places, old office drawers that were locked as bedside table, the bathroom was dirty and tiny with tiles that needed regrouting, bits sticking out. Website said breakfast avaliable, no breakfast available. The location was so noisy all night. Reception staff were freindky and quickly resolved issue with no TV remote

If you want a cheap hotel that does the job for a night then its ok ish not great by any means its a state in there everything stained and very old and worn. There's no outlet plugs near the bed the hot water is a safety hazard i have burned many times with it the bed is 2 single mattresses put together so theres a crack in there and the mattresses need to be replaced as u can feel the springs and if your a light sleeper i would avoid this hotel as there always blue likes with sirens wizzing past and next to a bsu round about. Very big shame the owner cant spend a bit of money on the places but there was a woman i think from India and she was very polite and very kind. Apart from that its cheap but i won't stay there again

The hotel is very rundown and in desperate need of modernisation and refurbishment. The car park doesn’t feel particularly safe and is quite run down. The room was clean, but very disappointing, since it was run down and shabby. We didn’t sleep well at all, since our room was was very hot, but the windows weren’t properly double glazed so it was extremely noisy due to being located on a busy roundabout and having sirens from an ambulance station a few doors up all night. On the plus side, the lady on reception was very polite, the free car park and distance to the tube were major bonuses. I read the reviews before booking, but the extortionate prices of London hotels at the moment dictated my choice. I hoped it would match some of the better reviews, but sadly it did not. I would give it 1 star.

It is a clean place but it is exactly how you would imagine it to be for the price. None of the sockets work d in the room and i told a member of staff and nothing happened. When i left i told them again and they said that it was a switch next to the light switch!?

The bathroom is ridiculously smallcand not clean; hardly any hot water.

I booked my stay for access to Wembley Stadium, worked very well as was able to walk at a good pace to get to the stadium. We took a back. Check in was smooth. Friendly gentleman at reception. Free parking for my car. Easy access from the motorway. Clean room with all the essential amenities, maybe a bit of update for the room including the shower curtain could have resulted in a 5 star from me. Overall good with access for eating places around.

Perfect location for gig at Wembley!

Booked Kingsland Hotel for 2 nights as was going to two gigs in a row at Wembley Park and I must say it was absolutely perfect for the location and price paid.

The hotel is just a few minutes walk away from Kingsbury tube station, with lots of delish Indian eateries meant that my friend and I could fill up before / after the gigs!
We could leave all our stuff as Wembley Arena does not allow you to bring ANY bags so we took just our phones and bare minimum. When the gig was over, everyone was getting onto the Jubilee line in the opposite direction into London so empty carriage for us!

Room itself was spacious, clean, warm and comfortable in a safe neighbourhood. It is near a big roundabout so bring ear plugs if you struggle to sleep.

Obviously not the Hilton, but that was double the price so am happy with where we stayed! The hotel could do with being spruced up and did look a bit dated, but hey ho that's why it's cheaper!

Bed for the night when attending a Wembley concert. Extortionately priced. Windows didn’t close , very noisy road, room very hot but fan in cupboard thank god. Basic room would not stay there again it was a last minute booking and unable to get a room elsewhere. It was clean but very tired room. Area not the nicest . But Tesco express across road . However, reception lady very friendly.

We booked this 2 days before our stay and it was a decent hotel, close to Wembley, with free parking. For the price we paid we didn’t expect 5 star luxury but it was a decent bed for us to sleep in after going to Wembley for a gig.

False advertisement of hotel and room

On review when booking it says quiet, clean spacious family room, could not be further from the truth

The room was dirty , Bathroom way to small and dirty

A NHS ambulance station 30 yards away so ALL night and I counted 12 ambulances on blue lights and sirens as if they were outside my window

Other guests banging on my door intoxicated and then shouting till 04:30, nothing done or said when complained

Next morning expressed my dissatisfaction and got a vacant stare

Not a hotel I would recommend to anyone and the price £244 for what they call a family room

The bathroom is so small with no room between sink and toilet

The shower built for someone tiny with a poor pressure, took me 15 mins to wash the soap off the flow was so poor

The Room was dirty ( see images ) an absolute shocking room to be advertised on hotels .com and my first ever complaint and I use this site many many times a month

Warming to ALL don’t use this hotel, I’m being brutally honest and it’s Shame I need to .

This hotel was terrible, only way to describe it. The first room I booked into was filthy, my other options were no better. The carpets were rotten, full of stains and had not been hoovered for weeks at least! This made my stay horrible, I’ll never return to this hotel again. It wasn’t the most expensive I’ll admit, but what a mistake staying here was… My advice, stay well clear!!

At the the price I'd expect it to be at least clean, it was not.

