We have stayed at this hotel before and it has the advantage of being convenient for Tube stations and it has always been easy to park in front or very nearby. The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean and it is inexpensive especially for London. But it is getting a bit shabby. The shower leaked and the bath towels were small and very thin. The breakfast which used to be good value this time cost us half as much as the room. The duvet was also rather thin and there were no extra blankets in the room. So we might look around for somewhere else next time.,

I booked two superior rooms for the Coldplay concert at Wembley. The hotel was easy to find, we were allowed to park at the hotel, check in was straight forward and our rooms were very comfortable. The staff are professional and helpful. We took the bus to Harrow on the Hill tube station and then the tube to Wembley Park station. Transport links are great in London and we had no difficulty returning to the hotel after the concert. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we would return again.

Was disturbed during midnight due to floor above my room were moving eg furniture around. I did report this the following day. They were good and took it on board. Hope when i book my next stay in 5 weeks that i get the highest floor which is the 5th.

The hotel is excellent value for money. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and check in was easy. Our room was basic but perfect for our needs and spotlessly clean on arrival.
For a budget hotel it was well equipped. TV, minifridge, hairdryer, slippers, kettle with tea and instant coffee.The bed was very comfortable.
This room has shower only and water pressure is decent. If you have a room with no A/c fans are supplied. Rooms are cleaned and made up every 2 days if you are staying for more than one night.
Breakfast served 7am to 9am which is of Continental type and you just help yourselves to whatever you want.
There are several restaurant within walking distance as well as Public Houses that serve food.
If you want budget accommodation in London I think this is a more than decent choice.

We were attending a family wedding in a part of London we were not familiar with. Instructions to get there and importantly, parking, were first rate-on a first come basis as spaces were limited..

Hotel was dirty. Nearly every wall in the hotel was soiled. The floor, baseboards, curtains - filthy. The sheets were stained. I requested new sheets and they showed up with a bundled fitted sheet that looked like it was just ripped from another bed. The shower potentially had mold; black marks in every corner. Even the fridge door and elevators were dirty. The tv remote had chocolate (at least I hope it was chocolate) all over it. The employees were nice and offered to clean the room, but the entire hotel needs a deep clean. I did not feel comfortable staying at this particular hotel. We prepaid and when we left a day early - no refund! Gross hotel. Bad policies. Will never be back!

Booked this hotel for one night due to an event and ovo arena, easy to get to, we walked from harrow on the hill to the hotel (if you don’t mind walking) only 22 minutes, lovely staff, hotel was clean and quiet, bed was comfy, everything was pretty easy to walk to even the tube station (South Harrow station) was 8 minutes walk away, really enjoyed the night and bonus was a comfy bed

the hotel was very clean and comfy especially the beds, the staff were very friendly and very helpful, the hotel was only several mins walk from south harrow station also during our stay we needed to get to Wembley arena/ovo and from south harrow stn it was around 7 stops and only one change so good location. We had breakfast one morning in the hotel which was nice and they can do pizza and potatoe wedges in the eve on ordering. Their are a couple of takeaways and a pub/restaurant \"the white horse\" less than ten mins walk from the hotel all good. I did look at a travelodge near Wembley but with insurance it would have been up near £500, The Eurotraveller was around £262 for two for 2 nights , so as my title , a lot cheaper than a travelodge , i thought as good as a travelodge my sister thought better. One thing extra in the hotel bathroom their was a special cold water tap that was very handy as apart from filling the kettle you could re-fill your water bottle for free. The staff were very nice and the people in the area i would highly recommend this hotel and shall always return......

My stay was good. I had 5th floor room with a lift service. Clean with a good shower, safe surface in shower. Towels could be a bit bigger. The temp in room was fine for me but might not suit others, breakfast adequate but you had to pay for it. We arrived before 1pm and were greeted by polite, friendly helpful staff who allowed us to check in early. Check in process was simple and speedy and we were given key cards to our rooms. ( 1 of which had a free upgrade to a family room).
Before we left reception we were handed a printed slip of paper with details of all travel options; buses and trains to help us get to Wembley Stadium easily and safely. This proved invaluable and an excellent touch to making the trip and experience run smoothly. The bus stop was directly outside the hotel and was a 5 minute ride to the Harrow bus station which was situated next door to the tube station that allowed us to get to Wembley easily.
When we got to our rooms, they were light and airy and spacious. Lovely and clean with a condoned and large bathroom.
There was a fridge, safe, iron, fans, a heater and drink facilities.
We were able to order food into our room via Uber eats without issue and this helped us prepare for our evening —- and also when we returned after the concert.

I have stayed here a few times over last 3 years. Very helpful staff and good sized rooms with clean bedding. They do not advertise site parking but there is secure parking to rear behind a gate if you request this. Central heating does not always work but 2 x electric fan heaters are provided to heat room if chilly. Only 0.3miles from South Harrow tube station. Plenty of places to eat/drink nearby.
