The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to an superior executive room which was a double room with an additional sofa. It also had a complimentary minibar. The only thing was, the only item in the minibar was water. When I checked at reception, that was all they put in the minibar for that room type. I can get water from the tap for free anyway so after making a big deal out of it when we checked in it was very disappointing. Also the tv did not thave sky tv channels. The shower had no power what so ever and was warm at best. The waitresses at the bar were great once they arrived, but like buses, never appeared for ages and then got 3 at once. When you pay £100 plus per night you should expect more. Have stayed in hotels all over the world and had way better rooms for far less. Very disappointed.

I had originally booked a two-night stay through Expedia. However, my work at Charing Cross Hospital ended a day earlier than planned, so I needed to check out after the first night. When I approached the counter, I specifically asked the staff member Waqar if he could assist me. He confirmed he was available, so I proceeded.

After handing over my keys and receiving confirmation that the checkout was complete, I simply requested a printed receipt. At this point, Waqar’s demeanour changed dramatically. He became quite impolite, claiming he now had other customers waiting and instructing me to go to the next counter.

When I explained that a printout would only take a moment, he began arguing with me, questioning why I was checking out early. To be honest, the interaction felt more like an interrogation than a standard hotel service. It seemed as though I was being questioned about “getting bail a day early” rather than simply concluding my professional stay. Despite my explanation that I was in a hurry to get home after my shift, he continued to be argumentative and dismissive.
Lady next to him counter was also dismissive saying printout doesn’t take 5 mins and covering the person but in fact it just took less than 2 seconds. Staff is rude as I could read few comments on other websites and they have neither improved it nor are they apologetic.

We arrived very early before check-in and, although our room wasn't ready, Alexandra on the front desk was very welcoming and friendly and the Duty Manager took care of us until we could check in. On check out the following day, Maria and Rebecca were extremely helpful. The room was large and comfortable. We have stayed at the Novotel London West before and it's always been a good experience.

Found hairs on the bathroom floor, so had to have housekeeping come & clean, bed was not great, both of us woke up with sore backs, would be nice if room for 2 has 2 comfortable seats or couch to sit on, rather than one of us sitting on the bed. Toilet was chipped & shower controls missing cover plate & carpet stained, so overall room is tired.

Shame they no longer have sweets on the counter in the mornings, and no brown sauce at breakfast was a shame, but a small thing.
The waitress looking after the members are at breakfast was superb, much more professional than previous staff in the members area. Offered coffee every day with a smile, when previously since staff didn’t even acknowledge your existence (forgotten her name sorry)

Was initially over charged but this was corrected. Reception was v nice and spacious. Staff polite. However when entering the room i have to say i was disappointed. V dated dressing chair was torn. The phone charge socket wasn't charging my phone. The bath was v small and shower door had a lot of yellow limescale. It was again v dated. Bed was comfy. Upon calling reception to check on my room service breakfast its wasnt putting me through for some reason so i had to use my mobile to call the mainline number.
Phone keys again dated and not clean.
Breakfast was v nice and hot. Gentleman was v polite and helpful who brought it to the room.
Could do with more complimentary tea even though i was told to press 0 and more would be given it would have just been nice to have more than one in the first place.
Rooms were definitely not soundproof because i could hear the people laughing and talking in the next room.

Stayed for 2 nights in a twin room with a friend whilst attending an evening at the Hammersmith Apollo.
Great location, easy check in, room clean and tidy and functional. Best beds ever!!! So comfy. Definitely larger than the average single. Best sleep ever.
We didn’t use any of the other facilities the hotel has to offer so can’t comment on those.
My only disappointment was the £100 security deposit I had to leave. Obviously returned if no damage or no purchases made to room.

Requesting a code for parking, met with attitude, room door would not tightly close and gaps, it locked ok very noisy. Tv reception was terrible, the fridge was not cold at all. Mini bar not refilled daily. When we arrived the room

I was surprised by how huge this hotel is. Go early for breakfast - it’s a stamped and seating v limited. Bed comfy room nice sized and quiet. wifi good. over priced self service snack bar had good choices incl alcohol but a PITA to use. Staff a bit thin on the ground. Very expensive and you won’t have much to look back on fondly for your money

We had an 8 night stay booked and were asked what days we wanted the room cleaned. Although we stated every second day, that's not what was entered into the system. It appeared that the staffperson had put in every third day. Although we requested at the front desk that our room be cleaned on one of the days, that didn't happen. Definitely a disconnect there.

