The hotel was lovely , reception lady Maria was helpful and gave us an upgrade on our room. Unfortunately the room need some TLC there was a crack in the wall which was very obvious, shower head could have done with descaling . Other than that would definitely stay again as staff was nice , food was really nice

The wardrobe shelf was really dusty so when I took my black t shirt down it was covered in dust. Carpets are stained. Foul smell from sink drain. Hair matted in the carpet

We are really bummed about the TV in our room, no subtitles. I can't even call the front desk from room 9016 on the 9th floor. I went downstairs to complain about the subtitles, and the staff said it was fine, but it still didn't work. We weren't having a good time. The restaurant was also a problem; we told them we're deaf, but they still spoke too fast for us to lip-read. We really couldn't understand anything. Plus, our room wasn't cleaned, and we ran out of coffee pods, milk, and tea. I went downstairs again, and a man knocked on our door, but we didn't hear him. The door was still a bit open, so I checked, and he was standing there. He gave us some stuff, but no milk. I asked, \"Where's the milk?\" and he didn't seem to understand what I was saying. It made me so mad! 1 practically yelled \"MILK!\" and he just said \"OK.\" And guess what? Still no subtitles. We had to ask the front desk so many times. We paid a lot for this hotel, restaurant, and drinks, and it's just not what we expected. No clean up when we went out

We paid around £21 for breakfast and it was a disaster.
No variety of fresh fruits, conserves... Cold meat one 1 type which was as pale as a dead person.
Floor dirty. You can clearly see the staff if not paying attention to the cleansiness or taking pride.
We ended up having one porridge. The rest looked like left ober from the previous day.

Before my arrival, I wrote an email to the hotel with some request and also pointing the a website error. Wrote to the email pointed in the website. I had no reply. When I checked in, I mentioned I am still waiting for a reply but I would love a reply from management. STILL WAITING...

The hotel itself seemed decent; however, the room was rather dated, and the beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. The pillows were also far too rigid, resulting in one of the worst nights of sleep I’ve ever had. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of food, and the staff were friendly. I chose the hotel due to its proximity to a business meeting, but I would not stay there again.

The location is good in terms of getting into central London with Hammersmith tube only a short walk. The rooms are really three star, basic with only a kettle and some water as frills. We did not find the bed too comfortable, and the bathroom looked like was due for upgrade. Breakfast was very good with a lot of quality ingredients and options. The lifts / elevators need attention with long waits and more than 5 people was an overload. Also getting in and out of the hotel was not straightforward, the lobby is on the first floor so you have to get a small lift up one floor. It would be better to have an escalator and is an obvious upgrade. Parking is £1.50 per hour with a code the hotel give you on checkout. I don't think for the price-point I will return, there are newer and better options available locally.

Breakfast not as good as previous visits, much less choice and lower quality than previous visits ie no healthy cereal option such as bran flakes/ fruit n fibre/muesli, only two sweet bakery options, no mixed berry prepped fruit fur yoghurt etc.
Room clean, but dated and at double the price of a more spacious, comfortable, modern Premier Inn room.
Stand friendly and welcoming. Hotel well located for local amenities and good transport links

Check in was good, nice and new check in area. Rooms dated and not at all clean. Check out was at 12noon but we were woken at 9am by the cleaning staff asking us to leave the room so they could prepare it, same at 10am and again at 11am. Would not stay here again due to the above.

Great property right next to the Hammersmith tube station, which made travel into city center of London super easy. The check-in was a bit confusing because they had a ground floor that was the main entrance and then the 1st floor where you check-in but could also access a couple of different ways. We took public transportation to the hotel from Heathrow so walked to the hotel from the tube station and couldn't find the ground floor entrance from the exit we took out of the tube station that first day. We figured out the layout pretty quickly though. The rooms were clean and updated and the restaurant was solid. We opted to have cleaning service every other day, in which they gave us some drink vouchers as compensation for being more environmentally conscious. The only complaint was that the elevators were always crowded so we opted to take the stairs nearly every time because it was hard to catch an empty one.

Nice staff, very friendly and available. The hotel is tired. Loo y looks nice but rooms are very dated and hallways are \"grubby\". Main lobby lift was broken as were 2 other room lifts. The remaining lifts were so slow as well.

Fridge in our room didn't work and the AC was wired up wrong (3 blower symbol was off and 0 blowers was on) Bathroom appears to have the apocalypse finish with silicone around the toilet. Beds on the firmer side. Room was very quiet though.

