Our room’s AC didnt work, I called to have someone help and they said they would send someone, 30 min after no one showed up I went to the lobby to get a different room, that lady was actually helpful.
The hotel is massive and navigating the corridors with suitcase on the hotel carpet was not easy.

As I was only staying one night, I did not attend the restaurant, so I cannot comment on that part of the Hotel, otherwise, I was very impressed with the facility. the rom was spacious and clean. I enjoyed my stay there.

Skyline hotel closed for an issue ( said to be water) 4 days earlier
phoned and told by Expedia that I was moving to other Sheraton nearby
then other Sheraton day before said they had no record of my booking
then after 2 hrs of calls back and forth was moved to a lesser hotel 6 miles away

Expedia automated system kept sending confirmations for a hotel that we knew to be closed

Expedia usually excellent but fell well short this time

We stayed at the Sheraton, Heathrow because we had an early morning flight (5:00 a.m.) When we got to the room, there was a dirty bathrobe hanging in the closet. We booked a family room, there were not enough towels for everyone. There was still water in coffee pot. The room obviously was not cleaned from the previous folks. At 2:00 a.m. the fire alarm warning went off for about 5/10 minutes. This was not the fire alarm, but rather a warning that they were checking it out and to wait for further instructions. That was shut off and proceeded by a repeating alarm that there was no fire and the alarm had been canceled. That alarm continued for another 5/10 minutes. We tried to get a drink before we went to bed, their \"bar\" was tiny and there wasn't room for the 3 of us to sit. Mind you this was on a Monday night. We walked over to one of the nearby hotels for a nice cocktail and dinner.
The staff was kind and helpful.

Second time we’ve stayed here before an early flight the next day from Heathrow. Lovely and convenient hotel just a short uber ride away from the terminals. It has a superb Indian restaurant on site which is always a great start to any holiday

The club rooms provide access to the lounge, which was really nice. They had a happy hour every day, good food and a really nice barista machine for coffees.
Breakfast in the restaurant was really good and the sports pub was amazing! Very close to the airport and the shuttle you can book right in the lobby for £9. I believe you can also do that from the airport. I made the mistake of taking an Uber, which cost $60 CDN. Lesson learned :) overall a really nice property!!

Considering a Sheraton is supposed to be a premium name the room we were in was incredibly run down and dirty. There was broken furniture, the sprinkler was COVERED in dust and grime, the wall paper was peeling off, there was “splatter” marks on the walls, a massive crack ran along the moulding on the ceiling…. Extremely disappointed and would never stay here again.
On the good side, the front staff were lovely and very helpful - they are the only reason I gave this a 3 rating and not a 2

Disappointing. The safe and fridge didn’t work. The staff were unhelpful. I was told I had to be in the room for the safe to be fixed and they would send maintenance straight away. After 15 mins I went back to reception as I couldn’t wait any longer. I’d emptied the safe and had all valuables with me so I asked them to fix the safe without me present but was told that I still had to be there.
I was attending a conference and the hotel was offering free breakfast to delegates but as I’d booked through Expedia they wanted to charge me £20 per day for breakfast and would not budge on this even though I paid on arrival at the hotel.
They left new towels when I didn’t want them but didn’t remove the old ones or the used mugs. They replenished coffee but I didn’t have a clean mug to drink from
There was no bath plug so unable to relax in a bath
Overall well below my expectations

Breakfast staff refuse to provide you a takeaway box to eat breakfast either in your room or whilst commuting. However, the sports bar and same restaurant provide them to you for dinner. It’s £15 for breakfast and as it used by travellers and working individuals that stay there, there’s an expectation that as its been paid for, it should be able to be enjoy as and when and how you choose

We had a long layover at London Heathrow so we decided to get a room here and explore downtown London. We weren't at the hotel other than to sleep but it was very nice. Only thing that would have been nice is if they had an airport shuttle.

Day Staff and fantastic managed by a gentleman, breakfast is a treat and again staff totally helpful, kind, well spoken who really ensure your breakfast experience is a great one, food selection top notch. I would recommend staying here and when I fly into London for 4 or 5 days this is where we stay. Public Transport is great from just outside. I enjoy staying here

Lovely clean hotel. But unkept, broken lock on door, at one point my grandson had part of the hotel corner coving in his hand. Parking we thought was expensive. Staff were very serious and straight faced. For the price we paid not the best hotel experience.

