Comfortable and had a bath:) good staff. One slight issue the room service menu is a little limited. There needs to be more classics like a burger or a pasta or risotto or even just a steak. The choices are all a bit either wheat based or with rich sauces like curries.

Staff was very nice & helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the shower was hot with good water pressure. The breakfast was also very good with many, many options. The hotel is very far from the city center it took about 45mins or longer to get to the city center via tube or uber.

Very clean. Quiet. And staff were quite attentive. My only complaint is that if you are driving, it is a bit difficult to get out onto the road because its a very high traffic area. However, the Hangar Lane Tube station is literally a 2 minute walk away. So take the tube. Also a few buses very nearby as well.

Walk from Hangar Lane underground to hotel had to walk through underpass, was worried walking late at night but a few people doing same thing so wasnt a problem. Hotel good, breakfast good. No vegan option but didnt ask. Breakfast was self service. Room clean and good. We asked for quiet room and they gave us a room at the back which was great.

Room 325,Dirty Curtains, stained lamp shade on left hand side of bed and on right hand side next to the TV. Bedside table top on left hand side is warped. Shower at first was just a dribble until I untangled the hose which was kinked under the taps.The room just seemed very tired and for a 4star disappointing.

Great overall!

Really nice hotel. It was easy to park and it’s right on the Hanger Lane tube station. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast selection was really good. We were told breakfast was until 10.30 but we went down late one morning (so our own fault) and it was being cleared away at 10.15, just something to be mindful of. Would stay again, lovely weekend spent there.

We spent 11 days here and loved the staff, breakfast was excellent and Pedro and Sadie were amazingly helpful and super friendly. From the moment we checked in until the day we left all front counter, dining room and cleaning staff were terrific.

The only negatives were with the rooms - bed was too small - only a double and really should be a Queen as a minimum. TV was very small, needs an upgrade. Toilet wouldn't flush - pressure very low.

Very close (3 min walk) to Hanger Lane tube station (central line) so you're in Marble Arch/Oxford St in about 9 stops - 20 minutes.

Will definately stay there again. Good value for money.

When you come out of the Tube Station at Hangar Lane you need to go around to the right and use the subway which brings you up just a few metres from the hotel.

I ordered breakfast for room service , told one off cleaners could you take my left overs she says leave it outside your door was outside in hall all morning and most off the afternoon breakfast not even 1 star absolute terrible of breakfast hash browns soggy egg over cooked bacon terrible sausages were decent and rest was not good enough best thing about this stay was the staff and nice gentlemen behind reception I wouldn’t recommend this stay.

Parking is ludicrously expensive, £19 a night when the price was not exactly low in the first place. On top of this the parking was limited so you spend the money on the parking without guarantee of having a parking spot

Sunday morning the police were at the hotel which blocked me in and meant i could not get to work on time. I understand this is a situation that could not be avoided but there was no effort to address this when raised with staff and was also quite alarming to see this at what i thought would be a secure hotel

Upon checking my room on leaving i noticed there was rubbish under the bed from the previous occupier of the room. I notified staff on the desk when checking out but this was not met with any real apologies or actions that filled me with confidence that they cared

We came to stay only the one night. Great location for atending wembley stadium. The room was pleasant, very comfortable bed. Had everything in you would normally require from a stay. Grwqt added touches in the bathroom; lovely shampoo, Conditioner, handwash and cream provided. My only concern is the window opening - they did not open at all. The breakfast was brilliant, they had everything we liked. The cooked breakfast is very good! We would stay again.

Where do i start, from the minute we checked in to the minute we left we had no problems, the staff were so lovely so kind and so attentive, the gentleman who served us in the restaurant Friday night was amazing, he gave us some top tips for travelling aswell as having a normal conversation with us while we waited for our food, in the restaurant we had a very short wait for our food which was so tasty!
We had a wonderful time Friday-Sunday.
Breakfast Buffett constantly was refilled nothing was ever empty, staff were on it cleaning ensuring you had clean plates and room on the table.
The room was 2 single beds which were soft and bouncy very comfortable!
Thank you all so much!! The fire alarm did go off at 2:45am on Saturday but staff worked quick to ensure it was turned off and a false alarm.

I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza Ealing and had an excellent experience. The hotel is conveniently located near Hanger Lane metro station, making it easy to access central London and other parts of the city. Despite its proximity to major roads, the hotel is remarkably quiet, ensuring a restful stay.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with all the modern amenities you’d expect from a Crowne Plaza property. The staff were courteous and attentive, always ready to help with any requests or questions.

