Hotel moved me to an alternative hotel near T5 and informed me via a message through Expedia. Not as convenient having arrived at T2 and cost me quite a lot extra for a taxi when travelling with a small child. Too much faff to get to T5 and then the hotel on the hotel hoppa buses. The hotel I ended up staying in was perfectly adequate.

We were extremely rushed during check in. Shuttle service was a big reason we booked this hotel and did not realize how much it would cost us. We were under the impression it was included. We should have taken an Uber or taxi with the 2 of us, as the cost per person had added up. I would recommend this hotel mention the specific cost when providing times for the shuttle.

I fell in the shower because the tub was like an ice skating rink. No bath mat available but afterwords it did say beware not to slip and go ask front desk for a mat. So they are aware it’s a problem but haven’t really solved it. Luckily I didn’t rebreak my ribs from two months ago. Hotel staff very unfriendly as well.

I would not recommend staying here. The hotel is very outdated and the staff were all very rude. The meals were below average in the restaurant but we didn’t feel safe walking in the area to find another option. We walked to the tescos across the street and came across some very suspicious people which made us feel very uncomfortable. I couldn’t wait to leave.

It was hard for me to comment on all the amenities. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was nice. The airport hopper bus stops right in front of the hotel. The room had coffee machine. That's pretty much all we needed, and we got that. I believe the hotel serves breakfast, which we didn't have the opportunity to avail.

i had a terrible experience at the hotel air-condition in my room wasn't working properly. Our room temperature was 25c constant overnight couldn't sleep at all reported to reception asked of they could swap our room no chance. weather was really hot outside i was expecting a decent stay had booked for 2 nights. I was expecting a very good service unfortunately was disappointed.

The entrance area and bar/restaurant are lovely very high standard, the bedroom was a let down, cracked floor tiles in bathroom, shower cubicle leaked, stains on carpets and the carpet is all ripped very dated compared to the entrance area and I had to leave a £50 deposit and show ID on arrival which I wasn’t informed about

I was traveling home to DFW on a 38 hour flight and layover travel schedule - from the London Heathrow airport I tried to make this booking at 11:20pm and the hotels.com app kept spinning and said \" error your booking has not gone through and can not be made at this time\".
SO, I booked another hotel via another app, which immeidately then went thru. When I checked my email for that confirmation, to my surprise, I found the HOTELS.com booking DID go thru, charged my credit card and refused to cancel or refund when I reached out immediately to explain what had happened. I am now stuck with paying for a hotel that I did not even stay at, due to the app error. I am a long time member of Marriott Bonvoy program, and am VERY disappointed this could not be resolved due to your host application error and glitch. I was exhausted and had layover until 8:40 am the next morning, only to have to deal wit this additional frustration and now charge is to be reimbursed with my personal earnings to my company!

I originally booked two rooms, both with 1 x king double bed & 1 x DOUBLE sofa bed as I was travelling with my 15 year old son, and the other room was for a friend and his 15 year old son.
The sofa bed in both rooms was a very small single pull out bed. I reported this to reception and they were very unhelpful and just said that I booked through Hotels.com/Expedia so it was not there problem.
This is not the kind of response I expected from the Hilton Group, and seen as I stay in hotels up to 60 nights per year for business, I will not be staying or recommending Hilton Group to work colleagues again.

We asked the staff to help us with our luggage as my partner is handicapped. They said they will not and said they do not have concierge services which is not what we asked.
