I loved the period charm, the well appointed room, very friendly and helpful staff. The proximity to the Piccadilly line meant commuting to the airport was straightforward. I will recommend this hotel to family and friends travelling to the UK soon.

It’s a small hotel with boutique vibes, which we really liked – it felt personal, friendly and welcoming rather than corporate. The staff were warm and helpful, and the whole place had a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere.
The location is excellent – around 10 minutes from Hammersmith and the tube station – but set in a quiet, safe area so you’re away from the hustle and bustle when you want to relax. It was the perfect balance of convenience and calm.
Overall, a really pleasant stay and great value for London. Would definitely recommend!

The room was nice but dated and run down. The sockets had USB points but they were damaged and didn't work. There is potential for it to be a great experience but there needs to be some love and care in the general presentation and feel of the room.

Additionally there was a bright light outside the window in the kitchenette area and no way to close this area of from bedroom disrupting an otherwise fine nights sleep.

The staff were friendly, but the hotel bar closed around 11pm, which was disappointing when returning to the room after my evening out.

A beautifully appointed, comfortable and pristinely clean room and characterful hotel. Our stay was marred by poor service at breakfast.

Two pots of like warm coffee were brought along with a tiny jug of milk. We had to go in search of a waiter for more milk. The tepid coffee was undrinkable so we had to go in search of a waiter who only then brought a properly brewed cup of coffee - and then asked whether a second cup was required for my fellow guest. No spoon was available for the boiled egg because it was a cold boiled egg. We couldn't face going looking for a waiter yet again for another cup of coffee. There was no-one on hand in the restaurant to clear surplus plates from the table.

The room was delightful but the breakfast service was a disgrace.

Quirky but lovely old building that puts the modern, often soulless chain of hotels to shame. Our room was clean and packed with amenities. The staff were highly professional and attentive at all times. The Melody restaurant was great and the portion sizes were large! The whisky bar had an incredible range to choose from but could be dangerous! We would definitely recommend this and we will be returning next time we visit London.

We had a lovely stay at St Paul's Hotel. The staff were friendly and the property is really beautiful. Very quiet considering it's busy location, and the rooms were well appointed. Bus stop right outside and the Hammersmith train station only 7 minutes walk. I was in town for a photography convention and it was a quick 2 block walk to that which was great. My only complaint would be the hot water in the shower was not very consistent. Some days just a few minutes of hot water, on others, it was barely warm. On the last day of our stay I was unable to shower as there was no hot water at all at 930am:( Aside from that- it was a really good stay!

The room was definitely quirky - sloping ceilings and a round ended bed. The ceilings made it really very small, but we were only there for one night so not a major issue.

It was clean enough but needs a bit of tlc in places - beautiful bathroom but with a tatty bath panel that could do with a coat of paint.
Could do with more milk and teabags being in the room - especially since it was freezing outside.
However, great value for the location.

My husband and I stayed for one night after arriving in London and it was a beautiful treat! The building has been meticulously updated and spotless. Everything about our room was perfect - the bed was comfortable, the bathroom spacious, and beautifully appointed throughout. We spent a little time in the Melody Whiskey Bar, which is right inside the hotel itself. Breakfast was included in our rate, and there was both an a la carte menu and continental buffet - all delicious. While I don’t think the space would have been big enough for an extended stay (with the luggage we had), it was perfect for our introduction to London!

Wonderful hotel, great location, not easy to find if walking from Hammersmith tube, the Hotel is inside St Paul’s Park, no signs indicating it’s there until you walk past the park to the other side of the hotel, the bar sadly closed at 10 pm, would have been nice to have a drink on return from our evening out. The room was perfect for our needs, bed very comfy, great shower too, we didn’t have breakfast as not fans of continental. Staff helpful and friendly, we’d definitely stay again.

This is a beautiful hotel right in the heart of Hammersmith. It was clean, the staff were exceptional and the room was fabulous. It is in a lovely old building with gardens. They had the Christmas decorations up whilst I was there and it was really lovely. I've been to London a lot and this hotel was definitely in my favourites, I would love to stay there again.

