Stayed here before for a solo trip so booked it again for this trip. Was still good overall but noticed how the showers was so difficult to keep water out of the stall even with the curtains (my previous room didn’t have it). Customer service is okay. I didn’t really need much so that’s not too much of a worry. But I did notice that staff usually just seems unapproachable or just bored so it’s a good thing I didn’t have to really ask or request for anything else.

This is a very small hotel, not what the pictures portray. The room was a good size but the heating didn’t work, so we were very cold. Breakfast was ok and had a good choice. Staff were friendly and courteous. Overall it was ok with great access to a tube station very nearby.

My room was located on the lowest level of the property which was very secure but also a bit noisy since I could hear all foot traffic activity in the front office which was directly above my room. The breakfasts each morning were great with a lot of variety. I would recommend this property to anyone needing a place to stay in the London area.

Very clean and fresh towels daily and room cleaned each day. Very close to Olympia Station if you want to use trains/tubes. If you want to go to Buckingham Palace, turn left, walk down to end of street, turn left and go 1 block. #9 bus takes you in to town. Great place to stay unless the elevator breaks and you have a disabled parent with you. Not so easy to take luggage up and down, either. Young man on the desk was extremely rude when elevator broke twice during our stay. All other staff were great! Breakfast adequate, but nothing special. Shower was great, but could use grab bars for disabled persons. Would probably stay again.

A much more impressive hotel and room than we expected from some reviews, but we did notice basement rooms too which perhaps are less grand. Number 1, by the door had tall ceilings, a mini kitchen area, a huge walk in closet (perfect for the suitcases if you're staying more than overnight) and the ensuite while small was fully refurbished and very clean.

Great hotel, location is close to a bus stop and a nice walk around the area. It's a quiet street as well so you can really get some rest. The best part really was that the pillows were memory foam (I have very similar ones at home) so that was really a nice surprise for me. I specifically chose this hotel as it also had a bidet in the bathroom. Room's not the biggest, but I didn't stay much in my room other than to sleep so that's really a non-issue for me. Lovely courtyard and breakfast room with large window view. Free breakfast with good selections. We were able to bike to Kensington palace and park. Bus routes at top of street. There were two strange things that could be changed. 1. The showere floor was at the exact level with the bathroom floor. Nothing existed to keep the eater from running all over the bathroom. We had to waste towels to dry it and ran out of towels. 2. The friges was in a clsed cabinet which heated up and kept the fridge warm. However, the staff was kind and the hotel was very clean.

Avoid this hotel. They practice bait and switch bookings. We booked and paid in full for a Deluxe king bed room. On arrival it was immediately obvious our room was not the one advertised, tiny, ripped curtains not even room to open a suitcase without putting it on the double (Not King) bed. We went immediately to reception.They said there were no other rooms available and that \"you must be American, you don't understand that beds are smaller here in London\". Which is nonesense. We later got access to view the room we had booked and it was spacious, with a proper king bed. They refused to move us to that room, or to refund the difference. We were told the hotel was fully/overbooked. Expedia was also no help, despite us sending photos and confirming we had booked and paid for the more expensive room. The breakfast supplied is also misleading: broken coffee machine, only cold greasy options, nothing at all like the promotional video on the site. The lighted mirror in our bathroom was broken (reception told us none of them were working due to wiring issues) and the shower floods the floors with every use (broken hose on the head and curtain doesn't reach the floor)

We were placed in the basement rooms. The room inside was absolutely fine but our room backed onto the breakfast area so from 5am onwards we could hear clanging and cooking and from 6.30 onwards we had everyone walking past, sitting and eating, and talking adjacent to our room.
The front door itself moved with every passer by and when the hallway door was used, waking us up 5-6 times per hour from 5-9am. It was impossible to settle when it sounded like our door was being opened form the outside every time a strong wind passed it.
My partner also found a hair in their eggs for breakfast. The beans were scolding hot and the rest of the food was tepid.
If you get put in b3 then immediately request to move - it’s an awful room with constant and loud traffic. We slept very poorly.

Whenever the door to another room, corridor or the breakfast area opened our door would bang as it didn't sit properly in the latch, consequently we didn't get much sleep as the door was banging during the night and early morning. The only window in the room looked into the breakfast room, so we couldn't open the curtains in the room at all.
