Extremely run down, didn't expect much given the low proce but this was mush worse condition than description and pictures present. Worst of all, water pressure is so low that frequently during my stay there was no water. Staff was kind did their best like offered me to us basment bathroom but that's not realy a solution, paod for ensuite and having access to public bathroom 3 floors down (no elevator). Staff also said water pressure is frequently low so it happens a lot! Also window does not fully close so had to sleep with earplugs due to street noise and lucky it wasnt cold or rainy as it would be leaking inside through the window gap. Hotel needs urgent maintenance.

Room 10A, the Penthouse. Plus side plenty of Towels. Down side, old dirty carpet. The place has potential but there seems a bit of neglect. The shower was an ordeal in that it was really hard to turn on. I brought this to the attention of staff and it was never fixed. I asked for help every day during my seven day stay but the problem was ignored.

I honestly wouldn’t stay at this hotel again. It seemed clean at first with clean sheets, but you can really tell it’s been neglected for years, stained bed frame, moldy bathroom tiles, dusty vent, even the shower head looked a bit questionable. We were given a tiny basement room that looked nothing like the photos on Expedia. The bed was squeezed into a corner, so one of us basically had to climb in and sleep against the wall. It also looked like a bit of a DIY project, with an uneven headboard and cushions peeling off.
The bed faced the door, which had a pretty big gap, so any light from the corridor just lit up the room at night. On top of that, the whole building is quite old and noisy, we could hear people walking around, doors closing, stairs creaking… we didn't really have a good sleep.
The only good thing I can say is the location is convenient, close to shops, the O2, and public transport. But overall, it just wasn’t a comfortable stay.

The room I was in really needed updated and fixed. Broken lighting fixtures, tears in the bed headrest etc…. I was in room 37, the single room. Not suitable for anyone over 5 foot tall, as the ceiling arches down over half the room. There is a good fridge, but you will bump your head using it. You will bump your head using the toilet. There is a funky smell coming off the toilet. Not recommended for a long stay, but for 2 or 3 nights. Great location. I spent most of my time away from the hotel, but when I met the staff they were all polite and friendly. Just wish the property was as good as the staff were.

Great location with lovely local shops and bars. The hotel itself is in need of refurbishment. The first room I was given was in the basement. Generally grubby, smelled of damp and the bed was rock hard. I asked for another room which I was given, also in the basement. Only slightly better.

The only good thing about the hotel is its location if you’re visiting the Westfield shopping mall. The fotos of the hotel are false / not correct. It gives you a nice appearance when you first go in, but the reality is quite different. The kitchenette is about a 2 metres squared dirty room with only space for a customer to maker a tea/coffee or something to eat. The staff does hardly speak to the customers. On arrival he just gave us the key literally & was it. He did not show us the kitchenette or told us in which floor our room was located. On a number of occasions we asked for an iron which never came as they said that they would be taken up, but never came. The same with extra milk, they said that it would be delivered to the room but never again. Most of the time the shower was cold or without pressure. Our room was small with enough space to walk to the shower as it was against a side wall.

At this price and area was not expecting that much but has was not going to be there much more than sleeping not that worried booked it has the pictures make it look great for the price. The accomidation itself was dirty and unkept with the carpet hanging on the extinstent by the few remaining strands it still had and its mainy stains on entering the room on the hike up the stairs there was a strong smell of mold which could only be made tolerable by having the window open close the window and within minutes it was intolerable again. Staff were more interested in watching there shows on discrord and talking with there friends than helping out. Interesting that they still use a picture of a Breakfast buffet because that is not available. When the above issues were raised with expedia they were unhelpfull in all ways deninig there own pictures and reports from long standing customers. In short dont stay there

This property is ideal for backpackers. Room/bathroom VERY small!!! When booked, breakfast was to be provided, once at hotel was told \"since COVID it has been discontinued\"---unacceptable!! it then should be removed from listing. Front desk service was sporadic. Location is ok, 10 min walk from subway station, grocery store across the road.

Worse hotel i’ve ever stayed at. I got too sick on my stay probably because of the germs inside my unit?? I asked them to deep clean my room; they promised me to do so and ended up ignoring. Wifi stopped working on the third day and I complained about it but their response was simply blaming me for not reporting the issue earlier in the day!!! Also, no one bothered to help me move in and out my too big luggage even though i am a young female and i was by myself??

After treating me like an intruder and not a paying costumer he refused to give me my luggage which was secured in the reception.
Lashing at me again that it's late, after midnight and it took a few minutes of argument until he gave it to me.
Shameful, unprofessional and disgusting behaviour, not in line with a service&hospitality

Was only staying for two nights I was expecting it to be a little cleaner. Lots of trash from past people staying there under the beds. One of the beds had blood all over the sheets disgusting. Bugs in the sheets as well. It was in a good place for food and transportation. Yet definitely not a lot of effort put in by staff.

Staff extremely friendly, coffee/tea/milk replenished everyday. Clean towels and housekeeping everyday. We stayed four nights, 2 adults and a teenager, room was small but we managed as we used the hotel as a base. Hotel being painted and updated whilst we were there, new fridge and kettle in room. Bedding and towels looked new too.

Absolutely horrific stay would not recommend at ALL. Room is different from what is advertised, whole building smells like sewerage, bed sheets were coverage in mold and questionable stains, you can hear your neighbours so clearly the noise is unbearable. Housekeeping pick and choose days to come in and service your room. And to top it all off I was waiting for 10 min at reception trying to check out, so unprofessional.

