Very comfortable and clean. No automatic airport shuffle on site (there is an tube station nearby) - need to book from a stand separately. Booking uber is cheaper. Room was very clean but the fridge wasn't working. The shower is great - water does spread to the floor as it's not contained in the stall. The staff were very friendly and helpful (Jack & Pedro). All in all a good stay and would return.

Hotel was easy to get to, drove straight in under the hotel to park. Next to tube station for access into London. Staff were wonderful, so helpful and welcoming. Family room was great size, beds extremely comfortable. Really clean and quiet. The pool, jacuzzi, sauna were fantastic.

Room and hotel were fine, the staff are friendly but hapless. I was chased round the hotel to pay for dinner (I tried to pay when leaving the restaurant, but they wouldn’t allow it, telling me it had to be charged to the room), resulting in being disturbed in my room twice then dragged out of bed to go to reception. I asked for a receipt for my booking and was told one would be emailed, I had to call 3 times, only to be told I needed to contact hotels.com (I paid at the hotel so Hotels.com can’t help either). I was then asked to call back another time as they can’t help

Walk the extra 50 metres to the Hilton Garden Inn.

This is a new hotel and I thought I’d try it as I’ve stayed in the nearby Hilton. Everything about this hotel was a bit off. The hotel entrance closest to the underground station had a closed reception so it was necessary to walk the entire length of the hotel to get to reception. On the room floors the signage was just plain wrong, for example pointing to lifts that didn’t exist or numbering of rooms that wasn’t correct. There were light fittings not working or loose and there was a weird smell in the corridors. There were also quite a few room doors on my floor which were permanently a little ajar which made the hotel feel slightly creepy. The room itself was ok, comfortable enough. Breakfast was … interesting. I came to breakfast just after nine and was told that I could only sit in one part of the dining hall because they were setting up for dinner. The coffee machines were not working and the food selection was poor, both in choice and quality. The manager also chastised his staff in front of me a couple of times which I thought was a bit unprofessional. While I didn’t feel unsafe I definitely felt uncomfortable in this hotel. I won’t be back.

The hotel is in great location for exploring Brussels and further afield - with a train station a minute away and the metro also in walking distance. The staff were very helpful and our room super comfortable.

I was not happy with calling staff from room. They never answered the phone. Not Happy the restaurant ,icon bar and room service was all different. Menu was different and ended early or different times.I had to order uber eats for my teenagers.Also wish my 16 year old was able to use the gym without me.

The hotel was across the road from a train station which was great. Only problem was no lift at the station if you had luggage.

Staff was underprepared for system failure. Unable to check guests in without a computer. Waited for an hour and a half in the lobby to get our room, for them to finally do it on paper without the computer.

Leftover room service dishes lined the hallway some even until the next morning.

Breakfast could have been good but very slow to refill anything.

Hotel is dated.

More like a 2 star at best

Our stay in general was fine but there is something very odd about this hotel is being run. The restaurant was empty apart from us and the waitress didn’t seem to know what she was doing or be capable of communicating in English. The drinks orders were wrong and the beer was out. Some of the signs point in the wrong direction and there was a security guard stopping us from using the stairs past the 2nd floor. Adding a service charge in the restaurant was a bit extortionate. I wouldn’t stay here again, unfortunately.

Booked one month beforehand. Arrived at the hotel only to be told the whole hotel was closed due to maintenance for the next 2 months. With no prior communication and fully staffed, they are refusing to provide a refund on a non fund policy that only states if I cancel the reservation, then i'm not eligible for a refund. Taking the matter further now

Well staffed reception with helpful and polite people. Good amenities including a restaurant and bar. Would definitely recommend if catching a flight the following day.

The hotel itself was nice, the room, the pool, everything was clean, the issues we had were the bed was hard as a rock and not easy to sleep in, we had to ask for more pillows which wasn’t a problem they were delivered straight away, the breakfast was food, plenty of it but let’s say it wasn’t made by a happy person and seemed like it had been there a while, tea and coffee wasn’t great, coffee machines broken so no selection just an insulated jug of coffee and hot water for a tea bag, only one selection for tea bags and no decaf of either, the only complementary tea/coffee was in our room, let’s say it didn’t suit our needs and we won’t be back, plenty of other hotels in the area that like customer satisfaction.

Stayed for less than 24 hours in a triple room, which had 3 twin beds and was spacious, as was the bathroom. Combo bath and shower. Bath slippery. Requested rubber bath mat. None available. These should be provided.

Quiet. Did not hear planes. Room had a fridge.

