It is a great hotel for an overnight sleep in the area. I particularly like the friendliness of the staff and, especially, the curry available in the restaurant.
As a regular at the hotel, 2 times a year gor the last 4 or 5 years, I find that yhe WiFi is pretty stable an great for my purposes.

Check in was terrible in that photo ID is demanded despite having provided a credit card. As a UK citizen I don’t carry my passport or driving license when I am not driving so to be told I couldn’t check in was bizarre. Eventually as a one time “special “ and grudgingly they did agree to finally check me in.

There is no bar , no food other than breakfast and no communal area other than a small seating area just off reception. The room was cold and the noisy air con system failed to get the room warm for several hours despite being set to heat at 30 degree temperature.

Check out was even more bizarre with a note left on reception asking you to simply leave your key on the reception desk. A complete reversal of the intrusive check in procedure and no chance of a VAT receipt or any human interaction at all.

This hotel could be so much better with some common sense and attention to detail.

Excellent staff, very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Room was a bit tired, but clean and well presented. Our room was on the roadside and a bit noisy. Great access to the local train station and onsite parking is secure. Restaurant and bar was nice with nice menu.

The room was one of the worst we’ve ever had the displeasure in staying in, it might have been clean but it was very dated with a grubby bathroom.
The room was very cold and only because I complained, they gave us a portable heater that we left on for the duration of our stay, but no one came out to check the heating.

So disappointing as I usually enjoy staying here and it's so convenient for the station. But the lift is still not working (and the stairs are steep!), the hot water still isn't (it's warm at best) and most importantly the internet is not fixed - it keeps stopping for up to a minute at a time. It is therefore, pretty much impossible to work here so I have cancelled my next reservation next week.

On arrival the property looks quite nice and the lobby area was welcoming with a friendly vibe.
On check in I was advised that I did not have breakfast with my reservation although my confirmation stated that I did. Once I showed proof my reservation was updated to include the breakfast option.
The lift in the property was not working so had to carry the bags upstairs, luckily I was only on the first floor.
The corridors smelled very nice and they were clean.
The room itself was ok and warm but very dated and old fashioned.
The bathroom not the best tiled floor wooden panels that could have done with a coat of varnish. Shower was tepid and towels were hard. The plug hole was open and the taps were very tarnished.

Just came back to Canada after spending an absolutely glorius weeks stay at your wonderful hotel The Savera..I was in the twin room and my daughters family in your executive room
Everything was PERFECT

From friendly outstanding and accomodating front desk personal to our lovely room attendant Lux our stay was perfect in every way
And we are already planning next years one week Christmas visit,a true home away from home feeling

I like this hotel for the location and the price - a price which forgives the dated room decor. The staff are always very polite and helpful. However, this visit was very poor:

The internet was largely not working. The wifi wouldn't allow devices to join (there was no DHCP for those that care). After they rebooted it that was fixed but the internet connection kept dropping (I was pinging and it was around 50% of the time)

The hot water wasn't. It was warm for a little bit then cold. At first I assumed it was just because it had run out late in the evening when I tried it (though that would have been bad) but it was the same next morning.

The bath plug in my room had no chain and couldn't be removed. To complement this it had a hole in the centre so water drained out only slightly more slowly than the bath filled from the tap.

So - normally OK but not this time.

I’ve been a consistent client at Savera Hotel, booking 2–3 times a week due to frequent work travel. However, my recent stay was extremely disappointing. We had clearly informed the staff the night before that our checkout would be at 1 PM and even paid extra for the late checkout. Despite this, the cleaning staff knocked aggressively on our door at 10:30 AM, and again about half an hour later. The second time, one of them entered the room without knocking, which was completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

As regular guests, we expect basic courtesy and proper communication among the staff. This experience has really made us reconsider staying here again. I hope management takes this seriously and improves their service.

I had pouched eggs on toast the eggs were cold.
Staff were very friendly and helpful and worked very hard.
Main areas very nice but the rooms were very poor very noisy from road plus shower didn’t work very well I am disabled so found it quite hard to get it to work properly.
There is only 1 disabled parking place the gentleman on the parking area was very helpful and sorted me a durable parking bay.
The one big thing the hotel is the staff all were very friendly.

When I got there , no one asked me for breakfast. They put me on the list for Saturday and Sunday but I was told that I didn’t pay for breakfast when I went to the restaurant on Sunday . I told them that I thought I had done that and they checked it on the system to say nothing there. I had to pay for breakfast and was embarrassed when they looked at me . I didn’t like that . Friendly staff, clean hotel and conveniently next to the South Ruislip station. The mattress and pillow in the room are not very comfortable so not the best nights sleep. The breakfast is continental (from 7:00am) and we were happy with it for what we needed - toast, cereal, croissants, cheese, ham and cheese and hot / cold drinks (its approx £9 for full English).

We stayed there as we were seeing Oasis at Wembley and would deffo recommend if you have a gig there - it takes about 20 mins for total journey from hotel to Wembley Stadium.

We would probably stay again if needed.

Clean and comfortable hotel, we had a very spacious bedroom, with extra pillows and a sofa. The furniture was somewhat dated, as was the bathroom, however it did not impact on our stay at all.
Breakfast in the hotel restaurant was very reasonably priced and perfectly cooked.
All staff were friendly, polite and helpful, especially the guy in the bar advising on the best way to get to Wembley Stadium - the hotel is next to a railway station and the Chiltern line train is only 2 stops to Wembley.
Would definitely stay here again when attending an event at the stadium.

Avoid rooms with connecting doors

The room was acceptably clean and equipped with all the usual facilities of a 3* hotel, except a phone in the room to contact reception. There was a locked door between mine and the adjoining room which I suspect to be a factor in my being disturbed repeatedly by the voices of the neighbouring occupants. On 2 successive nights I was disturbed repeatedly by loud conversation and boisterous exchanges between 2 and 4am. The slip of paper provided at check in had instructions to dial 0 for reception but there was no phone in my room. I’ve stayed here for work about 6 or 7 times and this was the only such experience. I love this hotel because of its location, ideal for the central line so straight into London
the area is not the best but its safe
pub next door, Sainsbury across the road, and nandos pretty close
but he hotel is tired and needs TLC, I think there are new carpets which is a great start, but the bathrooms are poor
i will continue to stay here because of its location, and just hope the refurbishment it needs takes place