Awful hotel
Arrived expecting a double room was taken to the basement, storage room and laundry storage either side of our room, curtains where closed on arrival because view was a brick wall below ground level. Not double glazed street noise was horrific and when large vehicles went past the curtains moved. Room was ice cold no individual heating in room radiator was off, room over filled with furniture two double bed and a single, the bases of beds where smaller than mattresses so over hung. Black mould around base of shower and floor tiles broken and dirt in cracks!!! Toilet only had about 25cm from front of pan to the wall so had to sit down sideways on seat. Room far too cold to shower! Room had a kettle was NOT pat tested and extension did not reach kettle plug also NOT pat tested. Found a bug on the single bed believed to be bed bug ! We could not stay there was awful so we left and caught train home. Huge waste of money.

Fine for a night or two
Very average. Fine if you just need somewhere for a night or two. Close to Shepherds bush tube and Westfield shopping centre. Pillows in the room are insanely flat so probably best to bring your own. No hairdryer provided. No hand soap provided. Staff were fine but on checking out we had to hang around to wait for a member of staff to show up. Wifi was also very slow but thats to be expected since its free.

I liked the room I stayed in for this trip. I believe I had a bigger 1bedroom than some other ones near the front of the building. I’ll stay they on the next trip.

Affordable Stay in London
Euro Hotel was a lot better than I was expecting after reading other reviews, you do get what you pay for, and an affordable Hotel in London is a hard find.
I cannot complain about the room as it was clean and comfortable for our 2 night stay. Whilst some areas may not have looked as maintained as high-end hotels, it did the job, it was safe and we had no issues.
When we asked if we could check out a little earlier so we didn't have to sit at the Train Station for our return home for too many hours, the staff were as accomodating as they could be without hindering the cleaners or the next check in.
Only complaint I can give is in regards to the door to our room. The door must have been cut on an angle as it didnt line up and we had a large triangle of light coming from under the door. This may be a big no-no for some people, but we just used a pillow as a draft excluder so that it was hidden!

It has a musty smell when you walk in. The rooms & bathrooms are very small. The sheets and mattresses had stains on them. The first night we were there, we found a bed bug in one of the beds. The hotel gave us a new room. Beds were super hard, and the area is very noise. Lots of sirens going off at all times. Our beds were made daily and the garage taken out. But nothing else was wiped down. We used the cups for coffee, but they never took the dirty mugs, or gave us clean ones. We had to wash our own cups. But the hotel was located by a tube station, about 10 minutes walk.

This hotel was super small, no where to put your luggage. Also not the cleanest, had a cheese ball next to the toilet as a ‘snack’ for arrival. The narrow and unstable stairs were tricky to navigate larger and/or heavier suitcases. When I booked, it was advertised a daily small buffet breakfast. I was advised this no longer occurs, however the signs in the room and on the booking site indicate otherwise. Lots of small issues with the room, PowerPoint cases falling off, the panel that houses the taps in the shower had come off and was balancing on and the decor was a bit alternative. Probably not somewhere I would stay again.

This place was a spur of the moment stay, its £56 in hammersmith around the corner from Westfield Shepards bush.
The hotel is an old home converted into many, my room smelled pretty bad, but the bathroom was kinda fresh but ive slept in worse places.
The room was fine for my uses and im glad it was only for one night, a single bed and a bathroom is what it is.
Not really there to watch tv but it was plugged in credit it to them, no channels like.
The floors creak like hell, the guys upstairs really liked to move around, thought at one point to join in...

Listen, you get what you pay for I realized paying under a 100 would be a vibe. But there was blood on the chair in the room and pretty sure a swipe of poo in the sink. The sink is uncomfortably close to the loo, so it tracks. Anything that could leave the room (linens) seemed cleaned but nothing else was, it was a filthy room. Right off the main strip it was loud and you had to keep the window open or it was stuffy and a bit smelly. The sink drain, didn’t drain, thankfully I used it the day I was checking out as I had to leave it full of water. Seriously just spend the extra money to get a room without blood and poo smeared around it!!!

I don't want to be negative about my stay however I would not choose to stay here again. Upon turning up there seemed to be a rolled up carpet in the entrance hotel and this may have been here a while due to it appearing in some of the photos used to advertise the property. Upon entering the reception area there were three people who seemed completely unaware that I was there, when one of them noticed me they alerted the relevant person who checked me in. I was rather surprised to be asked if I wanted to pay in cash before then being offered card payment.
My expectations were low and I am glad of that. There was a weird, tiny area immediately outside my room and the room next door, I assume that they had made this space so that they could put a fire door separating our rooms from the main staircase, presumably because the doors to our rooms didn't appear to be fire doors or fit properly. I could see the light in the weird little space outside my room through a gap round the door.
On the plus side the bedding and towels seems clean and the bed was comfortable. However, the room smelt and the windows had been left open presumably to try and get rid of the smell. I wouldn't suggest walking on the carpet barefoot, goodness knows when it was last cleaned and the room and it's bathroom need to be re-decorated. There were numerous marks on the bedroom walls and painting a small room dark grey just made the whole place feel even more depressing.

Pictures showed a completely different property, floor was noisy and mushy, we could hear cars ding dongs from when their doors opened. You def get get what you pay for, but I was expecting more than just a room inside on old property rather than an actual hotel.

We were looking for something close to transit lines and comfortable after a long day of exploring London. This fit the bill nicely - within 10 minutes of two different tube lines that we could easily access most of London, and plenty of walkable places to eat. Being on a busy street, we heard a lot of street noises including sirens, and because we had the windows open due to the heat, they were sometimes disruptive. However, our friends on a lower floor didn't hear the street noises as badly, so maybe look to stay on a lower floor if you're easily disturbed at night by noises!

Loved this hotel. It was very nice to stay in. The rooms were large and clean amd had everything we needed. They had provided 2 fans in the room as it was the hottest day in the UK so far. It wasnt too noisy considering the window was open all night either. Ever so slight convern about walking to the local tube station at night. But thats because i had my kids with me.
