Do not book this hotel!! Loud and staff are rude!!

The music downstairs from the bar was so loud, the bathroom was vibrating until 1am.

Spoke with staff and showed them videos of the conditions, to which they agreed was excessive but they said they couldn’t do anything to help.

Asked to move rooms or for a refund and was turned down as there “was a sign on the front desk.”

The sign didnt help my pregnant partner sleep though!

A convenient place to stay for a Wembley evening football match. Over a pub so would have been noisier on Fridays and Saturdays when the pub is open late but fine when I stayed.

Pretty basic and no breakfast (there’s a Wetherspoons not too far away) but clean enough and OK if you just want somewhere to stay for one night. Not cheap but maybe but it was an international football night.

Great location and suitable for 1 night after a concert. The room had enough space, bathroom too. The room was roasting hot when we arrived because the radiator was on max. Couldn’t get a window open and the fan was very rickety. We left the room for 5 hours and the temperature had dropped but was still very warm.

The photo is of the sign that was on the reception desk. Thankfully either we had a weekend where it stopped early, or we were shattered and managed to fall asleep.

The mattress was rock hard with no give, whereas our friends was soft that rolling out of the dip wasn’t an option. There are no in room tea/ coffee facilities. There was a “coffee/ tea bar” with a water machine that can dispense hot water next to a table with coffee granules and tea bags.
We personally decided if we had to be suitably clothed for people to see us, we might as well go to the Black Sheep Coffee shop around the corner.

When we arrived at this property before a concert, we were told that our room had already been booked out so there was no were for us to stay. This apparently happened to 40 other rooms on that day. The staff made no effort to provide other accommodation or even give any advise and wasn’t really apologetic.

Terrible would not recommend!

Since leaving I’ve tried to call the hotel and the phone line has been disconnected. And the chain of the company Ovo say you can only talk to the hotel direct as they won’t deal with any complaints, but also confirm the number is not working so suggested I popped into the hotel (which I replied if I was close enough to pop in I wouldn’t have needed the hotel in the first place) terrible customer service. DO NOT BOOK!

We booked this hotel for Coldplay. We did this as soon as Coldplay announced the reschedule from Monday to Friday. As we booked it so soon, the hotel had not had a chance to elevate their prices. We were happy that we had got a hotel for an acceptable price. We were left absolutely fuming when we came to check in on Friday to be told our room had been given to someone else. They said they had been overbooked and obviously the room was given to the highest payer. ABSOLUTE DISGRACE. We had driven over 3 hours to get there, parked up about 20 mins walk from the hotel. We were promised (and I have in writing) that they will refund the room booking PLUS compensation due to them breaking the agreement. We have so far received nothing. We contacted OYO Customer Service who weren't even prepared to give us any contact details for the hotel...not even the Manager's name. They could not even tell us the CEO of OYO Hotels. A quick check online we discovered this and have contacted him via X. I suggest that everyone else that was let down on this day also contact the CEO (and other days as they admitted this had happened before...it's a regular thing...we're giving you this warning! DO NOT STAY HERE!!). I will do everything I can to drag this hotel's name through the mud. If anyone affected would like to contact me directly, we can sort this out as a group and hopefully we will get what they promised us, ie. compensation. samjaynecollier at gmail.com.

It’s essentially a hostel quality room with a private bath. Zero amenities other than hand soap. Not even a hair dryer. No A/C.
They did let me check in very early and were very kind staff.
It was at most a 10 min walk to Wembly Stadium. I felt safe as a woman walking back alone from the concert to the room.
Exceedingly overpriced for the quality. But for the walkability to the stadium, I would stay there again for proximity.

Paid a lot of money for a family room for three of us ahead of one of the Oasis concerts. It was fine, clean and comfortable but paying that amount with no kettle to make a drink in the room and no extra pillows plus limited toiletries was jarring. There was a coffee machine downstairs but it wasn’t very convenient. However, nothing wrong with the accommodation and very handy for the stadium so would use again if necessary

We were very pleasantly surprised by this hotel, the room was great the bed was comfortable and the location for walking to wembley stadium was perfect. The price was excellent considering the event at wembley was a large one and all the other hotels nearby had increased their prices ten fold. We had food and I had the curry which was absolutely divine and my partner had a chicken burger which was breast and he also thoroughly enjoyed it. The event day menu was a little limited and I didn't see the normal day to day menu to see if it had more choice. The event day drinks prices were obviously a little more expensive than none event days, they were actually more expensive than in the stadium itself at £32 for 4 pints as apposed to £28.50 for 4 in the stadium. We will definitely be back if we go for another event at Wembley. The staff were all very good too, friendly and attentive.

