Tv did not work, sound proofing is non existent, can hear every noise above and to the sides, even toilet flushing.

Fire alarm at midnight went off for a long period of time completely ruined all sleep

Lovely clean hotel and friendly close to station. Breakfast had plenty of choice but was not very hot. There were some hairs on the floor in the bathroom and shower. Some tatty bits and pieces. No plug socket where kettle is and no sockets near bed.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The atmosphere throughout the property was quiet, which made for an excellent night’s sleep.
Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free, and I felt completely safe thanks to the building’s strong security measures. The hotel also offers an on-site restaurant and bar, which was very convenient.
The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to the tube station and close to plenty of shopping facilities. Overall, this hotel combines comfort, safety, and convenience, making it a great choice for anyone visiting the area.

AVOID!!! As the director of my business I booked the stay in advance for myself and 5 employees who were working late in the area. When we arrived they said \"Two of you will need to share a room as one of the rooms had a toilet that didnt work\". No advance warning or email communication about the problem, very poor! In addition this the room was dirty, the ensuite was for someone with disabilities with a rubber wet floor with a hole in the middle smothered with bathroom sealant, raised cushioned toilet and a cushioned seat in the shower. At £244 (Total £1,464.00) a night per person my business has been ripped off!!

Good location but facilities are lacking. I was put in an accessible room with issues in the bathroom - the floor was damaged in the shower, water didn't drain correctly and there was quite a bit of mould around the tiles.

The breakfast had a decent selection but there are a limited number of tables.

Ibis is a budget hotel chain but lately this location has gotten more expensive especially outside of low season. The rooms don’t have many amenities, but makes an efficient use of its limited size with table space and even a small bench. The staff don’t always refill the soap dispensers, I ended up buying my own from the dollar store. The best part of staying here is the location with lots of shopping nearby as well as easy tube access. The new Elizabeth Line has made getting to the hotel from Heathrow much easier than in the past.

Stayed in this Ibis after a lomg day shopping in the nearby Westfield. Check in was quick, and the staff member on the desk was polite and friendly. We only needed a room for one night so decided to go to the Ibis under the assumption that it would be a basic clean room from a chain hotel, so you know what your getting.

Well, we thought we did. We were put into room 320, which is apparently a disability room. Not disabled, but no problem. The room was as bare as a prison cell. It had a bed, a desk, a tiny wardrobe section and thats it. There was a lot of empty floor space like a sofa or something had been removed.

The shower room was rusty and dated. The tap constantly ran in the bathroom, and not just a drip but a constant stream. The toilet looked like it was half hanging off the wall, and there was no sink space to store anything. There was a utility cupboard door that wouldnt close, and a few bugs in the room itself.

The walls are paper thin with people coming and going most of the night, and the streets outside are lively as expected being in London so you cant really sleep with window open. Wouldnt be a problem but the air conditioning didnt work.

Honestly it gets 1 star purely because it was four walls and a roof, but everything else could be improved. Not expecting a 5* stay but I didnt realise Ibis standards were so low.

We booked breakfast on our first morning. The seating area was very cramped and a few of the choices for hot food were waiting to be replenished. I wasn’t able to have a hot breakfast of my choice sure to this. There was no bread available to toast by the time it did arrive I had finished my breakfast

On a previous trip, I was on the third floor; this trip, I was on the first floor. The rooms were identical in style, but the first floor room looked like it had experienced much more use since the most recent refurbishment. It was still fine, I’d happily stay there again, it was still a comfortable and clean place to stay, but there was definitely a difference in property condition between the two rooms.

Stayed for a couple of nights to attend a concert at the Shepherd’s Bush Empire which is two minutes away. Hotel is convenient for the tube and buses. Room was clean and quiet and overall great value. Breakfast was all you can eat buffet, which, although not great, is adequate to get you going. All staff were polite, friendly and helpful, couldn’t have been better. Would stay again.

The hotel is fine (basically, not terrible but not great). No mini fridge which is a shame as we brought refrigerated breakfast items that we had to eat at dinner time. We paid for the continental breakfast which again was fine, the food was okay, lukewarm mostly, and an okay selection. The beds were an ok level of comfort but the bedding was very warm and the pillows weren’t supportive and had to be doubled up. There was no bath mat which had to be requested so had to use a towel. The area is a bit off putting, loud, unfriendly and slightly dangerous. Overall, it was fine but we are not planning on visiting London again because of how stressful and busy it can get, so no plans to visit the hotel again.

The only positive of this place is the location. The hotel is dated and dirty. The rooms are incredibly dated and small. Everything creaks! When anyone passed in the hallway it would make the floor in our room creak like someone was walking in the room. The bathroom door was so hard to open and close, you had to slam it! Making it impossible to not wake companions up when you went to the toilet in the night. Shower was grimey and lacking any sort of pressure. It's all dirty and crumbiling away from years of use. Honestly, one of the worst places I've ever stayed.

Our stay was faultless.A clean bed especially and location perfect for us as we had to go to the Television Centre. It was a steady 10 mins walk away..The Westfield shpping center is less than a 10 mins walk away.So many shops and eateries to suit everyones taste.Some fabulous coffee shops too.If you wanted to do your weekly shop most supermarkets were scattered around locally .The best thing of all were the staff,each and everyone of them couldnt have been more pleasant and obliging. We would stay again.The Ibis maybe classed as a budget hotel and we only paid £80 it ceases to feel like a budget hotel the minute you walk in.
As always the breakfast is overpriced i just under £20 but with McDonald's just a couple of mins away and you can see it from the hotels entrance its a no brainer to me thats 4 macdonalds. breakfast deals lol

Don’t be fooled by the snazzy lobby images

Was given an accessible room. The bathroom was horrid, very mouldy with no ventilation and in terrible condition. It was essentially a wet room but done very poorly, so using the shower you had to wait to step into the bathroom again as the whole thing floods.

Bedroom was very basic standard Ibis fare, which is normally fine, but in this case it was just not clean, dust and hair all over the floors. The sheets were clean at least.
