Unfortunately the room and especially the bathroom was extremely dirty. There was very strong smell coming from the shower drain and it was blocked. From the window was very strong smell of weed and we couldn’t even open de window, actually even the room itself was smelling cigarette.

Arriving to an arrogant receptionist who even can’t speak English properly in UK and demanding security deposit in cash ending with terrible manager response and response while checking out. They allow marriages in their small bar area and I believe the hotel was just a 7-9 bedroom property with terrible odour, fuse lights and unprofessional staff however they mentioned outside that new management has take over. I would recommend to edit those remarks to goons has takeover.

I wasn’t able to stay here. I arrived to be met by a very rude and unfriendly person who told me the system was down and she couldn’t find my booking and that hotels.com would refund me. This was close to midnight and I was made to drive 3 hours back to Manchester. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Charged me for a deposit, then on checkout, proceeded to charge me again for another deposit of the same value instead of refunding me. Waited 2 hours to sort, was then told that it has been refunded, just to find out that the original deposit hold had been taken away, the extra deposit total still stood?! Seemed like an absolute scam. Would’ve recommended this place if it wasn’t for the deposit saga. Unreal

The room was tiny. The towels we were given were dirty. The door got stuck the next morning and it had to be broken down for us to get out of the room. The staff is not bilingual. They do not speak English, which would be fine except it means that they don’t understand how to work the pin pad to reverse the 50£ deposit we had to give when we arrived. The bed was extremely uncomfortable.

I booked a \"Large Family Ensuite\" with 1 Queen Bed and 2 Single Beds for my cousin's family (2 adults and two kids) for 1 night on 31st May 2025, as this is close to my home.

After checking in the front desk attendant lady showed us a very small double bed room with hardly any space on the sides, and said this is the only room available right now and there is extra £40 charge if you want the room that was booked. We showed the booking confirmation and after conversation with the manager they gave us the room we had booked.

After all the argument and rudeness from the staff, they gave us a room with stinking toilet and no shower gel and towels.

So disappointed with experience with this visit. It did not worth the money and time we paid for.

Only positive the staff were nice. Beds awfully hard - like not just to taste hard but hard like on a board hard. No light in the bathroom. Safe at head hight so you bang your head on it all the time. Not to clean. Holes in the laminate flooring. Beds crammed in and a wardrobe in a truly stupid position across the window. Honestly it was poor - we won’t return.

I stopped here last-minute as I just needed a room for the night that had parking while working in the local area. It's a basic hotel, but it was good value - the room was comfy, and the staff were friendly. It's probably not a hotel to holiday at, but as a bed for the night it's ideal. You can park right in front, and it's right on the main road, so very convienient and easy to find. There is also a bar, but I arrived late, so it was already closed.

Basic but comfortable small hotel. Very convenient for Heathrow.
The staff ere very friendly and helpful and the room had a 12 mid-day check out time which was very helpful as I had an early evening flight.
The bar downstairs offers light meals and snacks, including a range of very tasty Lebanese dishes.
Comfortable room and surprisingly quite for a hotel on a main road.

Booked here as this was a last minute booking. The price was quite good but the rooms were badly maintained. We had two rooms both has cracked floor tiles, cracked shower trays, laminated flooring parting, a hairdryer that wasn’t working, plug sockets hanging off the wall and showing wires, alongside TVs held on mounts with one bolt, there was no soap in the bathrooms and no towels. And the safes aren’t useable as the fascia has come away. The beds are also quite hard I didn’t find this a big problem being an easy and heavy sleeper myself but my partner slept very little. Very unlikely to return unless renovations happened. Seems to be a hotel that was once very good but has just not been maintained. Luckily we used our rooms mainly to store our belongings and a bed.

Terrible room, sockets loose, cupboard door clashes with door closer, bathroom door clashes with table chair no where else for it to go, broken tiles ols needs complete revamp. 22.50pm that night workers outside my window cutting pipes with a GRINDER!! Then banging away till 1am in the morning. No one said a word and at £70 for the night!!

Booked a room here at short notice. On arrival i was checked in very quickly and given the key to a room. Once in the room i found it to be very bare, no toilet roll in bathroom, no hangers in wardrobe and no milk or suger to go with the one sachet of tea and coffe. I was was kept awake nearly all night by a couple in the roo. Next door who were talking, listening to music and making love most of the night, even at 4 in the morning. I gave up and checked out at 6. 😡

Cheap and easy access to m4

Not the ritz but cheap room for a night close to where we needed to be.
Very nice bar With a shesha area (didn’t use I’m a non smoker).
Rooms are small and basic our room was ok but another member of our party had a downstairs room which was a bit grotty, and he mentioned the sheets were not fresh. However our room was ok for the price, you get what you pay for.
Free parking was a bonus.

Arrived in the evening. The hotel looks a mess. Dirty walls, holes in the carpet everywhere. I don’t understand how you could have this hotel on your site. An absolute disgrace. We were shown a terrible room.. small with a broken third bed. I complained was shown another room, not much better. We left and booked a room at another hotel. The booking was not refundable, but we could not have stayed there for the night. Send your inspectors to look at it!

I’m am firstly absolutely disgusted with Hotels.com and I allowed myself to trust your company. I booked a hotel through you in good faith and trust.

We stayed at Heathrow Inn (Hayes) this hotel was disgusting filthy and smelt awful. The rooms were dated and the decor was disgusting.

