clean bed clean toilet but everything else is old and tired. Bath is hot but shower is luke warm. Bed is old and makes sound but sleepable. Quite noisy all room facing main street. No central heating but a big heating machine in room. TV is about 14inch not smart, smallest I have seen anywhere. Good location for shows and events and good price, wont mind staying again for the price.

Lovely staff. Clean towels and bed linen. Any surface not looked down was caked in dust. So don't use selves or dry items on a radiator. Room decor is dated. Some areas clearly not repaired by a professional so had rough finishes. Hallways very hot and aircon in the rooms old and ineffective. The parking was easy, free and flexible. Breakfast is 3 staff guarding and rationing cold food (for cooked breakfast). There's plenty of food options half the price and better quality in a 5 minute walk.

Location was the greatest asset of this hotel. We went for a comedy show and it was literally at a doorstep from OVO Arena.
Staff were accommodating during check-in/out.
Room was clean although you can tell that it needs upgrading, still served its purpose with baaic amenities. Bed was comfortable.
Parking was free.
Will definitely stay here again if coming to Wembley for an event.

Location was absolutely perfect for a trip to Wembley and it was such a bonus that we could park at the hotel too. While the hotel served its purpose and the staff couldn’t have been more friendly, it felt very sad and neglected. The reception area consistently smelt of cigarette smoke as people were smoking just outside the doors. The room had definitely seen better days. Our mattress caved in, in the middle and was very uncomfortable, the carpet had iron burns and marks all over it, the lampshade kept falling off and the water from the taps sprayed in all different directions. We paid £163 for the night which while I appreciate London prices and all that, it really did feel like the convenience is what we paid for and not comfort (or modernisation).

Albeit it was a busy weekend with football and concert, the bar could have done with a few chairs. There were none. The room was spacious and comfortable. Thank god the extract fan from the kitchen turned off before l went to bed. The pigeons residing in the windowsill woke me up at 0.600 so never needed my alarm. That needs sorting. Place needs a major upgrade. Shower was very bad ( like being in the Baltics in 1967 ) even the hot tap went cold for a few minutes??? But l have to say that the staff were exceptionally nice. They have their work cut out on match days. Please spend a bit on a plumbing upgrade. It really needs it. Get a fully pumped return system so hot water is available within the regulations. I’m a plumber.

The hotel was clean and easy to get too. It really helped us out with the tube strikes. Great price wish the cups in the room were bigger. A reminder to staff you shouldn't be calling out the number of the room, other people can hear what you are saying and it can be very unsafe for females. Other than that I can't fault the stay.

The hotel room was clean although a little dated. The bath had enamel missing from the bottom and needs replacement. The curtains do not completely cover the window and let in light.
On a positive note, the check in was excellent, the hotel has ample parking and given the events happening the price paid was the best locally.
Slept like a log and would stay here again as offers value for money

Great location! Loads of parking, rooms are big but a bit outdates, Air condition are old fashion and dont cool the room adequately that we had to ask for an electric fan at 3am but staff very helpful and offered for us to move rooms. Good hotel for 1 night stay and for parking.

I booked this hotel for it’s parking availability. Great location of Wembley Stadium and arena. The property itself is outdated. May need refurbishing to score better. The breakfast os basic so I did not pay for a breakfast, but when I went at the restaurant only to have coffee- I think the price of £6 for 2 people is not worth the money as the coffee is very basic. If you are after parking is what you are after, then thos place is ideal, but do not expect much when it comes to it’s modernity.

Disinterested staff behind the check-in desk. This is the second time I've stayed here and been woken up by pigeons nesting right outside the room window. There seems to be a real issue with pigeons at the back of this hotel and the outside walls of the hotel are covered in their mess. Whilst the bed looked clean enough, things like the shower and bin in the toilet were pretty dirty. This hotel needs some serious sprucing up.

Facilities great a safe tv fridge hairdryer iron kettle tea and coffee what more do you actually need?
We enjoyed our experience didn't use bar or restaurant so cant comment. We did travel by train (just 10-15min walk to hotel down high st)but found out they have free parking which is very unusual for the london area so may consider a return with vehicle.

Parking was fine, although when we drove around the back of the hotel it looked very poorly kept. Radiator on full blast in the room and when we changed to off, there was no difference. Slept with the windows open but noisy outside! Shower on the other hand was freezing cold. Did not have breakfast in the package and after the rest of the uninspiring stay chose to visit a Starbucks instead. Proximity to Wembley was great but would have preferred a premier inn or Travelodge, as you know the standard to expect.

Arrived and the entrance lobby had a bad odour of stale cigarette smoke.

Room was of poor condition, massive stains on the ceiling, someone's old bra beside the bed, a sandwich left in the bin.

If you flushed the toilet, the worktop hiding the cistern jumped up!

Again in the hallway was a terrible odour of stale cigarette smoke.

Its in a fantastic area for Wembley Stadium, the tube, shopping, lots of restaurants, friendly & helpful staff,.. But the general condition of the Hotel & Room was very poor!
The carpets are very old & stained, the bathroom was clean, but everything was chipped and very badly 'patched-up'. The table in the room was old, sticky, and I refused to touch it! Urrgghh!..
But the bed was clean, shower worked well, as did the tv!
Would i stay there again?.. ONLY as a verrry, verrry last resort, I'm afraid.

This is an "ok" hotel in a good location. Desperately in need of modernisation and a refresh. Loose taps in bathroom, loose bedside tables,
I prefer ordered a travel cot and had to ask again on arrival. It was in very poor condition. If I was stayi6more than 1 night I would've bought a new one.

The staff was not very helpful or friendly, the beds were very uncomfortable and probably the thinnest mattress I've ever slept on. When using the shower, I had to leave the curtain open because it's on a straight rail instead of a curved one, so it tries to cling to you the entire time, and the water was NOT hot enough. Overall, very disappointed for the price I paid.

So there was thick blanket of dust in the air con vents, something was hanging down from under the windowsill, looked like the lining of the wall, the ironing board stand and wall was very dirty, the bath had black marks in it, I think it was chipped paint and the shower and taps were so dirty with water marks and and built up lime scale. Also there was an open used soap left on the sink. The hotel was very tired and needs to be updated. It was fine for 1 night. Perfect location for going to watch a show, the theatre was a 3 minute walk away. Staff were friendly but I wouldn’t book again

I have stayed in London many times over the years and would say that, for the money, this was the worst experience I have ever had. The staff was barely civil and the whole hotel felt extremely run-down. The room was in need of painting and several things were not working. I could only find one functional electrical outlet, the TV was not operational (turns out the cable had been unplugged), and the safe's mechanism was pulled away from the door -- the batteries were lying in the safe, and the door could not close as it was misaligned. The heated towel racks weren't working and when I asked about them, I was told they had been disabled throughout the hotel as they were a safety hazard. (A sign indicating that might have been nice.) The drawers to the desk wouldn't close properly and there was a slight odor throughout. When I requested a new room, the staff grudgingly agreed. The new room was marginally better - at least the TV worked. In addition, there is no food available at the hotel, not even vending machines. I was very glad I was only staying the one night. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel was exceptionally well located for both the Troubadour theatre & Wembley stadium.
Having free parking is a great asset.
Some areas of the hotel look a little 'tired', particularly the bar.
Our room was a good size and the shower (over the bath) worked well.
Quite a lot of road noise at night.
