Very good breakfast
But the ingredients are not listed on each item. For example, they had something called “black pudding”. It turned out it’s pork blood suasage! I gave this feedback to the staff, and they took it. But they didn’t apologize or offer anything. They were nice but I was disappointed and angry for tasting what I thought is vegetarian dish!

The hotel was a long way from Terminal 2. Heathrow airport is huge and it took us about 30 minutes---walking, taking a lift, taking a train and more walk through tunnel to the hotel. It may be a 5 minute walk from Terminal 4 but people should know that it's a long distance. When we finally arrived at the hotel lobby, there was no reception desk. We are seniors and didn't know how to check in. Staff came to help us check in. He told us there's no market or restaurant near the hotel and he recommended for the meal deal (dinner and breakfast) for 59.98 pounds ($82) at the hotel restaurant. We reluctantly agreed to buy the expensive meal deal though we weren't hungry. (If I had known, I could have bought sandwiches at the airport terminal).

The room was small but comfortable. My husband felt the comforter was too hot. I was happy that there was a bathtub. Everything was working condition. The room was quiet and I felt safe. After all the food was good and the servers were very nice (they were working hard).

I loved the fact that you could walk from the airport to the hotel under an enclosed walkway. There was a restaurant and a coffee shop in the hotel. Very convenient.
Shampoo but no conditioner in the shower. Shower (inside the bath) quite tall to climb in and out of.

Safe drop off in car park, easy check-in (didn’t use automated booth as was staff member was on too). Bar and restaurant in foyer. Room good size. Didn’t hear any noise from any other room. Bathroom modern and clean. Ideal location for Terminal 4 flight as walkway direct from level 2. Very happy with price.

If you are American bring a converter. The ONLY USB port available in each room is connected to the tv. Which will only work if the tv is on entire night. No hair dryers available. However they will sell you one USB port por almost 30 dollars. Room did not look super clean.
However, Breakfast had a good variety. Good deal for price and location. Unlimited breakfast.

The room was pretty large with a comfortable bed. You can walk from the airport through a hangar, never reaching the ground.

We were leaving from Terminal 2, and we did not realize the internal airport train does not run until 5:30. There is a bus that comes to the hotel that will take you there starting at 4:20. The hotel should really set up some signs or give better instructions on where the bus will be, because the instructions given would have meat we missed our bus.

Just stayed one night and appreciated the pricing. Room was nice but tight once a cot for a 4th person was added. All the beds were squeezed together.
Ate dinner in the restaurant downstairs. Was affordable and just…okay. Nice to not have to leave the building.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel at Heathrow Terminal 4. I stayed on April 6th (room 124), and after traveling for over 15 hours from Canada on an overnight flight, I arrived completely exhausted around 1 PM, hoping for at least a bit of understanding and basic hospitality.

Ironically, there’s a sign at the entrance that says “warm welcome,” but that couldn’t be further from the truth. The welcome felt cold, transactional, and completely lacking empathy.

Check-in time was 3 PM, but since I arrived earlier and they clearly had rooms available, I politely asked if an early check-in was possible. Instead of showing any flexibility or consideration for a long-haul, tired guest, I was told I would need to pay an additional £15 just to access a room that was already ready.

Because I refused to pay for something that should have been a basic courtesy, I ended up waiting in the lobby for nearly 2 hours. By 2:28 PM, I was so extremely tired that I went back to the front desk and tried again to check in. Instead of any understanding, they still insisted on charging me extra, which I ultimately had to pay just to finally get access to the room.

This felt less like hospitality and more like squeezing extra money out of already exhausted travelers. A little understanding would have gone a long way, but instead, the experience left me frustrated and unwelcome.

The Premier Inn is the perfect hotel to stay in if you are having a early morning flight. I had a flight out of Terminal 4 and it was about a six minute walk from reception to the terminal. Customer service was very nice and helpful. The meal deal was great and dinner and breakfast was lovely. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I will stay again and highly recommend.

This is an excellent hotel if you have a layover at Heathrow Airport. Simply use the covered walkway to get from the terminal to the hotel. Also, there is a tube stop at Terminal 4 as well, so a day trip into the city from the hotel is easy.

We asked for room cleaning, but it wasn’t done, asked for fresh glasses and cups for tea, were given after 1.5 hrs.

Very rude staff, no compassion as we had young kids.
The washroom had some issues ( exhaust not working, toilet seat was loose) complained about them, but they were never fixed.

Nice to stay at the airport the night before our flight. Was easy to access after we returned our rental car. Just took the train/underground to terminal 4 and followed the covered walkway to our hotel. Didn't need to use a cab or a hotel shuttle at all. Very convenient. Staff was helpful and prompt.

If your luggage isn't too cumbersome, and if you’re good with walking, then it's really convenient for any Heathrow terminal since train transfers between terminals are free. We'd absolutely stay again.

Modern, comfortable, quiet, clean room with a view of the runway. Good sound proof windows, you do not hear the airplanes. Cover path connect you directly to Terminal 4 in 10 minutes walk. Room rates are very reasonable.

Beware though - wifi is unacceptably poor. You can buy better wifi for £5, which we did.

The check in time is not flexible and they make you wait till exactly the minute which is unfortunate as travellers on long haul flights would like to see a bed instead of a cup of coffee so hey just a thought relax the rules a bit and chill let the people check in to rooms that are ready don’t hold them back to your stupid £15 ransom fee it really makes you the hotel look bad and out for cash ..a really bad image to portray because I recommend other hotels now instead of yours because of that ransom fee

The hotel is ideal for anyone arriving or leaving from London Heathrow Terminal 4. There is a covered walkway that connects the hotel to Terminal 4.
Look for the hotel signs in the airport. The walkway is accessed from the second floor of the hotel.

Everything was great, especially the staff at the restaurant. The only thing i want to point out/ warn about is that the bus going to other terminals (like terminal 5) runs every half an hour, so leave your room accordingly.