We loved this hotel! It was in a neighborhood close to both the Tube and bus line so we easily got around. The rooms are small but fully functional and contained everything needed for a great stay. The breakfast included both a continental option as well as a hot option you could order. Service was great!

The entire experience was perfect. The staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way to ensure i had a great stay. The room was just right, and had the perfect mix of old and new. They were decorating for Chelristmas when i arrived, and it was beautiful, not overly done. Very warm and inviting atmosphere. Comfy and the bus stop was right across the street with the train just a couple of blocks away.

My room was beautiful, and overlooked the lovely park next door . It's a stunning Hotel. It's a very old school...such Character. The staff were lovely...and breakfast was delicious. St Paul's is in a great position for walking ...plenty of cafes small supermarket close too. Having a minibar in the room was a bonus as well. The bed was extremely luxurious and comfortable too. I had only one night here but so wish I'd had more time. I would certainly come back to this wonderful Hotel. Thankyou all for a lovely stay 🌹🌹

I was happy that the hotel has kept lots of character and feels like a period property. My room was very attractive and was clean. I also enjoyed the whisky bar with its 150 whiskies. The location is good- being between two tube stations. I couldn't apply my Hotels.com silver VIP discount however, as apparently I need to state this upfront, rather tjan when settling my bill.

Overall the hotel was nice. Only complain was the draperies which were dusty and unkept; which, when we move them had dust and cobwebs. Aside from that, it was a wonderful, clean room. The area surrounding the hotel was AMAZING. Lot's of little places to walk to with transit accessible from Baron's Court station.

This hotel was just perfect. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. The perfect balance of comfort and style with a welcoming feel.

The beds were comfortable, room was quiet and good sized for European hotel rooms.

The neighborhood is clean, safe and quiet, and I especially loved the park in the back for a relaxing stroll. Not too far of a walk from the metro and worth the extra steps to stay in this area.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We took advantage of afternoon tea. The food and tea were both delicious and the wait staff were a big help with choosing the tea options. Being an American who only drinks a couple of versions of hot tea, I appreciated the patience and expertise they provided. Our waiter was the best. He gave us tips for places to visit and really made us feel at home on our short stop in London. I will definitely stay here next time I’m in the UK.

I asked for a room with 2 beds and when I arrived I was told that they didn’t have any. I had to downgrade to a different suite after talking with the front desk for over 10 minutes and pleading with them that wanted what I paid for. They found another room and separated the king bed to make two single beds. Which worked

Just wasn’t happy with the room #9. It was quite small and as we are aware it’s an old building and rooms can be smaller than others it was quite tight for a couple. We opened the small window but had to close it due to odour.
We mentioned to the front desk that the stained chair should be cleaned or removed.

The room was clean and staff very friendly and welcoming. Chris in the bar area was really easy to chat to and very helpful. The guy on reception evening time was so helpful when i couldnt get the tv to work, changing the batteries and popping up to the room to check that it worked once he had changed them. I had room service meal of fish and chips and i thought it was delicious and well worth the money (too large for me). Didnt stay for breakfast as needed to get home. Only downside was the plumbing noises all night keeping me awake like someone gargling in our room. I had to try and drown out the noise with tissue in my ears. I managed about 2 hrs sleep. I would like to stay again as handy location but would need another room to see if the issues were only a problem with our room.

Lovely hotel but one rude receptionist.

Lovely hotel. Most of staff very nice and welcoming. However the lady who was on reception Saturday afternoon/evening was quite rude. When i asked for some more tiny milks the receptionist asked sternly \" Why! Isnt 4 enough?\" I replied \"No, as i use 2 per drink as they are only small.\" She then glared at me before storming off and returning with cupped handful of milks which she then thrust into my hands. Never encountered that before at any hotel.

The hotel was a perfect location outside of the tourist area. Very walkable and lots of restaurants and shopping near by. The hotel staff are amazing and friendly. The rooms are quaint and clean. Don’t expect a huge room, but it was enough for us. We Lao tried the tea service and were pleasantly surprised. Will stay here again if we have the opportunity.
