The rooms themselves were great, with a nice TV and modern furniture. Bathroom showed a little wear & tear. Good option and well located if on a budget but watch for these inconveniences:

-Restaurant was overpriced, and servers were having a bad day based on their manners
-There is no hotel shuttle, this location is not on the Heathrow 'hopper' route.
-Be prepared for an expensive car for hire, there is an automated touch screen in the lobby where you can order through a private service but options are limited! What should have been a great arrangement was unreasonably high (over 30 pounds for a 5 minute drive). The cab from the airport to the hotel was half that.
-Hot tub looks to have been decomissioned but this was not advertised. Thankfully the pool was still in operation, there are very nice changerooms with lockers, and even a sauna!

Me and my boyfriend had the most lovely stay over Valentines weekend, we received an upgrade to the executive room on arrival which was such a lovely gesture and made it so special from us, the staff were all so kind and friendly. The room was so spacious and had everything you would need and the bed was soo comfy! We also made use of the pool, sadly the hot tub wasn’t working during our stay but not sure if this is due to seasons etc but the pool was a lovely size and there was also a steam room and sauna. Overall a lovely weekend stay and I would definitely return!

Fillet steak, cooked medium as requested, was chewy and not tender. Bed was uncomfortable; the topper seemed to thin and I could feel the mattress underneath. Disappointed compared with previous stays at the same hotel. Cancelled another booking i had made here on the basis of this stay. Don't usually leave feedback but this was really below what I expected. Good bits? Roast potatoes with the steak were tasty, the arancini were good, and the breakfast was OK.

Review of Egypt air we were in Cairo on the tarmac for two hours. Captain said nothing. No one knew everyone complaining what’s going on. We arrive late missed our connection and they weren’t gonna do anything about it. I told it was they didn’t want to pay for the connection eventually We demanded they sent us in a really bad two star hotel unliveable and booked us on the next connecting flight from Air Canada. Very poor customer service communication. Air Canada was delayed next day and we had to pay a different hotel in London because the one Air Egypt for us was not good or livable so we paid money out of our pocket to stay one night in Marriott hotel

If there was no room available, don’t check me in. If there is, do it as a courtesy for a guest who has multiple options when booking a hotel.

Great high standard airport hotel managing to retain a bit more soul than your average airport hotel.
I took an executive room and definitely felt that the upgrade was worth it for the executive lounge.
Only negative was the gym and pool area which was incredibly run down and dirty.

Just the right hotel to stay in before flying back to Canada. Front desk staff were very welcoming and friendly- always a nice way to end a trip abroad. If you are staying here perhaps just ask if you will be close to the service elevators- we didn’t know it, at the time, but these elevators are not overly quiet. We were right beside these elevators (room 5036 I think) - other than that- comfy beds, lots of space and a place I’d return to. It cost 10 pounds to take the van (you pre-book on a check in machine in the lobby) Back to Heathrow terminal. I picked the time and there were zero issues- was at the airport in ten minutes.

Unfortunately, we stayed here twice, about a month apart. Both times the pool was quite cold (not sure if that's normal or not, but the staff at the pool area made mention to us about how cold it was, so assume it isn't normally) and also the hot tub was out of action both times. Sauna and Steam Room didn't seem to get very hot, either.

Other than that, which was part of the main reason we booked the accommodation, it was pretty good.

Rooms were nice, nice restaurant and bar area with reasonable prices, easy access to / from Heathrow Airport on public buses. Staff were all super friendly! Would happily stay again, but be nice if the pool area facilities were all operating properly.

It was a good stay. But I'm surprised and disappointed that an airport hotel doesn't have a free shuttle tot he airport. I understand that there may be some local laws I'm not aware of--but the hotel could do a better job of lettering guests know what the best and cheapest options are.

We were just here for one night after a late flight. All we needed was a good night’s sleep. Unfortunately some piece of machinery behind the aircon grate rattled loudly all night, regardless of whether the air conditioning was on or off in the room.

Do not stay at this hotel if you are doing an overnight from the airport. The airport hopper does not service the hotel instead they ask you to get off at the Radisson Blu and walk-through two very shady parking lots. I did this at 11 o’clock at night with a child not SAFE. I had messaged the hotel the day before asking about transportation from the airport and nobody replied. We will never stay at Marriott Airport Heathrow again. We will stay at Radisson blue which is serviced by the hotel hopper bus.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was very good. The spa facilities weren't working while I was there, and the tv in the room didn't work either. It was too late when I arrived to mess with getting the TV fixed. Also, it only allows 2 devices on the complimentary wifi so plan accordingly if you are traveling with a family.

The hotel is quite nice but much further from the airport than I expected. Prices for ubers or cabs from the airport for the short distance to the hotel are also ridiculous ($50+ for a 10 minute ride) so I ended up taking the bus but they only run every 20 minutes and it's a bit confusing to make sure you're on the right one. I also found the listings on Expedia to be misleading as I thought I had booked a room with a bathtub but then learned when I arrived that only the family rooms have bathtubs. Thankfully, Riya at the front desk was extremely accommodating and changed my room after I checked in. Was very impressed with the service and food, especially in the executive lounge was excellent. If it wasn't for distance from Heathrow I would easily stay again.

Room could not be faulted. We were only staying overnight as we had an early-ish flight in the morning. When checking in, I enquired about arrangements for getting to the airport in the morning and was told to just get an Uber, which I was slightly surprised about. I assumed, given its location, the hotel would have arrangements with a cab company or a regular bus service. I tried Uber and the prices were around £60, for a 10 minute trip, which was more than we had paid for an hour trip from central London to the hotel. Booking a black cab through Uber (which I didn’t realise was an option) was half the price, so I booked that. This is not something I would recommend however. The cab never arrived in the morning and you don’t have the communication details you would normally get from Uber. In the end we were lucky enough to pick up a cab that was dropping other people off, but I was pretty disappointed in the hotel not bring more helpful in the first place. Maybe it’s an old-fashioned view in the days of Uber, but I am sure I wouldn’t be the only visitor to the hotel who would appreciate assistance with arranging transfers to the airport from an airport hotel.

Have stayed at this hotel many times before with no problems, but it has become majorly run down. the cleanliness area at the spa changing rooms is terrible, lots of mould in shower’s ( refused to shower my children in there) , door’s don’t lock and the jacuzzi pool has been out of order the past two times we have stayed with no explanation upon booking or arrival, and still not fixed. Family room with no bath. Spoken to manager who never got back to us after waiting 1 and half hours for her in lobby. The food service was over an hour and half wait for our food order even thou it wasn’t overly busy

A very nice and convenient hotel. Large -- we had the room farthest from the elevators which was a bit of walk for us as seniors. The food and service at the restaurant were excellent. But on arrival, for checkin, they had my wrong address on the registration form which had been completed in advance without my knowledge.
