The only good thing I can say about this hotel was the young man at the reception desk that was extremely helpful and nice otherwise there’s nothing good to say about this place. The housekeeping was a joke as they would only remove your used towels and replace it with clean ones. The room was extremely dirty, no toilet paper, no clean sheets and for the price we paid it wasn’t worth it at all. Had we known about the condition of this place we wouldn’t have booked it at all.

The room was in the roof space and was quite tatty. There was a loft space for private storage and the doors were broken. The bathroom was extremely tight.

The room was very small with few amenities. The bed was extremely hard. It felt like we were staying in a hostel. Was under the impression at the time of booking that breakfast was provided and was not. The key for the door was very difficult to use. The room was so hot we had to leave the windows open which let in the light and felt slightly unsafe and made sound travel. Could hear the shower running in the next room. It was a quick walk to the underground through an area that was slightly dodgy. We could get to any of the attractions in about 30 minutes. The upscale Westfield shopping centre was right across the street. The people at the front desk were kind and polite. It’s not a bad place to stay, just know what you’re getting!

The staff were friendly and welcoming when I arrived. I didn't see them again after that due to timings. The room was not as advertised. No separate seating area, not as large as stated on advert, a smaller TV (24 inch not 32). The bed was on wheels that had no way to lock them so every time I moved, the bed shifted. A plug directly next to the bed showed sign of burning or heat damage. The bathroom was reasonable and the shower was large, which was nice. However the extractor fan did not function and the movement sensor kept turning the lights off. The shower water was warm which was welcomed. A light fixture was hanging out of the ceiling and mold was growing on the window, likely because of no extractor. I doubt I will stay here ever again

Checking in was a breeze and i get that you need to see ID but not sure that GDPR states that you are allowed to take a picture of it on your phone ? i am just waiting for the email to say i have been cloned somewhere ?

My son and I stayed for one night to attend a football match at QPR. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was small but perfectly adequate for our needs, and the price was excellent. We would definitely stay again.

This place is awful. There’s no air conditioning, and the windows don’t even open so I can air it out. The ceilings are terrible short - a tall guy such as myself cannot even stand up straight. No hot water in the shower, the bathroom stinks like there’s a sewage backup, and there’s a storage in the room with a broken door displaying bags of the hotels belongings crammed in here.
It’s a top floor room with no lift and it’s terribly hot.
I could add more but that should give you an image. I honestly feel like I should be given a full refund for this room - it truly is THAT bad.

This is a great selection for a basic place to lay your head, shower, and rest. It is no frills, but 3 blocks from the Picadilly line and right across the street from the Mall. The front desk man is very helpful and kind. I would stay here again, especially for the low price they offered.

I will start with the positive, the staff was very nice and the area was very centric and easy transportation access. Now, the property was a bit old, we did not get the room in the pictures, some towels had holes in them, the decorative pillows were dirty, the light in the bathroom was automatic and turned on and off all night, we could hear everything that was going on in the next room. WiFi did not work at all. If you won’t be in the room all day I would say it’s good enough.

Lovley hotel polite staff extremly quite which is fab as im a light sleeper close to tube and shopping center room had all we needed for a few nights stay only downside for me was the bathroom had a little step down which we wasnt aware of and i slipped and twisted my ankle causing a sore ankle for the whole trip. And the bathroom had a small amount of mould on the ceiling from little ventilation

The room was small but had everything that we needed. Priced appropriately for a small room. Convenient location for Wood Lane TV studios. The room was serviced daily and towels swapped. The shower was good and bedding looked clean and fresh. We were greeted and checked in very quickly on arrival. Had a wheelchair with us and this room was swapped from an upstairs to a ground floor room (we hadn’t notified the hotel about this in advance) and were very happy that they offered this ammendment. Seen a number of bad reviews but they did not apply to our experience at this hotel.

