It was amazing! I was allowed to check in early without extra charges.The hotel is so clean and the receptionist so helpful! The room was so spacious and the bed so comfortable. The hotel is situated in a quiet neighbourhood and close to North Acton Station. I will visit again.

i had booked this hotel for the Coldplay concert on the 7th Sept 25 and as concert was rescheduled to the earlier date of the 6th Sept i contacted the hotel to ask could i transfer the booking to another hotel in the city centre as we were not attending the concert but wanted to visit London anyway as previously planned. Staff were most unhelpful and no option was given to my request, I ended up booking another hotel in Leicester square. I did not expect a refund just requested a transfer of booking

Would highly recommend!

We stayed here as a family at the beginning of August as we saw Coldplay at Wembley and the hotel staff really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Everything was clean and our rooms were perfect for us. Breakfast facilities were ideal for all of us and the children loved all the available options. Check-in was quick and easy, as was check-out. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the nearest Tube station which is so convenient for getting in & out of central London. My brother and his young family were with us in London and had a terrible experience with their nearby Air BnB which they had to leave and this Hotel saved them, finding them a room at short notice and even upgrading them. They also gave the children wrist bands to choose free snacks from the cafe which they loved. The staff really were helpful and attentive to them. We all agreed that we would definitely stay here again.

Good choice for Wembley Stadium events

We picked the hotel due to the proximity to Wembley stadium as we were going to a concert there. We had a family room for 3 adults and a 16 year old. The sofa bed mattress was a little thin but it was perfectly adequate for one night.
All the staff were hood, check in was easy and parking was available.
Breakfast was a lovely buffet with quite a lot of choice.
The price we paid was extremely hood value considering the hotel prices on the Wembley campus.
It was an easy drive from the hotel to Wembley

Hotel lobby excellent and staff polite helpful and efficient. Room was large and very clean and comfortable with a great nights sleep.

Bathroom was slightly disappointing, with tiles and grout clearly aging and in need of attention. Paintwork on inside of bathroom door very tired and a crack in the bowl of the toilet. None of these spoilt the function of any of the bathroom facilities, but they were not up to the standard of the hotel itself of the bedroom part of the room.

We booked this hotel because it advertised on Expedia that it has laundry FACILITIES and has air conditioning. However, it does NOT have laundry facilities but only laundry service. The air conditioner never worked.

Very convenient hotel for access to the tube network. We had an issue with the reservation when checking in as I’d booked 3 rooms but they only had 2 reserved, eventually sorted but took a while and staff weren’t exactly forthcoming with an apology or explanation. One of the other rooms also had access issues with cards not working. Overall our stay was ok but could have been much better.

Not really their fault, but for tourists, this is not really in London. Take 45 minutes by rail or Uber to get downtown. Hotel itself was clean and adequate, but not worth the $$$.

Improperly working air conditioning of some rooms.

My room was not an “executive” marked room.
The air conditioner was not working properly. I was unable to lower the thermostat and its control did not appear to correspond to the real room temperature. I was offered a room fan to alleviate the the uncomfortable temperature which I refused. I was told the hotel has a different air conditioning unit for the “executive” marked rooms than which I was housed. I knew the difference because I had access to an “executive” marked room which was much cooler with a properly working thermostat.
Only one of the two elevators was servicing the seven floors otherwise, the hotel was clean. The food was ok but their pizza was not comparable to any in the USA. It wasn’t as good, thin crust, burnt but edible.

Spent a long weekend at this hotel with my partner. The hotel is situated just outside of central London and is a short ride on the central line underground train. It’s very easy to get to. It’s only a short walk from the station to the hotel. There is a Tesco and Sainsbury’s near to the hotel. Check-in was easy and staff at the hotel with very accommodating. We had a family room that was a good size and comfortable. If you’re happy being just outside of Central London then I would certainly recommend recommend this hotel

Extremely poor for a Holiday Inn

Really disappointed-air con would not go below 20 degrees so room was constantly hot. The flush on the toilet would randomly go every half an hr or so so another reason to not get any sleep. Nobody asked how the stay was either which I feel is essential within the industry. I’m sure most others enjoyed there stay however mine was very poor.

Hidden parking costs need to be upfront on booking

Didn’t appreciate the hidden parking costs. Nowhere to park on arrival, as not enough parking spaces, which is a very very uncomfortable position to be in especially in the middle of London. Sort it out !

Brilliant hotel.

No issue from the time I walked in to the time I checked out. Everything was spot on! Ignore all bad reviews! This hotel was phenomenal!! Thank you to all staff. The reason for staying was Vertu Cup final I travelled from Blackpool all the way to Wembley!

We visited with our 6 year old and felt safe the whole time. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They even allowed us to check in a bit early. Friendly with children and the room was a bit smaller than normal, but worked for us as we didn’t spend much time there. We spent 3 nights. Double bed and twin bed.

Don’t spend your money on this hotel

We have been using Holiday Inn for nearly 10 years for our family trips but it has drastically gotten worse. The towels were dirty that we could not use them, the fridge was broken so there was no cold water for us to drink, the bed frame was damaged and the room was too small for a family of 4 it was such a shame to pay £120 a night to stay in this room.

Well located with spacious clean and comfortable room. Not very quiet due to busy roads and noise from corridors and other rooms.
Having meeting rooms on the same floor as guest rooms meant often there were people congregating in the corridors/hall areas near the lifts and stsirswhich guests had to go through to their rooms.

Arrived at the hotel and the room we booked had an issue. We were given a room with one double bed and one single for a family of 4!
A staff member came in our room in the night and also a drunk person tried our door. There was roadworks going on outside our window. Bed was rock hard and the heating didn’t work.

The staff was ok (people look to you like suspicious) but service a bit disappointed because for 2 days consecutive we had cold shower and guy went to the room to verify which's I feel uncomfortable. I’m sorry don’t take a cold out specially in winter.
At 5 in morning people making to much noise shouting and running, listen car on road definitely not soundproofed

Great hotel but door opened during stay

Upgraded to an executive room which was nice surprise, have stayed before and really like the hotel however at just after 9.30 someone tried to enter the room checkout was 12! When I shouted and then went to see who it would have been I didn’t see anyone in the corridor I mentioned it to reception who said they thought it would have been staff servicing the room but I noted no one had knocked the door, announced themselves or anything which I would have expected rather than the door just being opened definitely took the shine off the stay, the hotel are investigating

Staff are polite and lovely. We had dinner at the hotel. Ordered pizza and pint and fish and chips. The pizza was cold when it arrived would have been really nice if it was hot. Fish and chips was good.
Breakfast, bake beans were cold everything else was warm. Staff friends and accommodating.

The hotel is only about 2 minutes walk from North Acton metro station so incredibly convenient. There are a number of take away establishments en route so it is very convenient. The property itself looks new and the room was pristine and spacious. The staff were warm and friendly and the facilities were excellent. This is the nicest budget hotel I've stayed in London, which is generally so over priced. I would highly recommend this to anyone staying in London.