The pillows are soooo soft and lovely. The beds are wonderfully comfortable, the staff are so welcoming and professional. And, the location is fantastic!!

Although the hotel no longer has a shuttle service; You can catch the 111 or 105 bus from the Heathrow bus station and get off at New Road stop and you are about 50 meters from the driveway to the Sheraton Staybridge. But the BEST part was their kindness in keeping our heavy luggage as “left luggage” whilst we visited family and friends in London. It truly was a gift the hotel gave us to not have to drag our luggage around and best of all to have it at our hotel when we arrived back tired and ready to check in for a good nights sleep.

I certainly will stay here again if I’m ever on a long layover at LHR or catching a morning plane.

Hotel was reasonably priced and very close to Heathrow airport. Parking was very hard to come by. Room was adequate, well appointed and average in size and quality. Strange details, there is a covered indoor \"pool area\" which appears to have had the pool filled with concrete. Even with glass skylights it seems odd that they have sun loungers around a non existent pool. In hotel American style pub/bistro was not great quality. Breakfast is very over priced. Coffee kiosk is fine but slow. You'll find better options of all 3 next door at the Marriott.

I loved the hotel, but I must have misunderstood the aircon in 3124 because I set it and went to sleep, only to wake up sweating because it had not changed all night long. My fault for not having asked someone I guess, but maybe it'd be good to let folks know how to work the aircon

The room was very tired looking. The worst sleep I have had. I felt every spring in my back from the mattress.

Hotel was ok, decor dated and not modern, rooms were very warm and the heating didn’t seem to adjust even when turning the temperature down. Restaurant staff told us to order at the bar then the bar staff told us to sit and wait for our order to be taken at the table, was very slow with lacking communication. The children was playing pool a the staff told us to control the children as they was in a restaurant and people will complain. Why have a working pool table in a “sports bar” if playing could cause offence. Our stay served a purpose but be will be reluctant to return.

Coffee and tea provided was sparse and no biscuits! Have more when we stay in a travel lodge. Carpets in corridors of communal areas badly in need of a good hoover.
No airport bus shuttle, have stayed here before over many years and disappointed the service has been removed.

The club room was a little dated, and the club lounge underwhelming. Alcoholic drinks are only included between 5 - 8pm with a small selection of hot and cold food. Drinks only include wine and beer.
Breakfast was very good and the staff ourstanding.
Overall it was just ok, I wouldn't recommend or stay here again.

When I arrived they could not find my reservations. It took about 20 minutes to get it sorted and I was told to sit and wait while they worked on it.

They room smelled terrible with no second lock for the door, the floor was covered in hair, the furniture is worn, the bed sinks in the middle as if the mattress hasn’t been flipped in years, and the thermostat was completely broken and not connected to the wall.

I brought these concerns to the front desk and she offered me a coupon for a drink at the bar. She asked me if I wanted maintenance to come to my room….maintenance could not help this room so I am not sure what the intention was there.

This hotel should never be a Sheraton ! Super outdated , staff after 4 calls and one in person visit at the front desk, brought requested 2 towels up. Waited over 30 min to get 2 towels. Bathroom to flush the toilet you need to close the top otherwise you can't reach the the flushing valve. Really not a good option.

Used to go there when they still had the pool and you could have cocktails. That was a good feature hadn’t been there in over 20 years so that pool should have been kept. Made the skyline unique considering all the competition on the bath road.

I remember when I booked it the breakfast was free. But the receptionist mentioned it is not. Kind of surprise, anyways overall it was a good stay. I emailed then regarding some information few days back and I got no response. During my stay I called from room to ask something no one picked up. I wanted to give 5 star but due to above reason I took out 2 star.

Not impressed that the bed had a plank underneath it. If the mattress needs replacing I believe it should have been REPLACED.
Otherwise the staff were exceptionally helpful.

The beds are very comfortable but when taking a shower, the water starts to buildup and takes ages to drain away in the room 2091 I think.
