We got a handicap room, and it was crazy for ppl who have no disability. The shower was made for its purpose, but for us, the floor got completely soaked, and we nearly fell. They said we would have to pay for an upgrade, which was crazy, seeing as we had booked a regular room.

Everything was really good including dinner and breakfast. The only issue during our stay was that the lift/elevator broke down but staff were very helpful carrying luggage downstairs. Apparently there is only one lift and it breaks down regularly because it's old. Make sure you get a ground floor room if you find stairs difficult.

Honestly, if I was staying here more than 1 night, I would’ve found somewhere else. I booked a king room, and ended up with a full and a twin. Not at all what was advertised. We were too tired to say anything so just dealt with it. Walls were so thin that we could hear our neighbor brushing their teeth. Also, around 8am, room service knocked on our neighbors door for 5 minutes straight. Super aggravating and impossible to sleep through. The showers may be one of the worst designs I’ve ever seen. Half of the shower is completely useless, and water floods straight out of it. You can see wood rotting around the bathroom door where water has clearly flooded before. Breakfast was mid, as expected for hotel breakfast. Coffee was great with the fancy machines.

The hotel was convenient for an early flight from Heathrow Airport, which was the main advantage. However, the mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The restaurant was also disappointing—the food was not good at all. Overall, acceptable for a short airport stay, but I would not choose it again for comfort or dining.

Overall everything was ok, but not spectacular. At first, I was offered a room on a second floor, but I had to take stairs because the elevator was under the maintanance. Eventually, I was given a different room with the elevator. Some other small things were missing as well. I left my tooth brush and tooth paste in my luggage that was at the airport. When I asked if I could get something to brush my teeth, they did not have anything to offer. The bed was ok, but on a soft side. However, the bed sheets had a smell. It was not very pleasant to sleep on them. The food at breakfast was also ok. On the bright side, stuff was helpfull and the music at the restaurant was not loud and it was pleasant.

We always stay at the Leonardo before flying out of Heathrow.

It has an excellent location, fantastic staff and a clean room.

I can’t recommend this hotel enough, it’s clean, great location, good price and fantastic staff, what more could you ask for.

While the front desk clerk informed us that our Expedia booking qualified us for an upgrade to a room on the top floor, the room itself was disappointing. It appeared old and poorly maintained, with hair on the bathroom floor and a leaking shower. The cleanliness and upkeep fell below what we expected, making the upgrade feel less meaningful.

On the positive side, the staff were friendly and welcoming, the breakfast was good, and the hotel's location close to the airport was very convenient. However, the property could benefit from improved housekeeping and maintenance.

The staff are welcoming and friendly. The restaurant and bar is open concept to the lobby which provides a welcoming waiting area. Quick meals are availalbe while waiting.
In the morning there was an attendant in the lobby to assist with arranging airport transportation.

The check in staff was lovely. Our flight landed prior to the checkin time and staff worked hard to prioritise getting our room ready early for us which was much appreciated after a long overnight flight. The receptionist was very friendly and helped us organise transport to the airport the following day, which was very helpful.

We had a coffee in a nice little outside garden space in the sun while we waited. Prices for food and drink were expensive, but I guess that's the norm for a London hotel close to the airport.

The bed was comfy and the room was clean, quiet and had all the amenities you would expect.

The location is good - easy to get to from Heathrow (and back again) using the regular local bus. This is not very expensive either - so not bad for an airport hotel close to Heathrow.
The breakfast was pretty good - the fried eggs were hard (i.e. left out on the hot plates too long) and croissants crunchie (i.e. too toasted) BUT the range was good.

My main criticism is that the air-conditioning system seemed to be totally broken. You could turn it on, but it did not do anything (i.e., it did not make the air cooler). Your only hope was to open the window at night, but that was very noisy. And the air-conn system just turned itself off after a couple of hours of not doing anything. Pointless! And given how hot it was - the hottest day in England in history according to the BBC - this was a big failing!

I've stayed at the Leonardo at Heathrow 1-2 times a years for a lot of years, but I'm seriously rethinking that. Sleep requires some temperature control.

My only complaint was how expensive it was. $250 cdn for a room and 2 breakfast. It’s by Heathrow so I guess that accounts for the price. The staff recommended a pub to eat at as the restaurant wanted $40 for a cheeseburger lol. Pub grub was great and just a short walk. The stay was great overall.

In paying for an executive room, amenities such as the coffee machine were included. However this didn’t work, one of the plug sockets didn’t work and the bathroom sink was blocked. We contacted Reception who advised they would send a replacement machine up but it didn’t materialise. There were no assurance checks in place to ensure this happened. I also messaged the property twice in advance to ask for a late check out by 1 hr, with no answer to my actual question. However the gentleman on arrival on reception was helpful and did this for us. Overall this was not the best Leonardo we have stayed in, having stayed in multiple across major cities. To pay for an upgraded room with poor facilities and no apology is disappointing and questioning the brand name in the future.

My girlfriends and I had a great stay the night before our flight home from Heathrow. We highly recommend paying for the breakfast, it’s amazing! So many selections, and everything was delicious. Our room was as very comfortable and clean. Our only issue was figuring out how to turn off the string lights behind the headboard. The staff as very kind and helpful! We would also recommend booking transportation to and from the airport with the hotel. Would definitely stay here again!

Upon arrival, the staff could not have been more accommodating! We were early, so our bags were stored in a locked area and we headed down the street for lunch at Three Magpies.(Superb food if you're staying at the hotel!) Our rooms were clean and quiet. We also had drinks and dinner at Leonardo's. Very good. We rented a cab to wisk us off to the airport the next morning. Short trip and wonderful cabbie. Could not have been more pleased with our stay!

Stayed in an executive room. Room was great - very clean, great bed, good size room and decent shower. Came with a nespresso machine which didn’t work however was replaced quickly. Hair dryer also only blew cold air - sure it would have also been replaced quickly but I ran out of time. Ordered room service (chicken burger and chips), it was perfectly fine however the £20 price (would have been an extra £6 had I not collected) was grossly inflated for what you received - just chips on the side, the bun was the kind of cheap brioche you get with fast food burgers, small chicken and a bit of salad in the burger - tasted fine but for the price I felt a bit ripped off.
Would definitely stay again though, all staff were lovely and helpful. Had a great nights sleep, car park was underground and right under reception. No noise at all and had double windows for extra insulation.

Just what we needed after a canceled flight. Great staff and restaurant.
Staff v helpful. We took the hoppa bus there for 7 pounds each and it took about 25mins. Our cab back the next morning was 15 with 2 bags and it took 10 mins.
I think that was a special price agreed with the hotel. Would def stay again.