The hotel was well sign posted and reception was nice and clean. The receptionist was very helpful and made checking in and out very easy. The room was cosy but practical, with all the facilities we needed. There were coffee facilities in the room however the cups were dirty upon checking in and was left there after room clean, new cups we asked for were still dirty. The room was standardly clean. We had a fan in the room which was well appreciated. Overall I enjoyed our stay and would happily rebook in the future.

I loved staying in Shepherd’s Bush. So handy for Central London and for late night eateries after the theatre. Easy to get back to King’s Cross too. The hotel was basic but fine. Our room wasn’t very well cleaned - not enough towels, no soap, hair in the bed, but the man at reception was helpful and sorted things. The beds were comfy and we slept well. It wasn’t expensive. We’d stay here again.

Ok, s it’s cheap, but was disappointed to be given a twin room after booking a double (being 6’ and on the large size I can’t sleep in a single). The walls are paper thin and you could hear every noise from adjacent rooms. Very unlikely to re-book.

This was our 3rd time staying at this hotel for Nottinghill Carnival. The hotel only provides one key per room so it difficult to coordinate. They give the option of leaving the key at the front desk but reception is not 24 hours (you also need a key to enter the hotel itself). We misplaced this key on our last day and was charged £45. Our first day we arrived late, get ready and went out. We came back late at night to one of the beds soaked in urine; mattress, sheets and all bedding. As no one was at the desk we had to wait until the next morning for it to be addressed. The mattress was changed but no compensation given. A simple \"apologies for the inconvenience\" was all we received. The manager is friendly and kind however monitora comings and goings. We were not allowed to have a friend come to the room to pick something up. It's a shame we had this experience as the location is great. We will not be returning as their lack of concern about hygeine and cleanliness mixed with no freedom to come and go as we please is enough for us to not return.

A good hotel located close to Westfield shopping centre and several other bars, restaurants and tube stations. Staff are friendly. Rooms are basic but clean. Only issue I had was that the mug and spoon were not very clean. Not a huge issue as I didn't want to use the tea/coffee facilities anyway. Overall a good place to stay

First stay at this hotel and for my needs I would highly recommend it, pro's we're.. Great location for Shepherds Bush empire and 20 min walk to Apollo, good size for single, comfortable bed, warm, good TV, felt safe, supermarkets very close, excellent shower.

used this hotel for work and found room clean and looked good but there was a strong smell in room also a bit of noise as the person upstairs seemed to walked around a lot and a time sounds like a herd of elephants and was woken up a couple of times also had to check out very early to get back to work and no lights on stars witched seemed a bit dangers as very dark

Great little place for a central stay
A lovely little stay in London, hotel is fabulously located for the TV Studios and right across from Westfield White City shopping centre. Wood Lane and Shepherds Bush Market underground stations were under ten minutes walk away. Clean, tidy and comfortable and a pleasant, welcoming greeting from the reception desk. I Would definitely stay here again, thank you :-)

Upon arrival the front door was locked and we rang the doorbell multiple times and nobody ever answered. I had to call the hotel and was told to wait 10 more minutes. The room we stayed in was decent. We weren’t given any wash cloths. The fan in the room barely worked. Once we got up the next morning, we noticed the breakfast was being held between 7:30-10:00am. We decided to head down around 8am to find that no one was manning the breakfast bar. Also, the “continental breakfast” they had placed out was uncooked eggs, store bought pastries wrapped in tin foil placed in storage container, and one lemon. We couldn’t find anyone to help us and we even had to turn on the lights ourselves and we waited about 15 minutes before booking a table at Bill’s across the street at the mall. Overall I give this place a rating of 2 Stars.

This property was exactly as advertised. Nothing special just a solid cheap place to stay. My only issue is that they say there is someone manning the front desk everyday but we weren’t able to get in and speak to anyone when we arrived early on the day of check in. Rang the bell multiple times and knocked but nobody answered. Upon our stay we realized that was probably because the person answering the door was also the one making breakfast until 10am.

Fantastic location, directly opposite the Westfield shopping centre and close to tube station. Nothing to complain about apart from the bathroom was a little dark. The breakfast was good too. We got a good night's sleep, it was very quiet. We will book again.