Good location a couple of minutes from the Underground. Couldn't fault the staff they were professional helpful and polite especially the maintenance man and all the breakfast staff. Breakfast was fine but there were no tea facilities, only one pot supplying strong stewed tea, no herbal tea. I had to ask specifically for this which was fine but the staff were already busy. The room could have done with improvement. The bathroom sink did not empty very well so needs checking. The toilet did not flush properly. I was going to contact reception and change room but then the toilet did flush but was temperamental and sometimes didn't flush properly which wasn't pleasant. The room was lovely and big so it's a mystery why the bed is so small. The mattress was cheap and obviously old as there was a dip in the middle. It wasn't a comfy night's sleep. I was surprised as we have stayed at Crowne Plaza in Chester and there was no problem with the room and as a hotel chain I would expect the same high standard. Overall the staff were very hardworking but the rooms need upgrading.

Value for money hotel. Clean rooms if not a little dated. Convenient tube stayion straight outside. I dont mind staying a little outside of central London as long as transport is easy enough. Not much around the hotel but a short taxi ride to ealing had pubs shops, shops, restaurants.

Totally adequate for a one night stopover.
Easy checking in process.
Not a lot of choice for the nighttime meal, however, the smash burger was the best I’ve ever tasted. Hot food on hot plates.
Very comfy beds. Everything is in the room that you would need.
Everything you could wish for for breakfast, and it was delicious. Waiting staff very attentive, in fact all staff were very helpful.
The only negative ( and it is a personal observation ) is the smell of the products used for the handwashing/hand cream. It generated a smell of stale cigarettes that filtered into the corridors.
I would recommend this hotel.

I’ve had the pleasure of staying at the Crowne Plaza Ealing in London on several business trips, and I’m consistently impressed by the experience. The staff are genuinely delightful, making each visit enjoyable. Pedro, in particular, stands out—his humour and engaging personality make him a memorable part of the stay. Umang and Soad also contribute to the hotel's warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The rooms are generally satisfactory. While some have felt a bit tired during previous stays, they are always spotlessly clean. I appreciate the hotel’s initiative to offer points or £5 credit for choosing not to have your room cleaned. Of the two, I prefer the monetary option as I use it to offset meal costs. Just remember, any unused credit expires upon checkout, which is something to keep in mind.

The food at the hotel is excellent. The breakfast is particularly impressive, offering a diverse range of options. For dinner, I highly recommend trying the Chicken Tikka Masala—it’s a standout dish that you shouldn't miss.

Overall, my experience at Crowne Plaza Ealing has been very positive, and I highly recommend it. For those driving, I suggest booking parking through JustPark—it’s considerably cheaper than the hotel’s own rates, though the parking area is the same.

Easy to find on the tube. Close enough to Wembley that we were able to walk back in about an hour - although I’m pleased there were a few of us as it was a bit sketchy in areas. Nice room - as expected. Breakfast was fine - standard hotel breakfast.

The negative feeling about the hotel came after when I realised I left a dress in the wardrobe. Phoned the same day after I’d checked out and was told to email. Emailed and had no response for 5 days so phoned again and was told “we haven’t got the email” without asking my name or what the email was about. Emailed again and when I got an email back a few hours later, I was told no dress was found. So the dress has miraculously disappeared from the wardrobe.
Shame as this would stop be booking there again despite it otherwise being a good hotel.

We were able to check in early due to an early concert at Wembley. Really nice to have a small fridge in the room too, found that very useful. I’d definitely recommend and would come again

The overall stay was satisfactory but the biggest disappointment was that the WiFi didn’t work in the room and there was nothing watchable on the tv. I called the reception and they said that maintenance will come tomorrow at 9am in the morning. 1 Star for not being able to resolve the minor issue then.

A lovely hotel. Clean and well presented. Staff were helpful and booked us into a different room as we were an hour early and our room wasn’t ready. Comfortable beds.

The area around the hotel is a bit grubby with a small row of shops … most of which were shut. A barbers, newsagent, etc.

Don’t let that put you off though as the transport links are very good and the local people are very friendly and helpful when asking for directions.

The hotel was ok, but it’s on a major traffic intersection and 20-30 minutes from anywhere worth going to in Ealing and 30 minutes from Wembley where it’s advertised as being near. The area around the hotel is dirty and desolate. Hotel itself and staff were fine.

We had 3 rooms. All rooms looked tired and in need of updating. One room had a broken bedside shade 210 and dad to get maintenance to check the toilet. one room which looked over a flat roof on the ground floor 024 had unlocked windows which couldn't be locked from inside but could be opened from the outside which was a safety issue and security issue plus a noisy fan outside making it hard to sleep. For a 4 star hotel and for the cost per room was overpriced.
