This was an excellent hotel. It was right at terminal 4, so an easy train ride to all other terminals. It was very clean and comfortable, and the staff was very helpful. They gave us an upgrade without us having to ask. The breakfast was very well done. Overall, a wonderful stay at Heathrow airport!

We got drop of with our friend to the the crown plaza last night luckily for us there was no drop of fee the reception staff were friendly and helpful the rooms were clean with amazing size bed shower/tv again great we left at 4.30 am used the link to terminal 4frim the hotel

Fabulous hotel and very easy access to terminal 4, however the beds are as hard as anything which isn’t ideal when you want a comfy sleep before a long flight.

my flight times were significantly changed, to the point where this hotel was not usable. I called, I emails, I begged and I pleaded to get a refund. The customer service person did an investigation and said they would escalate to leadership and I heard nothing back. They basically took payment, knowing I would not be able to stay in the hotel. Expedia was a go betweener, and was no help and it all begs to question, why bother with Expedia? It's not that much cheaper and you lose all control.

We were able to check in early, which wascreally helpful, since we only had one afternoon in London. The hotel is in a convenient location to access the Underground and other teain lines. The bed and pillows were a little hard, but we slept well. The hotel was very clean and quiet!

This is a perfect hotel for an early AM flight,especially out of T4 as the hotel is attached to it and it’s a 5 minute indoor walk..
The hotel is very nicely finished,quiet and clean-the room is big enough and functional.
We had dinner at the restaurant in the hotel and it was quite good,service was excellent.
Not much around the area as you’re right at the airport,but it served our purpose perfectly.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in in London. You can trust this review as I own a chain of 4 star Hotels myself. From the moment I arrived the staff were super friendly at reception. It really stood out. I had booked a club room and was amazed at how great it was. Such a super size and the attention to detail was superb. From amazing products gowns to the room itself. I love the speakers in the bathroom to enjoy after a long soak. In the evening I went to the Club Lounge for free drinks and Canapés. Imagine a first class lounge and this is it. The lady there, I think called Mahayana was a brilliant hostess. Your class is never empty and plenty of delicious food. All included the rate. The breakfast was exceptional, the best I've ever had in a UK Hotel I can't even type how good it was. I was offered a 2 pm checkout which was the cherry on the cake for a night flight. I fly through Heathrow 8 times a year and this will most certainly my new go to Hotel. I really can't rate it enough. They absolutely smashed it in terms of hospitality. Such a joy to spend night here.