Noisy hotel, dirty bedding and broken shower. Not a hotel where I would want to spend my wife’s 40th Birthday.

I was so upset. Staff not at all interested in any feedback- I would like someone from hotels.com to call me ASAP to discuss as I paid hard earn money for a disgusting stay

A shisha bar with rooms. Not an inn.

This place runs a shisha bar. Our room was behind the shisha bar, so had to go past the kitchen staff to get to the room. Very very dirty carpets in the passage way.
Room was adequate and bed linen clean, but quite run down, and chair provided was terribly stained. I would not sit on it. It had to do for the night, but would not go again.

The hotel communal areas were very dirty with stains everywhere. The room was clean, or at least it smell clean (over powering bleach smell).
The check in simple, however the \"grunt\" on check out was less that professional and I did not do breakfast, not worth the risk....
The hotel feels like a brothel!!!
On the up-side, the bed was comfy. :-)

The property was not in great condition for a 3 star hotel. We were a little surprised. The lift wasn't working so we had to carry our luggage up a narrow flight of stairs which was extremely difficult with large luggage bags. The room was clean, but very small and nowhere to put our luggage. The bathroom was slanted on the back side making it hard to get dressed or shower without hitting our heads on the ceiling. The room did not have air conditioning which made it hot at night for sleeping. The curtain on the window was made of cotton fabric and not lined so the early morning sun was shining brightly into the room making it difficult to sleep.

Staff at this hotel are very friendly and helpful. My friend had a room which smelled like cigarette smoke (even though rooms should be non smoking) and they changed her room no problem.
However the hotel is run-down, walls are thin you can hear every noise even from downstairs. At night it smelled so badly like kitchen grease and marijuana, even when we put a towel under the door. The neighbourhood is sketchy and there were not many places to eat nearby , however there is a small Sainsbury's a few doors over . But no fridge in the room. Linen and room seemed clean; beds are very hard.
Very close to Heathrow which was convenient . But i wouldn't stay here again.

Would never even consider staying here. I booked in and went to my room. The smell of air freshner was overwhelming, to the point that you could not stay in the room. The particular room I had was without windows and the air freshner was there to mask the smell of damp. Towel left on floor of shower tray. TV on the wall was not even straight. smallest quilt ever on the bed.Could go on but take my word for it, book somewhere else to stay. In the end I decided not to stay and drove home instead at 11.30pm rather then stay there.

No food is served in the evening, and breakfast is toast or cereals and coffee and tea out of a flask.
No air-con in the room.
The door didnt lock from the inside and the room was very basic.
Nowhere near worth the £80 I paid.......

For the price, you can do better

The staff are all very pleasant and helpful, no complaints. The hotel however is a renovation in progress, but whereas a chain would shut it for a year, there seemed to be only one or two people doing a bit of minor work.
I stayed in the cheapest room, which I regret. It's slightly bigger than the single bed, with a cupboard at the foot of the bed that won't open properly because the bed is in the way. There is nowhere to store luggage, or even hang up up any clothes. the \"bathroom\" has a shower that quickly floods the entire floor of the whole room. The basin has no drain cover, and disgusts whenever one uses it. The toilet wouldn't stop flushing.
The doors in reception all open onto back offices, which fankly look like they would not survive a health inspection. \"Squalid\" is how I would describe it.
There is a bar (no restaurant service) that serves beer well past its expiry date. The beer on tap has an odd taste to it, maybe due to a lack of cellar maintenance. If you develop a stomach bug this may be where it came from.

Don't really know where to start. The first impression was of a run down pub with sticky carpets in the corridors. Room very basic. Bed rock hard due to the bit of foam on top off an old mattress. Intermittent hot water. A good point was clean towels each day, probably because we had to use the old ones to mop up the water from the leaking shower cubicle. Breakfast wasn't a full English or a continental, orange or apple juice, choice of three cereals, brown or white toast, tea or coffee. Oh yes and the odd cockroach spotted wandering about around the breakfast area.

the hotel needs a good revamp . NOT ONE RADIATOR COVER WAS FIXED TO THE WALL my granddaughter had one fall on her she is almost three and the cover was very very heavy. Book this hotel only if nothing else available.

Book this hotel as a last resort. Although breakfast was included, they limit the \"hot\" breakfast to one order per individual. For example, if I order one omlette and toasts and if I am hungry after that, I cant order any more; I just have to eat cereal. The hot water in the bathroom can scald you and it goes from cold to hot by the smallest of twists. Be careful. The walk to your room from the reception is as if you are going in a dungeon. The location of the hotel is not very appealing, though there is a grocery store close by.
Reason I booked this hotel was that this was the only one available in the price range I wanted.
Connectivity to Heathrow is good. Bust stop just outside the hotel. Take Bus 140 to Heathrow-a 10-15 minute ride. Same coming from Heathrow-get off at Avondale drive and cross the road to get to this hotel.
if you plan early enough, there are much better hotels available for the same price. If you delay like me, you will get hotels like this.
Toilet is too high. Legs barely reach the ground.

nicest hotel stuff ever meet!

words are not enough about the stuff, the most friendly and kind people we ever got to meet! they helped us so much, we had a beer with the owner in the bar, got our daughter a juice too! helped us to get around London. we are planning to visit London and stay there again!