The hotel gives vouchers for a drink at the bar for each day the room isn't cleaned. The vouchers are for beer, wine or a soft drink only.

The location is good and is close to the two Hammersmith Tube stations as well as many pubs, restaurants and retail outlets.

The breakfast buffet is large with a lot of variety. For a longer stay it would be nice to see some change in the fruits and other things offered as it is the same everyday. However, there are still a lot of choices.

Juice and a small candy bar are on offer in the lobby at no charge.

We have stayed at the Novotel previously and chose it again for the location and breakfast buffet. The twin rooms are a decent size and a fridge is included. I would recommend it.

I can’t find fault with the room we were given. It was very spacious and comfortable . However, there’s not much options with the dinner buffet unlike in the past..I ordered the crispy cauliflower at the bar, it wasn’t crispy at all and the batter is too thick , nothing really special about it..

Overall it makes for a convenient but fairly expensive place to stay if attending an evening performance at the Hammersmith Apollo, but it’s not great value for what you get.

The Room is clean. However, it is a bit dated. Not more you can do. Looking for the hotel is a bit challenge. Once you found it, we asked the reception whether there is a short cut from Hammersmith Station. It takes 8 minutes to walk from there. Refill for milk....etc is not automatic everyday. get better when we talk to the person-in charge. Overall, this is a good stay given the location. Hammersmith station with 5 tube lines. bus station is only 1 minute walk.

It was an expensive room - £250 for one night. Felt it was shabby. An accessible room for people with mobility issues so things such as a plastic shower curtain and chair for shower etc. completely inappropriate for us as we were there to do a fitness event at the nearby Olympia. Also lifts were malfunctioning. It didn’t feel
Like a treat as most of my stays in hotels do and wasn’t an uplifting stay because of the bad room. It spoiled our experience completely. I rarely give bad reviews but feel taken advantage of and short changed.

The rooms in this hotel are in dire need of refurbishment. The carpets are stained horribly, the vents in the bathroom are layered thick in dust. Just stay over the road in the new premier inn. This hotel seems to milk conference guests.

Room is dirty. First they give us a room is not we booked, and there are still people living inside. So I think the hotel management is in a state of utter chaos. The next day ,before we left our room, we left a note asking for room clean service, but the whole day no one did the cleaning.
We will not book this hotel again.

It was great, but the toilet had some flushing issues in my room, and the bathtub would fill out with water having a hard time draining when showering. Since I was only staying for 1 night I didn’t say anything about it, cause I didn’t want to go through the trouble of losing time by changing room, but I feel that housekeeping should let know the front desk when there’s issues like that in a room so they don’t give it to guests until it’s repaired. The issues started as soon as I was in the room. Otherwise the hotel was nice.

Check in and main area of the hotel looks great. I checked in at 9pm and the corridor my room was in was full of bin bags left outside the rooms. All along the entire corridor. They were there all night. The room felt only half cleaned and the tech which controlled the tv had been unplugged with no battery so could not use it. The plug by the bed also did not work. There was also a hole in the wall by the bed. Having stayed in far cheaper and lower ranked hotels this was by far the worst room I have stayed in. which is a shame as the staff were very nice.

Unlike the reception area and other public spaces the room was very dated and in need of renovation/refurbishment. The light fittings in the bathroom were broken; the sink did not match the bath; the toilet in particular was very dated. Carpet was grubby and skirting boards had masking tape on them to unsuccessfully disguise the fact they were damaged. Woodchip paper on the walls . The curtains were okay though.

Some in room extras like robes, slippers, vanity set, etc. would have been appreciated.

Breakfast was pretty good but at £18 it needed to be.

The location was good for our needs - Barbican Theatre and Wimbledon.

It wasn’t a bad experience but I probably wouldn’t stay again.

The worst room I’ve ever stayed in. There is a lot I could write about (one working elevator for hundreds of rooms, paperbut the only one that matters is selling a room to a customer that stinks of pet urine, with the visible stains on the sofa, and thinking this is ok.it was a two bedroom apartment and very unfortunate for my children. Do not recommend.