Ideal for Wembley stadium only

Excellent location if you’re attending an event at Wembley stadium, less than a 10 min walk away. You’re paying for the location. The hotel is very basic, no room service, the communal tea and coffee machine wasn’t working, but room was clean and just what we needed. Worth it to avoid travelling home late at night. Would recommend it for that alone.

The location for the hotel is great, right next to Wembley Stadium train station. We were staying to go to the OVO Staduim that was only a 5-10 min walk from the hotel, so for that reason it was great. The rooms are very basic and could do with a good dust. The staff were very welcoming and service in the bar and restaurant was good. The food was also very good. However one this we would warn, is that the rooms were very hot, radiators were on full when we arrive. We were able to turn these down and open a window. Also the water was extremely hot, not matter how much I turn the tap, the temperature remained the same. We only stayed for one night so this suited us. I would definitely use the bar and restaurant again and for s short stay I would use the hotel too.

Not worth the money at all. Wouldn’t call it a hotel, would call it a few rooms above the loudest pub/club/beer garden going.
After I had booked I had seen some comments about to noisy it is. The noise was that loud my room was shaking, this wasn’t mentioned when booking. I have no problem with people having fun and enjoying themselves but knowing you have paying customers upstairs you should maybe have a look at the inconvenience and stress it can cause them especially since the noise and vibration and shaking of rooms goes on until the early hours of the morning.
Room and whole place outdated and staff not the friendliest either. Wouldn’t recommend

You get what you pay for. Its a cheap enough hotel near to Wembley stadium and arena plus surrounding attractions. The rooms are basic, the beds not great and they don't provide enough pillows. It can be noisy on weekends, but its not enough to stop you sleeping. In the bar the staff are attentive and service is good. Food in the bar/restaurant is good.

Save yourself the trouble, Book elsewhere.

Awful room, Shower head leaking out the side so no pressure, extractor fan was running water which dripped on the edge of the sink leaving the floor soaked Also you could hear it from the bed. Mattress was more rigid than a 14 year old watching there first blue film. No fridge so all liquids warm. The only positive was the heating! Even at a last resort i wouldn't recommend it.

it was close too 3 subway stations, it is in walking distance of london designer outlet, you can walk to TK Max as well as Primark plus there are many restaurants in the area. The hotel has a very good bar the food was good as well as the cocktails.

The hotel was warm and basic. There are a lot of stairs and no lift so not good for anyone that struggles with stairs. The rooms were basic but could of been in better condition the wardrobe was once attached to the wall had been pulled off, the photo frames on the walls had sellotape on them the chair in the room had more stains than a pub carpet, the bathroom had hand wash but no shower gel or shampoo.
We had the family room which was a decent size and bathroom was big.
It doesn't tell you on hotels.com site but there is loud music until 2am! One of the pillows in our room was filthy so I asked for a new one.

5 min walk from ovo arena 10 mins from Wembley tube station. Food in the restaurant downstairs was fair priced (and super yummy) as were the drinks. Staff were extremely helpful when we had an issue with our shower and got it sorted quickly. Thank you. Room was clean and functional but 1 pillow each?? Tea & coffee in the reception area ok if you are in one of the rooms right there but can imagine it would be a pain if you was further away. If we was in the area again we would stay again

We are paying less than we paid this hotel for a 5 star luxury hotel in November. However the hotel is close to the stadium. But i feel this still does not warrent what we paid especially when you cannot get to sleep sue to the noise.

The bed was comfortable and I slept well, the music from the pub didn’t bother me unduly.

NOISY, UNCLEAN, UNCOMFORTABLE !!!!! AVOID!!!!