The tube was not working so we took the bus, which turned out to be better as it dropped us on the same side of the hotel, whereas with the tube, we would have had to cross a busy road. I had messaged ahead to the hotel and their info was very detailed and helpful, especially as we landed at Heathrow T5 very late.

Full breakfast was included and had a wide choice.

This hotel met our needs and the rate was reasonable.

Amazing hotel with great runway views and lovely pool and hot tub etc. My favorite hotel in London.

Restaurant hit and miss as staff slow, more interested in laying tables for breakfast than taking orders or sorting bills then they add large service amount on bill, BUT food is lovely and good value for London, so please just train staff better, only niggle.
WILL BE BACK though, great plane spotting paradise

Not a good experience

Booked room with double bed but had 2 singles as they forgot to join the beds together.
The door between the rooms was left unlocked and the guests next door got into our room to which I had to get out of bed to stop them coming into the room and then baracaded the door, then someone tried to get in via the main door. Tried 5 times to call down to reception to get this issue sorted.

The room was mostly clean but there was hair on the floor that did not belong to either of us as well as a toe nail found near the bed, not been hoovered properly.

Breakfast was OK but not worth £15 as was not part of our stay, and we had to pay for dinner when finished as could not add to room bill

Tried this hotel as had stayed in others in the area and wanted to give it a try
Will not be recommending to friends or family
Is a shame as does look nice and the lobby/downstairs was nice

Surprisingly upscale and well maintained given the exterior. Isolated for access so a cab or walking some distance is only option. Staff should know Heathrow operations much better and access/egress etc. Breakfast was awesome and dinner was great also- top notch restaurant. Incredible job on soundproofing the rooms. However, closing a gym and pool at 7pm? Serious? That's real bad planning for long distance travelers.

As a hotel to spend exactly one night so that you are close to LHR, this hotel is OK. Clean and adequate. It's a short walk to the tube station across the very busy street. The hotel shuttle busses don't stop here. The dining room/restaurant service is comically bad. As (un)luck would have it, we needed a second night at LHR and we stayed the next night at the other hotel across the street. That hotel is better than Atrium in every way.

I like that this property is very close to airport. But if you are visiting London it's little far from central. Food option is very limited for the price they charge. Room cleaning service is not great, I wasn't happy about it that on day they didn't put any towels in my room. I called front desk, and hey day don't worry we will send some right now, No apologies. Second day no toilet paper was stocked and everyday coffee supplies not stocked. Seems like they try to save money on supply. If you need something you have to call.

This is a great stoppage point if you’ve had a late flight, or long flight. I wouldn’t recommend a long stay here, and it’s definitely for businesspeople and the like. Very close to the subway and the airport, and it costs nothing to get from the airport to the hotel if taking the tube. Had a lovely, warm infinity pool and a super relaxing hot tub, sauna room, and steam room. Great way to unwind after a long flight.

It’s a great hotel with amazing amenities such a pool, sauna and Jacuzzi. The service was amazing by everyone except for the young, long-haired girl in a suit who seemed to be the front desk manager. She was rude and extremely unpleasant; with not one word of acknowledgment nor a simple smile directed at us when making a simple request. The younger front desk staff were amazing!

Good room and clean. There are lots of rules and signs posted around the hotel which is overwhelming. The pool times are also extremely inconvenient especially for families. Pool hours are only from 10am-6pm for kids and with check in at 4pm and check out at 11am, it doesn't give families an opportunity to use the facility, which I think is what the hotel is going for.

The area around the hotel was very run down and unsafe. The hotel pool is only open until 8pm. This is very unfortunate for international travelers who are in and out of many time zones and want to use the amenities when it is convenient for them. Our AC unit screens were so dirty it would not run. My husband is an HVAC tech so he fixed it and it worked finally. We were also disappointed that the hotel does not offer an airport shuttle. Other people had commented on a shuttle service but this may have been cancelled. The dinner servers did not know much about the menu and my husband was told his steak would take 45 minutes to cook. It came 10 minutes later. The food was mediocre at best. Also the coffee shop did not open until 11. Weird.

We were given the wrong room that had silver fish in the shower, they then moved us after the staff were very rude, when we went to reception to tell them the problem we waited and while waiting to be seen, someone else came up to the counter and was spoken to straight away, after my husband saying something They then decided to speak with us, asking us to wait, I showed him picks of the Silver fish in the shower and the single, it took about 10 mins but later came up with a new room

The Atrium Hotel was clean, close to the airport and had very friendly and helpful staff. Muriel was excellent at helping me to get a late checkout and suggested Kingston, a lovely town, to spend some time before our flight that was later in the evening. To get to the touristy stuff in London was a bit over an hour away by subway and 45 minutes by Uber. But that just added to our visit by learning their transportation systems. The room was a nice size for my family of 4. There was a gas station nearby for water and snacks. A subway/bus station was just across the road.

