Terrible experience. Very unfriendly staff. Stayed for two nights my room was not cleaned. They could not even provide a small kettle for coffee in the room despite the cold. Not an ideal place to have a pleasant stay. I don’t recommend this place if you really want to have a pleasant stay.

the staff at this hotel - i think deliberately input vehicle registrations in wrongly when paying for parking... presumably on some sort of kick back from the parking company.

Either that or they are totally illiterate and can't spell. Either way, frustrating that i previously had a fine and a load of hassle to appeal the parking issue caused by the staff.
Not what you need when you're travelling for business and you just want a hassle free clean room.

Also - the key cards on the doors had to be reset, got up to my room then had to go back to reception for the swipe card to not work. very irritating when i got back at midnight

We use budget hotels throughout the year for UK city breaks. We usually stay in a Premier Inn. The usuals were fully booked so we opted for the Ibis Budget on this occasion. Room was beyond basic. Exactly as shown in the image, but the stains on the bedding, peeling fixtures, window that wouldn’t close and had the worst draft were clearly not highlighted by the photographer…. The price may have been cheap but we had a terrible nights sleep so won’t be back. Use if you’re desperate - but I think I’d have gotten a better night in the car.

Conveniently close to Heathrow as only 3 tube stops away. A short 10 mins walk from Hounslow Central. The room is low standard as expected at Ibis Budget. There is a coffee & tea machine in reception only. The area around outside felt unsafe. The breakfast was very minimalistic for £9 each.

Front desk staff were very nice. Day we arrived we were not able to open the door and asked a cleaner for help and shdd egg started yelling at us saying we don’t know to use the card properly, however it was the system glitch that the card keys were not working.

We requested for a walk in shower and the water was not draining properly and even after complaining, it was not fixed.
Every time we had shower , our foot were drowned with the shower water.

You get what you pay for no frills. I had a room facing the road and it wasn't so much the road noise as much as the people fighting outside 😅. The hotel itself is a little old but it's a short walk to picadilly line underground and next to bus lines. The staff were nice and the room cozy. No real complaints. I live in a big city so the surroundings weren't anything to crazy to me

Okayish rooms, dated but kept clean. Air conditioning was a fail, they supposedley had a centralised system but became too hot during the night. Opening windows led to be awoken at early hours by traffic and plane noise.

This was a good budget hotel.. small room, but no surprise there, the pictures are clear. The room was clean, even though a little warm. Turning on the AC didn't help me, as when it did activate it was blowing heat. I'm from Canada and want to be as cold as possible. I was on the first floor so I couldn't leave the window open during sleep. The toilet room was pretty narrow, my legs could easily touch both walls lol. The planes fly low near this hotel, and that noise took some getting used to, but it does quiet down during the night time thankfully.

But it's located in a well connected area, directly across from a well serviced bus route and about a 10 minute walk to the Hounslow Central Underground Station. It's also very close to a lot of shops and restaurants. Right on the building with a Tesco Express, and my favorite bit was being close to The Moon Under Water - JD Wetherspoon, like an 8 minute walk. Please save your money on the hotel breakfast and go get delicious and cheaper fresh hot and yummy breakfast from this restaurant! I'm talking 5-6 pounds for a full English breakfast, plus loads of other options. The area didn't feel unsafe but I did notice a heavy presence of Indians and people of Middle Eastern descent. Didn't regret my choice and would stay again.

Does what it says on the tin - budget. Stayed here as it was cheap and close to subway to get to Heathrow at 4am. Don’t expect much - it’s a super budget hotel. But it’s clean, comfy bed for a night and location is spot on for Heathrow flights without a high price tag. I’d say it’s easier staying here than a hotel at Heathrow due to proximity to Hounslow Central tube station for the Piccadilly line

Very, very basic accommodation. Room was clean, bed and shower good. No facilities in room except for a small tv. No coffee/tea making facilities, just 2 paper cups. Hook with 1 hanger for clothes. Vending machines in reception area. Coffee vending machine GBP2 per cup, ouch.
I thought I had booked the previously owned Travelodge further up the Bath Road that was recently (?) acquired by Ibis, for just one night prior to flying out from LHR on an early flight back to the USA. My mistake. Overall, adequate but very basic, not too expensive.

The hotel room was filthy the floor hadn’t been hoovered let alone mopped! Black mould in the shower and my daughter found a huge bed bug in her bed and refused to sleep in it the following night so shared a bed with myself. Her protective sheet also had some sort of brown stains in them!
Surfaces and bed frame were dusty, dirty and covered in finger marks and food marks etc
Tv remote had no batteries, I did get new ones from the staff at reception but this didn’t fix the problem as it was broken anyway

A few hours after arrival the street was full of police and closed down due to someone being stabbed in the area. The following morning i witnessed a gang starting trouble on an elderly man. The hotel area is horrendous!

Only positive thing to say about the hotel is the friendly staff

It was a good price including the breakfast.Do not expecte huge buffet but you will find a breakfast to save you time and money.the local shops around the hotel were nice ,fresh fruits too express Tesco ,Aldi a walk distance no one can go through lifts with no room card
Theain door closed and open by room card at night not sure at what time exactly but it was great feature.the only thing was uncomfortable is the Wash room tiny to the point of you are a large person or above 6.4 feet I don't think you can use it.If you need last minute hotel for any changes in plans I would really recommended.

GREAT DEAL

This is a great little hotel for such a heavy traveler like myself.I'm always looking for a good deal.Good quality and a great location where I can actually get out and go grocery shopping.Do everything nearby on foot.Because I spent so much time on trains and planes. This is a great neighborhood.Good food restaurants lots of unique shops.I love it.It's very energetic here in this area. Staff is so great.They're so friendly and they're so eager to help you.
When I checked and I was greeted by two lovely young girls by the names Sadaf and Yan they were so nice that they let me Check-in early since my flight.Got here before the check in time. I highly recommend staying here if you are a frequent traveler and I'm talking at constant traveler months at a time.So I live on the road.In places like this I think are more valuable than the luxury hotels.