The worst hotel and worst hotel experience of my life – probably the worst night’s ‘sleep’ of my life. We were seeing Taylor Swift in Wembley and wanted to stay somewhere nice and close to the stadium. The Arch looked good enough so we booked. They didn’t tell us that there would be LIVE MUSIC until 2AM. That wouldn’t have been the end of the world if the mattress wasn’t saggy, broken and unusable. It was so uncomfortable we thought the bed was broken. We had to pick it up and rotate it in order to use the ‘less saggy’ side to try to get some sleep (didn’t work). On top of that, the room was unclean – stains on the walls, on the curtains, the carpet, the sink… scuffs on everything. It was totally neglected. I can imagine for big events, particularly sports, a lot of people might not mind where they stay as the hotel isn’t really the main event – but in this case it totally ruined our whole experience. I travel for work so have stayed in a few truly awful hotels, but this takes the cake. Do yourself a favour and AVOID.

Close to Wembley which was the main reason for booking. Room was fairly small but did the job. Reception at the hotel isn't staffed so you've got to go into the bar for any queries. The temperature control on the shower didn't work so was too hot to use. They play music until 1am on the Friday night (which is stated on the booking) and it is like your room is in the middle of a night club, so impossible to sleep until after 1. Saturday night was fine noise wise. No breakfast included.

Was good value of money considering we only booked 6 days in advance and we were booking for night before FA Cup final day and there were no MAJOR issue.Neither of the bed side lamps worked which was frustrating more than anything. Also, there was only one pillow each and they were like rocks. On check in we werent told alot...the wifi password and the room number, and the desk isnt manned 24/7 so when we arrived back from our comedy show at 11pm, the last thing we wanted to do was traispe back downstairs to (hopefully) find someone in the bar to give us pillows. For the money paid and the time we spent there it was satisfactory but not sure i would recommend purely because we did not have a great night sleep.

Convenient location for Wembley stadium and arena. But poor quality beds and mattress make for poor night sleep. Music from bar til 2am which you are warned about on arrival. But too late by then. This is a good but basic hotel. Functions very well if you go to bed late. The parties downstairs can be quite noisy. Not a problem for myself. I would not take children there. And if aircon is a must and a fan is not wht you like then look elsewhere. These things said a good place to stay. Especially if you like a good pub.

Nobody manning the reception upon arrival, you had to find someone at the bar. The room was very small though clean and comfortable. The biggest complaint is not to stay at the weekend if you want somewhere to sleep, music blaring until 01:30 am with no way of silencing it. Overall not great but very affordable.

Really clean room. Very comfortbale beds. Minor issues with shower and lack of pillows dealt with very promptly and with no fuss. Very close to wembley and facilities. Would stay again, just advise anyone who wishes to stay to plan ahead for breakfast.

I was apprehensive on the approach as the area looked run down. However the property was surrounded by a well kept gated area. It was clean and the room was adequate for a over night stop after a show at the OVO, which was very walkable. There are no tea and coffee facilities in the room but there is a 24hr station at the reception for tea and coffee. It was unclear if the water in the room was drinkable so we opted to get some bottled water. The bathroom was very clean. I would definitely book again and recommend

Basic but good accommodation above a pub a stones throw from Wembley Stadium. Room was warm, bed comfortable and all clean. Lovely big TV in the room but no kettle or hairdryer. However hot / cold water and tea coffee making facilities in communal area. Being above a pub I imagine it could be noisy on a Friday night / weekend but I stayed mid week and it was pleasantly quiet. Overall better than I expected and I would stay there again.

It was perfect for Wembley stadium, i would say that Wembley park was a bit closer than Wembley Central, the room eas perfect for one person and the bathroom was exceptional 👌, yes there was load mudic but it does say music till 1pm

Good location to wembley park, room was comfy and clean, bathroom was nice and bar below was fun and friendly to visit after the concert- would recommend as a base

Stayed here to avoid travelling back after the football, no complaints. It can be noisy but it's nothing unexpected for a pub/hotel. It was a Tuesday night and the music didn't go on late. Great location of using Wembley Stadium, Arena or LDO shopping

The room is a good size as is the bathroom. Looks new. Very comfortable. All good - one point for improvement. Put a large OYO sign outside, where it can be seen. Thank you.