Mine and a few other guests' room wasn't available at the check-in time - had to wait 40 mins, which wasn't nice after a 4-hour drive. Asked to go for a swim with my daughter whilst waiting but told we couldn't until a room is allocated.

Once in, though, the hotel was excellent - clean, nice pool and jacuzzi, super convenient for Heathrow and London with Hatton Cross tube across the road. Outstanding noise insulation as didn't hear a single plane or car from the busy road.

Firstly, this is an airport hotel. If you need fast in and out of the airport, this is a very good spot. We went here knowing what to expect. Rooms are big and clean, bathroom is clean and the water pressure is amazing. The hotel is huge, the staff is amazing and it is next door to Heathrow.

Cons are the limited dining option, they have a place where you can get some coffee/juice and ice cream and a restaurant that is in this massive room. I guess they do buffets here twice a week.

Be also aware that this is one of those hotels where buses of tourist gets dropped off and other packaged/school outings and trips stay. Do not be surprised when you arrive that there are 50-100 people walking around the lobby.

There is an underground stop across the street and it is a good spot to stay when you are about to fly off with an early flight, this is not where to stay if you want to explore London.

The staff were friendly and check-in/out was very quick. I really liked for how close we were to the property that you did not hear any noise from the planes landing or taking off. The front lobby of the hotel was very clean and is looks elegant, however I found the hallway to the room to have a mouldy smell. The room I was given had a very thick carpet which made the luggage hard to roll and I personally do not like carpet in hotel rooms as I find it unsanitary. The tub surround for the bath was falling off and it looked like there was a leak somewhere between the tub and toilet. I found the beds were extremely small and hard to sleep on as well I noticed the end of one of the beds looked quite dirty. I am unsure if I would stay here again.

Good place to stay near airport

Decent place to stay. This hotel takes in a lot of cancelled flight people so it’s very busy. The Indian food good but expensive. Don’t order the Greek Salad with chicken, it’s 18 pounds and it is the size of a side salad. The chicken tikka masala is good and a good portion for about 16 pounds. Pool is nice and steam and dry saunas are great.

Having got to reception after parking in the basement car park i was met with a lady who i think was training whichis fair enough
We wasnt aware that the key card operated the lift and was told by a member of the catering staff
The beds was really uncomfortable and when we tried the shower. We may have been drier standing in it as the floor outside the shower was more wet than the inside
The tv didnt work. And on the last night we gad what could onmy be described as a race track for the kids with screaming and shouting at one point
If im.honest thehotel is in a great spot if youlike spotting planes but for the cost iwas very disabled

We stayed for just one night, as our flight was leaving late the next afternoon. I have to say, the hotel manager and staff went above and beyond our expectations. They kindly extended our stay—not just once, but twice—to accommodate a late check-out.

We had missed a few stops on the tube, and ended up returning later than planned, but the manager and staff were incredibly understanding and gracious. The service was truly exceptional, and we’re so grateful for their flexibility and kindness.

I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was fancy. The staff was really friendly and helpful. It was a convenient distance to the airport. Getting to the airport was more expensive and challenging than I expected. We waited for a taxi for 45 minutes, and it didn't look like a real taxi when it arrived. Not sure who the desk called. It was fine, though.

An amazing looking hotel to look at ..Attractive and lit up the area on.approach from station...Reception was easy accesible from ramp...Staff on reception was genuinely warm and friendly making us weary travellers feel welcomed..Will stay again for sure on our next visit to londonfrom Australia.

Nice spa facilities

Having arrived flustered from a cancelled flight, the front desk were very friendly. Spa was really nice, clean and empty when I used it, which was great. Room was ok, could do with a revamp. TV didn't work and the WiFi was terrible, definitely wouldn't recommend if to anyone needing to work from there but if looking for nice spa facilities before you fly then good option.

We enjoyed our stay at AtriumAirport Hotel. However, one night around 2 a.m., I asked a security staff member for water, and he told me to walk to a nearby gas station, which didn’t feel safe at that hour. Later, the front desk informed me there was tap water in the room — something that wasn’t clearly mentioned. It would help to train all staff better and maybe install a vending machine for late-night needs. Other than this, the hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-run.

I stayed at the Atrium Hotel Heathrow and was charged £33.64 for breakfast, even though it was included in my booking. I’ve reached out to the hotel, but haven’t received a refund or any response. Very frustrating, as this was clearly a billing error. Otherwise, the stay was fine, but this issue left a bad impression.