Breakfast was not worth £21.50 per person, quality of the food was not up to scratch. The meat looked like it had been shown a light bulb and things like beans were cold even under a heat lamp.

Poor selection of gluten free offerings (specific to us) we were assured we would have plenty of choice to pick from but tis was not the case.

Overall hotel needs a refurbishment and serious though as to if you need anhotle breakfast as you can get a lot better for less in surrounding establishments

There was an awards ceremony going on when we arrived and had to wait an absolute age to get in a lift up to the reception, when we left after checking in we realised there’s an alternative entrance round the corner. It would be good if that were signposted so people were aware.

The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to an superior executive room which was a double room with an additional sofa. It also had a complimentary minibar. The only thing was, the only item in the minibar was water. When I checked at reception, that was all they put in the minibar for that room type. I can get water from the tap for free anyway so after making a big deal out of it when we checked in it was very disappointing. Also the tv did not thave sky tv channels. The shower had no power what so ever and was warm at best. The waitresses at the bar were great once they arrived, but like buses, never appeared for ages and then got 3 at once. When you pay £100 plus per night you should expect more. Have stayed in hotels all over the world and had way better rooms for far less. Very disappointed.

I had originally booked a two-night stay through Expedia. However, my work at Charing Cross Hospital ended a day earlier than planned, so I needed to check out after the first night. When I approached the counter, I specifically asked the staff member Waqar if he could assist me. He confirmed he was available, so I proceeded.

After handing over my keys and receiving confirmation that the checkout was complete, I simply requested a printed receipt. At this point, Waqar’s demeanour changed dramatically. He became quite impolite, claiming he now had other customers waiting and instructing me to go to the next counter.

When I explained that a printout would only take a moment, he began arguing with me, questioning why I was checking out early. To be honest, the interaction felt more like an interrogation than a standard hotel service. It seemed as though I was being questioned about “getting bail a day early” rather than simply concluding my professional stay. Despite my explanation that I was in a hurry to get home after my shift, he continued to be argumentative and dismissive.
Lady next to him counter was also dismissive saying printout doesn’t take 5 mins and covering the person but in fact it just took less than 2 seconds. Staff is rude as I could read few comments on other websites and they have neither improved it nor are they apologetic.

We arrived very early before check-in and, although our room wasn't ready, Alexandra on the front desk was very welcoming and friendly and the Duty Manager took care of us until we could check in. On check out the following day, Maria and Rebecca were extremely helpful. The room was large and comfortable. We have stayed at the Novotel London West before and it's always been a good experience.

Found hairs on the bathroom floor, so had to have housekeeping come & clean, bed was not great, both of us woke up with sore backs, would be nice if room for 2 has 2 comfortable seats or couch to sit on, rather than one of us sitting on the bed. Shame they no longer have sweets on the counter in the mornings, and no brown sauce at breakfast was a shame, but a small thing.
The waitress looking after the members are at breakfast was superb, much more professional than previous staff in the members area. Offered coffee every day with a smile, when previously since staff didn’t even acknowledge your existence (forgotten her name sorry)

Was initially over charged but this was corrected. Reception was v nice and spacious. Staff polite. However when entering the room i have to say i was disappointed. V dated dressing chair was torn. The phone charge socket wasn't charging my phone. The bath was v small and shower door had a lot of yellow limescale. It was again v dated. Bed was comfy. Upon calling reception to check on my room service breakfast its wasnt putting me through for some reason so i had to use my mobile to call the mainline number.
Phone keys again dated and not clean.
Breakfast was v nice and hot. Gentleman was v polite and helpful who brought it to the room.
Could do with more complimentary tea even though i was told to press 0 and more would be given it would have just been nice to have more than one in the first place.
Rooms were definitely not soundproof because i could hear the people laughing and talking in the next room.

Stayed for 2 nights in a twin room with a friend whilst attending an evening at the Hammersmith Apollo.
Great location, easy check in, room clean and tidy and functional. Best beds ever!!! So comfy. Definitely larger than the average single. Best sleep ever.
We didn’t use any of the other facilities the hotel has to offer so can’t comment on those.
My only disappointment was the £100 security deposit I had to leave. Obviously returned if no damage or no purchases made to room.

Requesting a code for parking, met with attitude, room door would not tightly close and gaps, it locked ok very noisy. Tv reception was terrible, the fridge was not cold at all. Mini bar not refilled daily. When we arrived the room