Yes this hotel is cheap and apart from the towels and bedding being clean it’s absolutely awful
Previous occupants dirty socks and pants in the wardrobe
Room full of cobwebs and paintwork really stained
And the bathroom omg the shower Tray was absolutely filthy and the sink stained taps are full of limescale
The navy carpet is so stained I needed shoes on at all times
The curtains are all hanging loose and the table lamp was completely broken
They do not offer breakfast but there is a microwave u can use it’s absolutely filthy
This hotel seems more equipped for workmen or homeless
Really bad smell of drugs at night !
I was booked in for 3 nights but left after 2 nights

I checked in late and appreciated reception being open 24 hours. I was on the 3rd floor and the lifts were out of order which was inconvenient. When I reached my room, the furniture was tired and shabby, and although the place looked clean, it felt uncomfortable and dirty. Stains on the mattress (I checked for bedbugs), chair and carpets. Towels and sheets were clean, and dust free. The shower was old and rusty, with old stains, and the mattress was sunken in the middle, meaning I had an uncomfortable night’s sleep. No real issues though, a fair experience.

The reception staff were really helpful and friendly as were the accommodation staff. The location suited our trip perfectly . Although it was evident that effort was made to present the hotel well, unfortunately it was tired and in need of a freshening up, some furniture chips and broken ,carpets were stained and needed cleaning or replacing . Bedlinen and towels were clean and changed regularly . This hotel was really good value , just needs a bit of a freshen up .

I really don't know what to say, luckily we weren't in our room for very long, it was simply used as a stop over for one night, which was very lucky!!! The hotel was extremely run down and very dated. The lift was out of order and according to others had been for a long time, the beds were lumpy and uncomfortable, everytime you moved a spring would pop, our sons bed was broken, the bathroom was in a tiny cupboard, it was grimy and stained, tiles and the shower door was broken. The hotel was very noisy with all kinds of goings on around the back at all hours, cars pulling in in the early hours blasting out music, people shouting, high traffic noise, oh and the hotel is situated right next to an ambulance station so you also get sirens going off all night. All in all not a great experience, all four of us lacked sleep and we wouldn't return.

Okay for a night stay

Service was really good. We had a problem with our room which the receptionist offered another room. The first room had broken vents which you could hear loud traffic and there was a draft. One of the curtains did not cover the whole window. The second room was better sound wise, but the bed was very uncomfortable it had a dip in the middle. Bathrooms are small, run down could do with an upgrade you can see black mould in the shower which we didn’t use. Could see the staff tried their best and did give us good service thank you.

The whole experience was a disappointment. Not as advertised. The rooms was dirty and in need of renovation desperately. I could t fit between the sink and the toilet properly with out banging into the toilet roll holder or the sink. The mattres was well passed it used date as the bed slipped backwards and to the right hand side. The noise from the traffic outside the hotel was unbelievable and at 02:30 in the morning after a long day in London city centre we decided to take the risk and come home.

The Wi-Fi in my first floor room was the worst I experienced the world over - abysmally non-existent.
Noisy neighborhood beside a very busy traffic circle and could not sleep much.
I shortened my stay to only one night, a total waste of my money and time!

Very basic room, not even bedside tables or lamps. Fixtures and fittings in the bathroom were tired and dated, mouldy shower curtain, clearly the bedding needed renewing, the whole room was long overdue a revamp, but the towels were clean, room was warm, and the bed was pretty large.
Overall, it was a place to lay your head for the night, and a reasonable price for the location.

Good for a short stay

The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help us. Generally clean but very dated so it could be perceived as durty but thats just wear and tear. The microwave isn't in the room but a shared kitchen on the ground floor which worked fine for us. The beds were very clean! We were happy they had a lift as we had heavy luggage and both my knees were injured.

A complete waste of a building

1st room was disgusting, shower full of limescale bath taps full of limescale very unclean. Then i sat on the bed lifted the mattress to see the bed was completely broken. Complained through hotels.com and i was moved to another room, equally as bad as the 1st mould on window sills mould in the shower. Shower tempreture control didnt change no matter how much you moved the temperature control only scoldng hot. Out of 7 plug sockets ( 1 being used by the tv) only the 2 under the desk worked which meant getting down on your knees and climbing under the table to charge your phone. The tv didnt work due to the socket. A complete shambles of a hotel. Wanted to upload photos but the app won't let me i do have photos which back up what i say about this hotel

This property could do with some work like a fresh coat of paint, perhaps refurbished bathrooms too. Our room wasn't hoovered properly in several areas. For ataying one night, it wasnt bad, but in short, I could see why it was so cheap. The surrounding area was the best part.

Rarely have I stayed in a hotel like this. The best part of it was the reception area, that was the cleanest also. Check in was fine, we were told there was no breakfast provided, we could get a voucher for a nearby place at a 20% discount, we did not get any voucher. After checking in I went to the lift to take me to the 2nd floor with my baggage, as I stood on the work out flooring in the lift it was impossible to see what floor I was going to as none of the lights worked when you pressed any of the buttons. I got out on the first floor and carried my bags to the next floor via the stairs. My room had a double plus 2 single beds in it. It had a \"not fresh\" smell, the bathroom was tiny, the shower also. Not sure when it was cleaned properly and freshly painted last. I booked the hotel based on the pictures I saw on Hotels.Com, maybe I stayed in the part of the hotel that's on the list to be decorated because I did not see any of those places during my stay

We were visiting London for a concert at the O2 Arena and the hotel was ideally placed to drive to and then catch the tube directly to the arena.
